They had a million colors to choose from and went out of their way to make sure I liked my nails. Such a beautiful storefront. Great vibe inside. Jenise Medina Ive been here 3 times, each time Ive had a different nail tech and each time I am impressed. I just moved here from the city and sadly had to leave my nail tech of more than 5 years. Virginia DeFeo Love, love this place! Layla’s is the only local place I’ve found to do GelX and they do fabulous nail art. I’ve been a few times now and my nails come out beautiful every time. They have everything to do whatever on-trend design/style you want, and the techs take their time doing a nice job. The girls are all very sweet and the salon is clean and decorated so cute. It’s also really convenient you can book online with the app. I’m very happy to have found this spot!

Jessica Magnani I stopped getting my nails professionally done about 4 years ago & was just using press-ons, I couldnt find someone who did them how I wanted and prices were getting a bit crazy. Laylas opened up 5 minutes from my house and after my first time there i was hooked. The salon is so cute and clean inside. All the girls are so welcoming and friendly. Ive been going to Yuli since my first trip and shes never disappointed. Laylas is the best!!!

Neishalee Perez I recently discovered Laylas nails and its hands down the best nail experience Ive ever had! The salon is impeccably clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the nail technicians are true artists - my nails are always so beautifully done. I always get compliments on my nail art. Yuli always takes great care of me and takes her time!!!!!!!!!! & she always tries new nail art. Never afraid of a challenge! Love this place.

Sharon Spencer Gel manicure done right! Sunny took her time and really showed her expertise with a simple gel manicure. Overall they are a little pricey but there is no pressure to get services that you do not want and they have a full service spa with facials, pedicures, body work etc. I highly recommend.

Kayla Rivalsi Sunny did my full gel extension set and i’ve been going to her for fills for the past few months, they hold up so well and she does amazing work every time! The shape is always perfect. 10/10 definitely recommend her and this shop.

Carla Delfino I took my daughter in to get her nails done with sns and tips. They talked her into doing gel polish. She was worried they would pop off and the woman doing her nails said that it would stay on very well. They glued the tips on and painted her nails. My daughter asked The woman doing her nails to fix one because it was going to pop off and she said "no its very strong" and proceded to do her nails. She charged us 85 dollars and one day later one of her nails already popped off and was flimsy and not even stronger than a press on. I got a pedicure and it was fine. Their clean and nice but the nails only lasted one day.

suzette diaz Ashley strikes again. Absolutely love Ashley. Not only is she talented but is kind and truly cares for her customers. I always leave feeling brand new. As always, I highly recommend nails noble. Edit: they’re sharks. My sons birthday theme is shark week lol

Jeanette boyer This place is the best. The people are so kind and welcoming. I go here all the time with my daughter and they also treat her like a Princess. I’m not good with appointments, but they always help me out in last minute situations. Yesterday I showed up a half hour to closing, they did my toes and my nails quickly, but so beautiful. Lisa did my nails and I am obsessed!

Melanie Armer This is easily the best nail salon for 20 miles in any direction! The ladies here are so attentive to every detail and my nails come out perfect every single time! The prices are so reasonable and the location is easy to get to and the shop is incredibly clean! You might notice that a few years ago, I posted a wretched review for this location, in fact, I went to the wrong location and they did not correct me and they did in fact give me the worst manicure of my life unfortunately, I cannot remove that review, but I’ll just drop them as many five star reviews as I Canfrom here on out

EKavanagh Have been coming here for 5+ years and would recommend this salon to friends and family. They are very accommodating about scheduling . I use most services (mani, pedi, massages, and waxing) and am always satisfied with the results. They are also very friendly and always greet you upon entering and say goodbye when leaving.

Dana Pagano I go to GP bi-weekly and am very fond of their work. It is a clean and friendly atmosphere and they are always very accommodating of my busy schedule. The prices are also very reasonable. Highly reccomend.

Maddie D I am here every 2 weeks for a manicure. I get powder and it always lasts. The staff are the main reason I come beside that. I always get my nails done by Wendy and shes the best. The other staff are so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone in the area!

Jessica Cardona Good Service, my pedicure came out cute and I will be returning. I only gave 4 stars because I didnt have a manicure or special pedicure of which to rate a full 5 stars. But Jason did a great job and I left happy. The pedicure was not rushed and the massage light, so if youre looking for a strong massage, Jason may not be the pedicurist for you.

bruhitspaci playz I’ve been going to DD since I was a sophomore in high school, I am now a freshman in college. I’ve been religiously going to this nail salon, never been to another since I started going here. Wendy does my nails 99% of the time and they are always fantastic. There have been times when the other staff has done my nails and they are always great! Very clean, very relaxing, all the staff are very attentive. Wendy really makes you feel like you’re family. I always get longer nails so they may break sometimes but it’s due to my job, not the quality. They are very understanding and accommodating when my nails do break and have no problem fixing it for me. The prices are very fair, I’ve never had an issue with the pricing. I love the location because it’s nice to get a coffee at the Dunkin in the same plaza before you get your nails done. I’m not a pedicure person… but i did get my toes done for my senior prom and I wasn’t disappointed. The gel pedicure lasted for an appropriate amount of time. All the staff is very sweet and always spark up a great conversation with me. I 100% recommend this place. I’ve been a loyal customer for so long because of the good quality, atmosphere, cleanliness, and great customer service, I would never go to another salon.

Melissa C I’ve been here a few times over the last few years and I’ve always had a good enough experience except for this past week. I decided to get a new set of nails done and I left the salon LOVING them. However, the very next day, on one of them, the gel started peeling from the fake tip. I went to the salon and though they fixed it, the owner decided that she should question me on what I was doing and that I need to be more careful. Fast forward a couple more days and the nail right next to it did the same thing. I’m nearly 45 years old and have been getting my nails done since I was 15 … this has never happened. I went back today and again she’s saying this only happens with me (though I just saw another review with a person that had the same thing happen). She tried to charge me for fixing the nail! Again, the nail wasn’t damaged in any way, it just completely separated from the gel. I’m most upset about her attitude with me as a customer and assigning blame instead of realizing there could be a flaw in her technique (I personally think she missed a step for these two nails). I had hoped to continue to return for fill ins but at this point, I won’t ever return.

Jeanette Boyer I usually go to this salon and get my nails done. Usually simple things, but they always come out great. Yesterday evening I went and asked for a french ombre, and they are nothing like the picture I showed them or even ombré in general. They unfortunately look like over growth of my nail by the way the pink color was placed. The white wasn’t blended properly. And it wasn’t cheap either. Not to mention the lady who did my nails did not seem happy to even have me as her customer, shook my fingers a few times out of frustration because I was “too tense” at times. I didn’t appreciate feeling uncomfortable for the hour I was there.

Tonje Sanderson-Fohr This is my go to place. I loveeeeee how my nails look. Fairly relaxing environment. Just make sure you make an appointment otherwise you will more than likely wait a while.

Traveling Cosmos and Tacos I walked in here in the evening on the eighth of a holiday and Jennifer did an excellent job, giving me a French manicure with the silver line. She was fast and efficient. Sabrina Zanetti I went in for a UV gel manicure. I left with the green manicure pictured, my nails were lumpy and very thick. I asked for almond shape- which I usually get at my normal salon… they tried to charge me an extra $10, ridiculous! I was not happy with my nails once I left so I called back the next day and asked to come in to fix the thickness and lumpiness. When I arrived at the salon they were extremely rude to me. I normally do not complain in these type of situation, but I saw their sign posted that said, “if you like our services please tell your friends and family, if you don’t like our services please let us know”. So I did. The lady who sits next to the owner did my nails and she tried to tell me this is how UV gel is suppose to look, after going back and forth she then tells me my nails are going to be too thin and if they break don’t come back here. After I left I noticed she didn’t even take off all the reminding green polish from before. She was awful and so rude I will be taking my business elsewhere. Don’t come here! Terrible experience.

Laura D’Aquanni Love!! I get my nail done by Jennifer and have for over 15 years. I live on the far end of Mahopac and would go into town to get my nails done. Found out Jenn had left town and now in Carmel I followed her there! She does an amazing job, always a pleasure to chat with. Can’t say enough…. Just love her and my nails. I get compliments on my nails all the time. She’s the best around. Ask for her…. You wont be disappointed!

Maria Borg I walked in for a UV gel manicure and I was seated at Jennifer’s table. Never acknowledged me or gave me eye contact. Rude, impatient, rough and gave me the wrong color from what I had picked. I wanted the manicure to be over as quickly as possible, so I didn’t say anything. Will never return.

Kayla Borja Spent 200$ on one full set and two fills for me and my girls. Two days after leaving all of our nail polish has been chipping off. Over priced yet cheap service. Never ever again. Don’t waste your money!!

Joanne Mckenzie I wanted this to be my place , it’s clean, cool and up to date. But pedicure was ridiculous, actually it was the worst I’ve had in 30 years. If not for a decent paint job I would have complained and I’ve never done that ever!

Maya Moore Horrible. Genuinely horrible. I went for an SNS manicure, the woman doing my nails was so aggressive, she rushed the job incredibly. She gave me cuts in my cuticles, i was in visible pain from how rough she was being with my nails. Then a woman asked me if I wanted a 10 minute massage, and I didn’t hear her say it was going to be $12, and I didn’t have enough money for that. So when I go to pay I had $3 less than i needed and they made it a giant deal in front of everyone in the salon. Extremely unprofessional, will never be going back.

terri jacopino Over charged for terrible manicure and pedicure today. Tech was horrible and unexperienced. They wouldnt put on air conditioner. It was warm as hell in there. I ended up just getting clear polish and left. Paid 51.00 for terrible manicure and pedi. I told her she was overcharging me. Cindy didnt care. Beware of this place

Devon Struzzieri My favorite nail place around, Ive gone to just about every other nail place in Kent/Carmel area and this place is definitely the only one worth going back to. My last set of nails lasted for 4 weeks! Of course they were grown out by then but not one broke! My nails always look beautiful never like I could have done them at home. Absolutely love this place. &very friendly and accommodating staff. They always fit me in and they always make it an enjoy time.

Felicia Fisher The woman was angry that my left arm and hand are not usable. She refused to come around so she could reach and just hacked off the nails, pretended to file and left me with sharp edges that hurt. She stopped working with me to do a quick wax on someone without saying anything to me. I have been there 3 times, 1 was good.

Kristy Pendl I had been going to journeys since i moved to carmel 4 years ago . I loved the people who worked there and the work they did . Since reopening after covid all of there prices have increased which i get to an extent. Everyone has taken a hit financially . But every where you look there are extra charge signs . 8 dollars extra for a gel color ???? I then went in to have my gel taken off (which was half chipped away mind you ) and because i didn’t want to do another gel set and only wanted a manicure they wanted to charge me 10 dollars to remove it ! It’s sad what covid has done to the world in such a short time . I will never step foot in here again they are money grubbing individuals and should be ashamed of themselves
