Tiffany Nvnez Went here with my 15 year old son who has a broken nose. He can’t even breathe out of his right nostril. We saw a Nurse Practitioner. He needs extensive repairs. They said they won’t help him until he turns 18 years old because “he is still growing”. So he must suffer for 3 years. In the meantime, I was told that the doctor will not be in for the next 6 months and we will see the doctor at that time. In the meantime, they said put him on Flonase for 6 months. Flonase is for seasonal allergies and occasional use. Using it everyday for 6 months will cause serious side effects. This ENT location doesn’t really care about their patients’ health. We are going to take my son elsewhere for a second more professional opinion. If you can, I suggest you go to a different ENT.

Zac Coffey Worst answering service ever was dealing with a medical emergency and they refused to give the doctor my message because I’m a “new patient” when I was literally referred to them and told to call them asap so I could get in because I cannot eat. Absolutely wild
