Jodie Pillius-MacKrell Dont bother making an appointment - I think the only reason they give you this choice is to lure you there so you wont go to another urgent care. I made an appointment the day before for an ear issue and when I got there, there was a notice in the window saying it was currently taking 2 hours to get in. I told them I had an appointment, and within 15 minutes, they got me to the person who does the vitals. Then, I sat and sat. Everyone around me was coughing... It was insane. I normally go to Orange Urgent Care and I should have this time. I am sitting here, an hour after my appointment time, and there is no indication that anyone will be seeing me anytime soon. I will probably end up getting sick though for spending so much time sitting around with all the others.

Regina Falasca takes FOREVER just check in.Waited 20 min and in that time the receptionist only checked in 2 people. There was still 6 people in front of me waiting for check in...I left, Went to Orange Urgent Care (2 min away from CRHC,its behind the old OrangeRegional Pavillion, next to State police building) got there at 8:40 am.I Saw the PA,wound culture done dressing applied and,2 antibiotics ordered. I literally was done by 9am. I would have still been waiting online at crystal run urgent care... This. Urgent care has never been great. You wait forever. Something needs to change. The only reason I Initially went to crystal runs urgent care is because I had surgery and I knew they would have my records

Danielle Mary Was a longer wait as expected but also went on a Saturday and needed blood work and X-rays done. Dr Weissman was very informative and didnt feel like she was rushing us out and took her time explaining everything

Mr Black The service and care I have ever seen and received. I was for 4 hrs and watch patians go in and out around Me. Only 5 people in the waiting room mind. I have and object in my eyes and I had to walk out out and go to another hospital because they sat there and watched me in pain and offered no help at all just looked and laughs then laughed as I walked out pissed off and in pain. The whole emergency room needs to be fired and new people hired that can run that place correctly.

Maia Harrison-Perez The one star reviews are true. This place is the worst. Everyone working there has an attitude and treats you like you are bothering them. When I say everyone had an attitude, I mean everyone; from the front desk to the clinical staff. I saw Victoria Gorelova, and she was in and out of my room in about 2 minutes. Wrote me three prescriptions and tried to send me on my way. She was extremely inpatient and treated my questions as an annoyance. Take the time to go somewhere else.

Premium Equities *Warning: Unprofessional Behavior by James Sturomski* Im writing this review as a warning to others about my extremely disappointing experience with James Sturomski. As a property owner, I attempted to work with him to obtain the required septic approval from the Department of Health. Unfortunately, his incompetence and rude behavior led to tremendous damage and unnecessary headaches. *Key Issues:* - *Unprofessional Behavior:* His behavior was consistently rude and unprofessional, making it difficult to work with him. - *Failure to Communicate:* He did not provide clear communication or updates on the projects status, leading to further frustration. In addition the time frame on getting approval are extremely long hard to believe that we still have this kind of bureaucracy. I strongly advise against working with James Sturomski. His behavior and actions demonstrate a clear lack of professionalism and competence. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid similar situations and that the Department of Health will take steps to reform and provide better service to the public.

Firey Soul Jeanine is a nice person. Everyone else is very rude. Their policies and regulations are incredibly strict. Pretty much impossible to start a new small business while following all of the ridiculous rules. Seems like the policies were made based off of opinion and not factual research. How could an existing establishment be "grandfathered" in if the new rules were put in place because the old rules were hazardous to public health!? Makes zero sense. A bunch of bad things had to happen in order to justify such strict regulations. If said bad things did occur, then please explain how its OK for any existing establishment to be "grandfathered" in? Wouldnt people be getting sick? If theyre arent getting sick then why change all the rules? Why make them so strict? Where do we find the research that was done to conclude stricter regulations were necessary? Who wrote these policies and how do we speak to those people?

Linda Geiger I called OCHD in a panic because there was a problem with the COVID-19 Release link. Xiomara took my call and walked me through the whole form to make sure I had done it properly. She was polite, patient and very understanding. Her demeanor was kind and professional throughout the entire call. Thank you, Xiomara!

Nate Spence They closed a spring in our area and did not even test the water for safety. The water has been independently tested by myself and others and has never had a problem. This county does not care about its residents only $.

robert lambertson On a positive note this building was the orange county government building after being built in 1887. Part of Goshens historic district it exists at the head of "lawyers row", a row of revolutionary Era buildings typically rented by local lawyers for law offices

Tiffany The wait is outrageous. They say they take people according to severity but I saw a guy taken in with a black eye who came out 30 minutes later just so he can take up a bed that my husband with a possible appendicitis can wait. They go by how well your insurance is. The second shift RN, Jennifer B. Is rude and nasty.

Josh Calogero Brought my wife for surgrey at 5am. She has the surgrey from 730am to 815pm. Never got a call that she was put of surgrey even though i gave and hightlight my cellphone. I walked back from getting coffee they tell me i just missed the doctor and he left the building and nobody can tell me how the surgrey went or what was found and removed. Then i requested someone to give me answers and let me in recovery as it was a hour and a half since she got there and they still refused. Hospital is the worst their employees dont listen to what your asking nor care.

Stella W HORRIBLE ! Just horrible . I came in at 9:48 pm & i’m still sittting in this damn ER ( it’s currently 4:08am & I’m supposedly the next person to be called . I am literally bleeding out and these people told me that people were waiting there from 5pm & I would have to wait to be seen . I thought this was an emergency room , is it not be what is deemed more urgent . I felt so dizzy and light headed waiting I don’t even remember falling asleep , I literally bled through my pants that my whole leg was wet with blood . This place is the worst! If you’re dying , you will die in the waiting room waiting for a doctor to see you that’s how long they take .

Mary Bonner They changed hands and what is happening now is absolutely criminal. You cant get anyone in the phone. You cant get a medication refill. You cant get through to radiology. I have the best doctors there, but these cuts and changes are going to cost somebodys life. Staff blames the new computer system but you cant tell me there was zero training prior to the start of it. There are long lines to check in. The scanners are unplugged so why are we being bothered to preregister for an appointment. And forget about getting an appointment.... Everything is booked solid. Things sure have changed - for the absolute worst. This is the stereotypical takeover of a great medical center by a corporation looking to make a buck by cutting services, staff & care.

Nicole Walt The one star is for contacting your doctor only. Im post op and there should be no reason why I should have to wait well into 15 min for a rep to answer to leave a message and have to wait for a call back, you people need to come up with a direct number to reach our doctors much quicker when it does not call for having to go to the emergency room. This is NOT fair to any of your patients. Do better!!!!!

Angie Jennings Truly so sad to say this place has gone from a 5 star rating to a 1 star. I specifically have gone out of my way to leave my previous providers due to the awful management of Optum. I am sad to see Optum has now also taken over this brand as well. My doctors, nurses, and other on duty staff at Crystal Run have been better than anything I could’ve asked for professionally, and personally. Since the transition to the new system, I have quickly realized the same issues and occurrences that were problematic at the original providers I had left, has trickled into this selection of providers as well. Two of the most majors being getting in touch with anyone on the phone, and appointment scheduling. I am disappointed and will miss the amazing staff in office, but otherwise I will continue to avoid any type of care from Optum.

Jeff Quick Dr. Singh, the cardioligist, miss diagnosed my wife and myself. I had a heart problem, and his exact words were, I can tell you its not your heart. 1 year later, I was getting heart ablation surgery. My wife wasnt so lucky. She passed at the young age of 53. He told her, that all of her problems, were just "her normal". I beg all of you to stear clear of Dr. SINGH. He is a terrible cardiologist, who let my wife Sandra die.

Kevin Mahoney Sr Not a reflection on the doctors, but the company has gone down the drain. Pre-registration required but then you stand in lines for over 20 minutes to then find out your appointment is over an hour delayed. Getting someone competent on the phone to call in a RX refill is impossible. All we hear is it’s the computer system. We can’t get access to My Chart “Optum” online. Call the support center and they don’t support or give you any help. The FAQ page has a 503 error code of not available. The board of directors should have to go thru the same process we do. Actually experience the BS that we have too. They wouldn’t stand for it. I have the best doctors there, but these cuts and changes are going to cost somebodys life because a computer will be the issue. People will quit giving care or people will not search out care because of how you treat us. The scanners are unplugged. It’s the absolute worst. Optum has ruined a great organization like Crystal Run was…yeah it had problems, but it’s not this dumpster fire!!!!

Ciara Brock I had a wonderful experience at this healthcare facility! The staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and communicative, making me feel welcome and comfortable from start to finish. Although I waited in the room for a little while, the staff and doctor made it worth it. The doctor was attentive, took the time to answer all my questions, and provided clear explanations that gave me confidence in the care I was receiving. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. I’m grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for compassionate, professional healthcare!

Kayla Salzman The staff is incredibly rude, this was my first time coming to this office and I was made to feel very uncomfortable. One of the nurses scoffed at me and slammed the door in my face, I also overheard her sharing details about me and my appointment. absolutely disgusting way to treat a patient. Will never be coming back. Doctor Rangadhama was very nice though. but if i could give this place 0 stars, I would.

L C Dr. Panda was very nice, thats about the obly nuce thing i can say. However everything else is just absolutely horrible. I was told I would hear back from the doctor in a few hours after a stat test, never happened. I got a call back days later soon realized It is Absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone and basically played phone tag without being able to speak to the nurses. I had explained that I am unable to answer the phone at times bc Im at work (I am also a healthcare worker and I work in the ER and it tends to be busy). I would get a call, be unable to pick up and call back literally minutes later only to have to wait for a long period of time for an operator to answer just to be put on wait even longer as the operator tried to reach the nurses who of course never ever answer. I would just be told they call back. I later provided a very specific time to be called back as they requested and nothing. No one called. Its been 3 days now, going on 4 of me trying to speak to someone without success and tehrefore not being bale to get my results back. I am 100% finding a new doctor as far away as crystal run as possible. This place is a joke. Never have I ever been so frustrated in trying to do such a simple thing as getting in touch with a nurse to be able to get my results.

Steve Rubin No doubt there are some very nice people who work there and there are some nice doctors, but as an organization. It has fallen apart. Even their ability to respond to inquiries through customer service or complaints has essentially disappeared. It’s a very poor choice. Fails as compared with others.

P H I have never seen nor experience a more horrible emergency room. The nicest thing about this place is the exit sign. I went in the morning and shouldve known after seeing an elderly lady cursing as she left that they didnt help her and that she needed to go to another ER. The decor, the layout, the check in felt 3rd world. The floors were dirty the EKG room is dirty and cluttered like walking in someones dirty closet. I saw people come in with trauma, bleeding, bones out of socket, horrific vomiting amongst and one man were made to sit in excruciating pain to wait for a room. After waiting for 3 hours without being seen I left. Im okay with having more critical patients seen ahead of me but I would never recommend anyone go there. The older man and his wife sitting there with a dislocated shattered bone said it best with tears in his eyes, "You cant this place an EMERGENCY ROOM." They need to close it down, restructure, hire and renovate. Dont take anyone you love there.

Tamara Joan I went to the ER because of chest pain respiratory concerns. I arrived at approximately 9pm. They triage you right in the waiting area with no privacy while everyone is looking at you and listening to your issues. Then they bring you in a room to do an EKG just to have you sit back down and wait. I thought chest pain was considered a priority?! The girls at the desk in the waiting area were rude!! All they do is talk personal business, text on their phones, fix their hair/makeup and flirt with the security guards and did not care about who was in the waiting area with excruciating pain. The police officers sit in between the entrance doors making cold air come into the waiting area. So if you’re sick with a cold, you’ll end up leaving with pneumonia. They just have no regards for the sick. After about 3.5 hours waiting in the waiting area, a nurse(RN) comes around with the vital signs machine to do vitals. She did not disinfect the cuff/machine between patients. When they finally called me in the back at almost 2am, the girl leading me to my room was walking so fast in front of me as if she had no concern for the patients. I was doing a light jog just to keep up. Once I got to the room, the room was filthy and smelly!!! The sheet was visibly soiled, the garbage and soiled linen bins were full. There was wrappers on the floor and a used cup with a straw on the counter. When the tech came in to do my vitals, I told her that I did not want to be in that dirty room. She acknowledged that the room was filthy and offered to move me but said they had no more rooms. She then takes me to a nurse at the desk and the nurse was so rude and stated “I don’t have that room”. I told her that I’m a nurse too and we were taught that all patients is OUR patients. At that point I was in so much pain and frustrated. I told them I’m going to leave and follow up with my PCP. Another nurse then comes to me and apologized for the nasty room and said she had no time to clean the room because they have been busy and she tried to convince me to stay. I refused to stay and just wanted to get out of there FAST! I came to the ER sick with respiratory issues and chest pains and if I stay in that hospital a minute longer, I would get worse. I literally was listening to one doctor sitting at the nurses station having a personal conversation with the staff, instead of helping the sick patients. The waiting area was full and they had no regards. I just knew I was not safe in there at all. As I was leaving, another doctor comes up to me in the hallway, takes his dirty stethoscope off from around his neck without wiping it down with an alcohol wipe and said “let me at least check your lungs before you go”. At that point, I was over it and left. I just recently moved to Orange County and I will never go to this ER again!! I’m amazed that they have not been shut down. I should have read all the reviews before I went.

Lakisha Jacobs This hospital is awful for any human. Triage is front and center without any privacy of medical condition. The staff and doctors are slow and possess no compassion for patients at ALL. My daughter had extreme pain, triage nurses were so insensitive they should work in a prison not a hospital. Im unsure if anyone at this hospital cares about reviews but they need an entire new management.

Cant Touch Horrible phycward. Interns non caring, walking talking text books. My room had no curtin, detergent they use to wash the towls and your clothing causes rashes. Fights every five minutes we got sent to our rooms till taking care of till the next. Nothing to do during the weekend. The food sucks, once you get it it was cold. Some people didnt have shower curtains. Mattress are thin, uncomfortable, pillows suck. They dont care if you get fat as long you come out calm. I DONT RECOMMEND HERE..THEY LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH

Matthew Przybocki Waited over three hours on December 27 2024, the First Lady at the desk wrote down wrong and fake medical records. FYI I passed out and stopped breathing and hour before my wife rushed me to the hospital once I finally had strength to crawl in the car, when I told them about me going unconscious and unable to breathe my wife later went up to them and ask what they put down as my symptoms and the new lady at the desk just said dizziness, meaning while I had cpr performed on me by her brother just an hour before worst human on earth

Sammie Worse Hospital ever! ER Department was horrible! My sister was practically paralyzed in pain and unable to move. She came in an ambulance which should have given her priority, however, nurses were unprofessional and rude. They stated she had to wait 8 hrs to be seen. That’s insane! She was screaming for dear life! After sending her to 2 different ERs that were unable to help her, we ended up going to NYC where they accommodated my sister quickly. I’m glad she’s ok now.
