Kat Steele I have been using Oswego Health Medical Imaging, (formerly AMI), for thirty years without any issues. I could schedule appointments with less than a week advance notice, to coincide with my doctor visit. Then two years ago, things changed. This week, I had to call three days in a row just to make an appointment. The phone just rings and rings until it finally disconnects. Today, I was so happy that a human actually answered, until she told me the earliest appointment would be four months from now. I have no idea what’s going on with them, if they’ve just cut their staff to bare bones levels or have become massively busy, all of a sudden. Either way, it’s unacceptable! I switched to another provider and got an appointment in two weeks. Sorry, but one star is being generous…whoever’s in charge needs to fix this!

Patty Tracy I wouldnt even give them 1 star!!! This office and the personnel there are extremely rude. It took several phone calls that they did not return until I finally got to speak to someone about an appointment. The day before the appointment they tried to cancel it due to a change in insurance which I told them about when I set the appointment. The girl hung up on me mid-sentence. Unbelievable!!!! I called back and it took several tries to get a hold of her again and she was still very very rude. I really hate this office and I am definitely going to find another Gastro doctor to go to. I would never ever recommend them to anyone not even my dog!!!

Julie W The rudeness and incompetence of the staff in this office is outrageous. It’s shockingly bad. So awful it’s hard to believe all the bad reviews until you experience it. Run far away from this place!!

Frankie Johnson If you enjoy having to hound people into doing what they say theyre going to do, this is the office for YOU! This office is a disorganized joke. The only thing they handle efficiently is collecting their co-pays. No one returns phone calls, especially regarding testing youve had done or scheduling for a procedure. If you want any information concerning test results or test scheduling, you have to call repeatedly and badger the surly office staff into actually doing their jobs. Medical staff seem to enjoy answering medical questions with things like "I cant be sure" and "That could be, though I cant say for certain." If youre thinking of taking your business here, dont.

Josh Dexter Absolutely one of the worst hospitals in the state and likely the country. Doctors contradicting each other and nurses treating each patient as "common case they see all the time." Typical of NY and a representation of our government. Ill never take my child here again and will likely be going to Boston Medical or Cleveland Clinic where outstanding staff cares about their patients.
