Kim Blackman Outstanding Nephrologist – Dr. Noboyuki Miyawaki Dr. Noboyuki Miyawaki is an exceptional nephrologist who has provided me with outstanding care for the last 2 years as a kidney transplant recipient. His deep expertise, thorough approach, and commitment to patient well-being set him apart. He takes the time to explain every aspect of my care, he listens with empathy, and ensures I feel confident in the decisions made about my care. What truly makes Dr. Miyawaki extraordinary is his dedication and compassion. He goes above and beyond to provide personalized care, addressing concerns with patience and expertise. His proactive approach has been life-changing, giving me peace of mind through challenging times. I am incredibly grateful to have him as my doctor and highly recommend him to anyone seeking top-tier kidney care. Thank you Dr. Miyawaki!

Karina B My mother is a patient of Dr. Drakakis. He is an amazing doctor who we trust. His assistant Rasheed is friendly, helpful and kind. You can tell they both genuinely care for their patients. As my mother gets older I have a sense of peace that she is taken well care.

Cindy Tabar I have been going to Dr. Drakakis for almost 6 years and he and the offices are wonderful. The staff is always friendly, understanding, and flexible. Dr. Drakakis himself is patient, thorough, and exhibits a level of care and thoughtfulness across all of his patience. It does make him difficult to book an appt with but he is the best. I have lupus that impacted my kidneys and he helped see me through remission.

Nora Palis Was admitted , on 8/31/23 through the ER to NYU Langone Winthrop with an unknown condition. I was billed by a Dr De Castro, of NYU Nephology Associates, as an outpatient and they want a copay for their services. I discovered that a resident from this practice, who I do not recall meeting, saw me in the ER. This is the only doctor/practice that billed me as an outpatient and are asking for a copay.

Harjeet Sandhu My son needed an emergency appointment to see the pediatric cardiologist and I had left a message with the desk for a time. The receptionist was so kind and caring to realize that he also had an appointment with another specialist and accommodated us to be seen the same day and a time slot afterwards so he could be seen in the same visit.

Giscard Dupiton Dr. Flores made me very uncomfortable. She was extremely condescending, and at one point during the visit, she began addressing me as "kid." I found this deeply offensive and regret not addressing it at the time. However, I chose not to engage in any confrontation, as I was seeking medical attention for a cardiac emergency. Additionally, Dr. Flores seemed more focused on chastising me for not going to an emergency room than on conducting her examination.

Maria Peng It was such a long wait here even though I’ve completely the online check-in for my appointment. I waited for 50min and the doctor is no where to be found! what’s the point of making an appointment ahead of time?!

gtsi Chrissy (Twilightchargerud) My son went to CityMD in Carle Place for a rash on his arm. The doctor walked in took one look, stepped back and said "oh thats an infection of some sort". Gee thanks. Then he proceeded to slap on a band aid and sent 2 Rxs to the drug store. Didnt clean it, and it was oozing, and didnt explain what it may be. Just received a bill for $180 for some half wit to slap on a band aid - and thats after insurance. That was an expensive band aid. How can you call yourself a doctor if you are afraid of a rash? The girl at the front desk was rude, as usual. We will never go back to this urgent care nor will we ever recommend it. Also, I think the majority of the 5 star reviews are from the staff/friends and family. Shameful

adelina samuels Waited for hours to be seen. While waiting all I heard was pa’s and nurses making jokes, laughing, etc. I came out to ask how much longer is the wait time, to which there was no definitive answer. Finally, approximately five minutes later a girl showed up to find out what brought me in and take the vitals. She only gave her name, and did not say what her position was. After she was done, I was asked to wait AGAIN!

Stephanie Santoro I went to see Dr. Isseroff with a problem I was having with swallowing. She diagnosed the problem and explained the procedure I would need would require a different type of surgeon. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. But what I found most astounding was even after I was no longer her patient, she continued to contact me and monitor my progress. Even the surgeon I chose, who wound up messing up the procedure, didn?t call to follow up the next day. If you want an ENT doctor that truly cares, and knows what she is doing, see Dr. Isseroff.
5 /5
Michelle Ferro Dr Isseroff was great. She took her time, sat with me and gave me her total attention. She showed compassion and concern. After my assessment she sat with me again and explained everything in detail regarding my results and treatment and made sure I understood. Her office staff was patient and it was extremely busy! When I called to book they did not rush me and gave me an appointment the very next day bc I was in distress over my condition. Overall this office was a win for me...and I work in healthcare! The office could use some sprucing up but the staff and the treatment you receive make up for it.

Hemali Ajmera Doesn’t return calls & is off on business days for holidays. If you have severe sinus & respiratory issues avoid this practitioner and work with someone who can be more available. I loved her as a person but need a lot more insight & guidance bc I work around chemicals everyday, live in the suburbs and have allergy issues.

Katie Cropper Klein Dr Isseroff is a great ENT and surgeon. I started seeing her in the winter and we tried to treat my issues with meds before coming to the conclusion that surgery was the best course to solve my breathing and sinus issues. When I needed to come in for a quick follow up 2 days after surgery they squeezed me in to see her colleague and helped clear my congestion ahead of the weekend. Surgery was quick and uncomplicated and her after care follow ups have been great. The NYU app is fantastic to asking simple questions and booking appts but I love that she just calls you back directly to answer your post op questions. 10/10 for Dr I!

Am cs Today my son received excellent and thorough care from Kathleen and Mia. I am incredibly grateful his needs were addressed in a calm and kind environment and we were saved a visit to the ER. This location also was able to offer the IV fluids and antibiotics he needed as well as a X-ray. I’m sure we will be back here in the future. Thank you.

Lorie Bitetti Took my teenage daughter there this evening. She never complains of being sick. She is coughing, headache, sneezing with a sore throat. Before the female PA even examined her, she was talking about allergies, as she said, even though nothing is blooming. My daughter said, I don’t have allergies, I am sick. Only when I spoke up did the PA say she will swab her for strep, flu & Covid. Now we have to wait 24 hours before we get the flu & Covid results. Which is totally ridiculous! She was prescribed Tamaflu even with no results. We couldn’t wait to get out of there between the lack of service & attitudes. Making an appointment in the morning with our doctor but my daughter will go through hours of being uncomfortable & possibly getting sicker. Terrible experience. Will never go there again.

Suzanne Preston We took our 1.5 year old here last night after bumping her head and having a laceration on her forehead. I like that we were able to make an appt! We got there early hoping they’d take us in early but we still had to wait 15-20 min but not too bad. Staff was great with our toddler. Glad this was an option for us instead of the ER. She didn’t need stitches or anything!

Paula Verbanac I took my child there about 2 years ago with a wrist fracture, it took about 2 hours on a Saturday and was sent home with Tylenol and see an specialist on Monday We had to take her to the emergency room later on that night or better say morning. I just thought it will be one not a very good doctor. I just took my other daughter because she was running a fever of 101 to 102. They gave her a flu and covid test which we had to wait 24 hours for the results, that alone did not like and was told just to give her over the counter Tylenol or Motrin. We received the results later the next day and both were negative. She continue to have a fever so now the following day I took her to another urgent care and she did have the flu. Also very unprofessional with the staff. Attitudes and sitting around playing with their phones. I would not recommend this place at all. Will never go their again.

Olivia Saramago I been going to Pm Pediatrics for very long time if my kids doctor is out of the office and it’s really an emergency.. been having a very good care there except the last time I went with my 3 year old son and my experience there was the very worst ..my kid had 104 of fever (and he was taking 4 in 4 hours alternated medicine )shivering, and the doctor didn’t saw it was necessary to do any viral test or strep test . Is this normal ? He looked at his hears and his eyes and said it was the cold . That doctor wasn’t a pediatrician at all. One of assistants not even helped me giving him the medicine .. terrible ! Very disappointed .

(154) Reviews Syosset Hospital:

Kaitlin S What a terrible hospital. The doctors in the ER are unfriendly and they are just trying to get you out of there no matter if the issue you went in for is not resolved. Additionally, the costs are outrageous even with insurance. The doctors that work under this hospital are crooks - charged me $700 just for one of the doctors for a 5 minute visit. The total cost for about 30 minutes in the ER after insurance was $4k. ($2k paid by insurance and $2.3k paid out of pocket). Go to another hospital thats not trying to completely wipe out your bank account from a 30 minute visit. How this is legal baffles me. This hopsital does not care for your well being, only to kick you out even though theyve done nothing to help you, so that youre forced to go back again later in the day so they can hit you with another bill. Shame on them.

Lane Solomon I was blown away by the level of attention and care given to me for a routine diagnostic test. From the moment I walked in the door to checking in for my diagnostic procedure in the radiology department I felt Immediately at ease and extremely pleased that I had chosen this facility. The doctor was in incredibly warm and caring. I have never experienced this kind of care and concern from a hospital employee ever this was unbelievable. He actually called my doctor while I was a patient to express his concern for my health. From start to finish , I cannot tell you how amazing this hospital is! I wish they were closer to me, lol but everyone should go and experience this phenomenal hospital

Dana Clanton This is the best ER Ive ever been to, and I have been to a lot on the island. Whenever I go, theres no wait (I check online for wait times) so Im able to check in right away. The longest Ive ever waited was less than 10min to be called back. I tend to pass out/get sick from blood draws so I warn the nurses and theyre always comforting and get it done fast. Every nurse Ive had has been sweet, funny, and caring. When Im not feeling well, I appreciate the care for the problem Im dealing with. The nurses are good at checking in, and the doctors always go over results/medications etc very thoroughly. This is my go-to ER and Im glad its close to me because its great!

Nic P. My mom has severe dementia Alzheimers. She fell at her nursing home and was sent to Syosset Hospital with severe injuries to her face and head to the point she was beyond recognition. Huge bump on her head, lip torn to the point of requiring stitches, bruised eyes and nose slanted and so swollen that she was snorting. At my arrival couple hours after the fact she was off to the side in a bed. I had brought to the attention of the head nurse, and Ill leave names out for now, that my mom is injured to the point I cant recognize her and not acting herself. I probed as to why she hasnt had a scan or any treatment. He proceeded to tell me shes not a priority that there are heart attack cases etc. I stated my concern that she can have a brain bleed. He remained dismissive and didnt bother getting any form of assistance. Was like a horror movie... Couldnt get my mom help which caused me to panic and burst into tears. Just past noon the doctor finally shows up and it turns out she has a brain bleed and multiple broken bones in her face. The hospital then sent her to South Shore hospital... Where, as a her health proxy etc, Ive been trying to find out whats going on with her since last night and I get placed on hold and hung up on for hours on end. I visited the hospital and no one was able to tell me whats going on with my mom or what treatments shes had, what is being done to control the brain bleed etc. I was told the doctor is making multiple rounds... Or handling priorities. I was yelled at for asking questions. I collected a list of names and left my number for the doctor to call me at 11am its now 323pm and still no callback. Avoid these 2 hospitals especially if you have a loved one with Alzheimers dementia, without you there they will push them to the side and when you do get involved they will disrespect you. They treated us like disposable people. Unfortunately her condition has progressed for the worse and certainly the delays on her care from the start are contributors.

Vyanna Rodriguez My experience here at NYU hospital was everything I would always want hospital visits to be . Each pair of staff & care teams were welcoming, respectful , reassuring, & tentatively engaged with my son . They made us comfortable & offered us everything we would need ; they always made sure to ask if we needed anything else we might not have . The room was very clean , food was offered breakfast lunch & dinner for our stay being that my son was admitted to stay for 3 days . Thank you so much NYU

Mich Rodriguez This review focuses on a specific incident of racial discrimination I observed during my father’s hospital stay at Kimmel Pavilion, where he underwent open heart surgery on the 14th floor. While we appreciate the amazing work done by the surgeon, the behavior of the night nurse, Alexandra W, toward a black colleague was very troubling. My mother was a nurse and understood how a toxic culture among nurses could affect everyone. Observing what appeared to be a senior nurse engaging in discriminatory behavior casts serious doubts on her ability to provide fair and competent care. It was disheartening to witness, and with no manager available overnight, I felt compelled to raise this here. I hope NYU staff would address this situation. No nurse should experience bullying or discrimination in the workplace.

Adam Kim Showed up for a vaccine shot, after they approved an appointment. After waiting over a hour, I head to the front desk and they tell me they are out. Look elsewhere I’m sure there are better options. Understand it is quite busy but, communication has always been lackadaisical with doctor/hospital. You will end up waiting and wasting a lot of time

Jessica Denae Amazing experience, when we arrived everything was fast and on point. Hospital is beautiful with advanced technology. You can tell this hospital has money $$$. Staff are dope and seem to be focus on their work. Food was close to restaurant quality with beef short ribs as a main. The place was super clean, I seen the cleaning crew clean the bathrooms every 30 min (in the ER) They keep you updated via text on the procedure of your love ones. Security was excellent, checking bags and keeping the place safe. I love it so much I’m getting a primary doctor here.

Shinhae Choi Exceptional and personal service. I delivered my first at Katz women’s hospital and second at Winthrop. I would say Katz recovery room was newer and bigger but I enjoyed my stay at Winthrop better because of their care. Staff constantly checked on me to make sure everything is good with me and baby and asked how to make things better. Cleaning staff came in a few times a day to take out the garbage and clean the bathroom. Personal tablet to watch movies and order meals was a wonderful touch as is their mychart app. If I get pregnant for the third time, without a doubt I would choose NYU again

Rena Drezner Just gave birth to my second baby at Winthrop and the nurses were amazing and labor and delivery as well as on the maternity floor. However I think its absolutely ridiculous that there was no lactation consultant at the hospital for 2 days who could come see me. We have latch issues and we have supply issues and I got no help.

Daniel Salerno This place has gone downhill - I had been coming here almost my entire life, but will never return. Doctors do not call you back and have no time for you. They seem genuinely disinterested in your health. The front desk staff are wonderful, but the quality of care received from the doctors here is substandard. The quality of care at basically any doctor on Franklin Ave in garden City is infinitely better.

They tell you notify if it’s just bloodwork or vaccine and I came 20 min early and still wasn’t seen until 45 min past appt I need a new practice the nurse who took my blood was shaking so bad I have a nasty bruise and my veins are big and juicy! Such a bad experience

Jon Robert I am not typically a person who reviews places unless they are very good or they are very bad. Well unfortunately this office is horrible in every sense of the word. Sadly enough I loved my doctor but not his office and I can tell he does not like it here anymore either. Ever since new management came in there has been a steady decline in rapport. I had an issue and requested to speak to management who actually declined speaking with me. I have no trust in the office as it’s always an unprofessional atmosphere where you can clearly hear the assistants complaining and unhappy or being completely inappropriate. Farewell to this office

Dan All I can say is Wow!!! This place has change this past year and not for the better. The rooms are dirty with blood samples, Urine samples are left in the bathroom it seems like for hours with people personal info on them, the employees not including the doctors stand around and gossip about going out (drinking) and drama with other coworkers. I’ve overheard some of the girls talking about a patient negatively out in the open by their station. I was in shock and completely uncomfortable after that visit and no longer will be going here. The new management is terrible and should step up and handle their employees otherwise this place will continue to fall apart.

Why give us the run around if your system can’t do simple things.

Rose Davis I went to the orthopedic urgent care here. I saw Heather Puleo. I was in excruciating pain in the cuff of my upper left arm. Heather said that I had tendinitis after examining an X-ray. She saw that I was unable to lift my arm and was in a lot of pain. Yet, she recommended Tylenol and Ibuprofen. I told her that I took those and it didn’t help. Heather said to take it interchangeably. When I got home I did this, but it still didn’t help. Also, Heather said that she had to take a conservative way and recommended physical therapy. She said she wasn’t allowed to give me a steroid shot because she was only a PA. Then, she said that I should follow up with a sports medicine doctor within a week or two. Heather said I could see Dr. Grossman, but he books up fast. Then, she mentioned Dr. Schwartz and Dr. Neri. What I’m upset about is not being taken seriously with my pain. I expected immediate attention like a strong pain medicine and someone to give me a steroid shot to ease the pain. I didn’t want to wait for a follow up with a doctor and physical therapy!!! I think that Heather Puleo needs more training in treating patients for urgent care. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here and to just go to a regular urgent care center . I wish that I had went to the Northwell Health Urgent Care in Amityville, which is closer to where I live. When I had severe pain in my upper leg they gave me a steroid shot and prescribed a strong medication. I would like to give more feedback if someone from NYU Langone is going to respond after reading this.

Michelle Dean Dean Disappointing experience . Dr. Teplitz is very obviously an expert, however the beside manner was a bit abrupt but more alarming is that an Rx (that is dangerous to patients with aspirin allergy) was given to a patient that is highly allergic to aspirin. It was confirmed twice with PA and Dr. Teplitz about aspirin allergy . The pharmacist at CVS alerted us on Tuesday this Rx shouldnt be taken if allergic to aspirin. We already have this Rx at home, and my husband DID take one dose!! I called the office after hours immediately and we were promised a return call. There was a missed call on cell phone on Tuesday evening, but no follow up since. It is now Friday and Ive tried 3 times to get through and there isnt even a option to leave message with his secretary. Just want another anti-inflammatory that is safe to take.

He tried to send me home and scolded me about getting my life together and that I had been to the hospital before. He clearly stated he did not want to do the surgery. Well I got my results back after the surgery and I had internal bleeding in my appendix and it was inflamed. How could this person be allowed to perform surgery when he was about to send me home and possibly I would have had my appendix ruptured?!

Janay Pringle DO NOT bring your loved one to this hospital unless you want them to die. We were instructed by her physician to take my grandmother to the ER because her Potassium and Sodium was low. Physically she was fine and her normal self. We were told that this would just be an over night stay. However, this turned into 8 days of being hospitalized. We arrived at 11:30 am and I stayed until 10:30pm trying to wait until she got a room. When we returned the next day at 1:30pm my grandmother was still laying in the bed in the same exact spot in the hallway. She didnt get a room until 7pm! During her stay, she got the flu and caught a UTI. They changed her room & didnt notify us that she got the flu & that the reason for the change which was to isolate her, they lost her pants, socks & underwear and refused to reimburse us, she was never given a property sheet for her belongings. I was told that her personal belongings mustve went home with her roommate when they got discharged which is completely unacceptable! The nurse manager Christine refused to give me the information to Patient Admin and stated that she would report it on my behalf and refused to take any responsibility. They wasnt feeding her or bathing her. We had to ask the Nurse Assistant to change her gown because it was dirty. He asked if we wanted him to bathe her, we said yes. We stayed for over an hour and he never circled back to clean her. The night staff in the 8th Tower occupy their time with being on the phone and sleeping during their shift. A nurse reported false elevated erroneous lab results. When she got discharged, she could no longer walk without assistance, she was drooling on herself, had a flexed elbow/ upper limb spasticity, was holding food in her mouth as if she forgot how to chew and swallow and was incoherent. How could someone who was in good health, dancing & her normal self decline so rapidly in 8 days! I believe that while in their care she possibly suffered a mild stroke that was overlooked or someone made a mistake and gave her the wrong medication. I requested her medical records in an attempt to investigate what occurred and Ryan Wimbiscus in the Quality Care Management Department gave me such a hard time. He gave me false information with the intent to discourage me to obtain her medical records. When I got all of the required documents notarized he purposely gave me an inactive fax number. I waited two weeks and after not receiving her records I called to follow up and there was no requests for her records in the system. My grandmother never recovered and passed away less than 3 months later. My biggest regret was taking her to this hospital. If we didnt, I know she would still be alive The staff of this hospital doesnt follow protocol, they are insensitive and seem to be in collusion when a mistake is made or a death occurs. They are willing to cover up anything!

C_Gee_331 Upton I was admitted for surgery on January 2nd as a patient of Dr. Nikfarjam (phenomenal plastic surgeon) and I have to say the care was fantastic. From the anesthesiologist (Winston the best ever) to the nurses which I will list below. Four days in a private room with of the best care one could ever ask for. So special shout out to the nurses that cared for me and went above and beyond (sorry in advance for any misspellings): Vivienne, Ashley, Andrea, Chrishelle, Donna, Harleen, Becca, Irena, Lindsey and a few others I didn’t catch their names. And last but not least Dr. Nik’s PA’s who were in both my surgeries - Allie and Jaide!

Babylizardparade this hospital has decided that the solution to having pigeons around is to trap a bunch of them and leave them in an outdoor break area to slowly starve to death in the cold. This is absolutely unacceptable and also sooooo many health code violations! They need to be charged with animal cruelty and fined since all they care about is $$$$. Plus they treated my boyfriend when he was in an accident and failed to properly stop his foot from bleeding or clean it properly and he got a severe blood infection from the open wound in his foot that the nurse treating him didnt even bother with.

Christina Desroches I have had both of my babies here and had a great experience born times. RN Joan was there for both of them and she was very kind and fantastic the whole time. RN Kelly was there for my second one and she was also very kind and caring. I do not live close to this hospital however the drive is worth it due to how great all the staff were during the whole labor and delivery process.

BrookieJoy1 I was in the ER for extreme abdominal pain and everyone who treated me was absolutely amazing! The nurse, the doctor, the physicians assistant, and the people in radiology were absolutely amazing. Everybody was super kind and helpful. If anything ever happens to me or a family member or a friend this is the hospital I would send them to.

Laura Regan My 8 month old was just recently a patient in the pediatric ER. I would like to shout out Dr. Rutherford, Dr. Soong, RN Jason and the child life specialist Bella. They took an overwhelming situation and helped my husband and I feel at ease. Dr. Rutherford and Dr. Soong were both informative, kind, compassionate and reassuring. From start to finish the entire team was seamless. The RN Debra, Jason, Megan were all extremely quick, efficient and compassionate. I would recommend this ER time and time again, thank you all!

Patricia Creaven Had an issue making an appointment for my second dose of Moderna vaccine. There was a problem with my information. I was able to access the web site and make correction, however not sure it went through. Received a phone call from Mr. Richard Kissel, and all resolved. Received my appointment and time. Thanks so much for dealing with this issue, I appreciate it.

Chef The Nassau County Department of Health is operated and staffed by a group of the most intelligent, supportive and generous individuals I have come across in my 3 decades of food operations in several states. They educate and encourage, provide solutions instead of creating problems and are there for you when you need them. Starting a food business during a pandemic could have been a true challenge but this group made it easy. Kudos and gratitude NCDH!!! We could not have built our dream without you!

Arnold Horshack This organization did not work to resolve an issue where at least fifteen people were poisoned by a negligent restaurant. This grossly incompetent organization, which you pay via an insane level of taxation, does not any way protect the public from the risk of food-borne illness. These useless incompetents cannot accomplish anything but collect salaries and huge pensions. Shame.

Alexa Calderon They are absolutely horrible. I have been going here for the past five years maybe and I will probably keep on going there because Im still a minor and my mom brings me there but its so horrible. Ive been sick for a really long time three months ago I went because I had a really bad Headache and a sore throat and I have bad asthma. They just told me I had a throat infection five hours later I was in the ER With doctors all around me telling me that if I hadnt gotten there in time, I would have died because my lungs were closing up and was having an asthma attack but to the people here it was only a sore throat yesterday as an emergency. My mom brought me here because I started getting really sick They say their priority is taken care of kids but thats a lie It was around five and Im pretty sure they close at like seven or something There was barely anyone there and I had 103 fever. They didnt even bother to bring me to a doctor the nurses checked me and then just made me wait There was barely anyone in the waiting room and they said that all the doctors were just too busy to see me and that I should go somewhere else. Please dont bother taking your kids here because the doctors will not do something they dont feel like doing The front desk people are also really rude My mom only speaks Spanish most of the time the front desk speaks to her in English, even though she tells them that she doesnt understand and when you look at the front desk people, you can clearly tell that most of them speak Spanish and they just dont do it.

taylor gibbs Place just gets worse every year! Used to love them but the customer service is horrible. Front desk can never schedule appointments right they tell you one time and schedule for the opposite then have rude attitudes when they know they are at fault ! They leave you Sitting in exam rooms for 30-40 minutes waiting for doctors ! Only offer sick appointments between 7-8am which is ridiculous and isn’t realistic at all. If my kid is sent home from school I can’t even get an appointment until the next day which is STUPID ! Definitely removing both of my children from the care of this establishment !

Vijay Pandya I bring both my kids here ages two and four and they are amazing. If you have any medical background youll know that the medical staff here is highly trained and experienced. End of the day thats all that matters. Front desk service is amazing, they are always polite and willing to go out of the way for you. I think the people complaining are ones who dont understand the medical system. Feel their entitled to get whatever they want whenever they want and get upset when they dont get their way.

Mia Brown i been going here since i was 10 almost 9 years and it’s been the best , i love the doctors they make you feel comfortable and if you need to schedule a appointment you can do it right there and speak both languages spanish and english which is a bonus always

Tyquana Rivers I dont understand specialists that dont make accommodations for sick children. To tell a parent of a sick child with special needs the nearest appointment is several weeks away is just unacceptable. They leave you with no option than to go to the hospital and that costs so much more and puts your childs health in additional danger...find you some other doctors, not here.

Robert Wulff ZERO stars - went here because I have trouble hearing out of my right ear. Dr. Bannen asked me THREE separate times if I have choking issues, to which I said no THREE times. He said he wanted to run a "quick" test while was there.......then they charged me $2009!!!!!! Dr. Bannen just wanted to run up the bill and ran a test I didnt need, didnt ask for and had nothing to do with why I was there.

Sim Lyriti The photo is deceptive, half of the driveway is blocked by signs of NO PARKING at every yard, like the white signs from the picture are blocking a half of the curve for no reason! Besides that, there are 5 big guys sitting at the Parking entrance to “help” you park the car (so called valet) despite the fact that it is a simple flat open parking where every one can put the car without help. Why are 5 guys there? If these 5 guys are sitting without doing anything, why they cannot observe the driveway and not allow parking instead of blocking it. There is no space to STAY and pick-up a patient or wait for one. Total disrespect for the people AND THE PATIENTS, the whole setting is an ABOMINATION! What is the administration doing? These are the cases where I am ashamed to belong to the same human race!
