Vidamarie Thelotmoss My best friend came to this hospital because she was not feeling well a week later her doctor walked in nonchalantly "you have stage 4cancer and you only have six months to live. I was stunned. I wanted to transfer her to another hospital but she was running out of time. Nonetheless some the nurses were awesome. The place is clean and some doctors are ok.

Caffe Keeping short and simple- Everybody here gets the job done. Im a younger person whos primary doctor is here. She does all the work and knows her practice. The front desk is very patient and helpful. Staff is overly patient and respectful. To me, my primary is almost like a family doctor, as she used to be my moms primary.

Sean Bozarth Im genuinely puzzled by the negative reviews. My personal encounters have been nothing short of positive, characterized by kindness and professionalism. Ill continue to confidently recommend them to others.

Adity Worst place ever. Rude front desk staff and long wait hours. Whenever you try to be nice and ask questions, the front desk receptionist doesnt even answer your questions. If your appointment is at 11 to 11:30 you have to wait till 12:30 or 1 for the doc to call you in. They dont care about the patients all they care about is the money-making.

Armando Campos A friend of mine went here because it was closer than going to Manhattan. She went with her daughter who is 2 years old and is a happy kid just like 99.9% percent of kids and well behave. But apparently the front desk receptionist didnt think so. She got so annoyed by the little girls laughter that she wanted them wait outside in high 80 degrees weather. She wasnt about to tell her own 2 year old daughter to stop being happy. So they left. I really hope whoever is the owner of the place they better get it together but judging by their rating it seems like they dont care.

Adaku Ubani Very bad experience with Dr Islande Beaulieu. It was the first time two of my children saw her and the whole experience made my kids tell me that they are never going back to her. She is very unfriendly , rude and I m not sure she knows what she is doing because she told me one of my daughters was getting a shot but she was given 2 shots instead of one .I confronted the nurse that administered the shot and she said that the Doctor ordered 2 shots. I confronted the Doctor and she was on the defensive and she walked out on me without any clarity while my daughter got two shots instead of one shot that she told me .Again my daughter failed the eye test and there was no mention of that by the Doctor.I had to talk to the nurse about referral to see an eye doctor. I finally got it without any mention of it by the so called Doctor. Worst e experience ever with a Doctor.

Khin ZawMyint I have been a patient for over 5 years but since the pandemic, the services have declined tremendously. I dont know what happened but my PCP, Dr. DUBEY is never in the office. Shes nice enough to answer messages but I am appalled by the fact that there are NO appointments for a sick visit. I called in November, December and February and they were booking 2 weeks for virtual and 2 months for in person. She also doesnt even have appointments for physicals!! The staff told me to go to urgent care or the ER on all times. I worked in the medical field for 5 years and providers always had appointments reserved for sick visits. Whats the point of having a PCP, if they cant see a patient when theyre sick! Then when I request a referral to see a specialist referred by the urgent care, they tell me I have to schedule a follow-up appointment but ironically theyre scheduling further out than the specialist!! So they basically only see patients once another doctor has done their job and the patient is better. They should not be taking any new patients, they certainly dont take care of established patients. Im definitely switching PCP!!
1 /5
Nathalia Dominguez Been going here for a while now, I used to see Dr. Haqqie but she left and NO ONE informed she has left and she was the only PCP there who was in my opinion, a good doctor and actually available to see patients. I tried to see another PCP at this office, and they are never available. They never have openings so its really impossible to see a doctor for any urgent matter or anything that you would like to see a doctor within a reasonable amount of time. I have an infection on my knee from a bad fall and just wanted to see doctor because it wont heal/stays infected and I was told to go to the hospital? What kind of advice is that? Why would I go to the hospital for something so minor? They told me to go to the hospital because the next opening for an appointment was over a month from now. It just seems a bit ridiculous to have an office full of several PCP doctors and not one ever has reasonable availability.
2 /5
S Obeid WORST OFFICE!!!!! Changed my PCP last night to a doctor in this facility who accepts new patients, I call to make an appointment and I get turned down because both doctors are going on maternity leave instead of having a colleague seek to new patient establishments. Now I have to wait to change my doctor because I just changed my PCP, they should state they aren’t accepting new patients before people end up frantic trying to change their PCP again.

Kathleen McGovern Should not be practicing. A dangerous man. My husband died under his LACK of care. No follow up. Time and time again had to be reminded to call in prescriptions. Doctored his notes to cover up negligence. My husband was his patient for over 20 years and there was no condolences after his passing. The office has no modern facilities. My only comfort is that KARMA is going to get him.

Good The service at this office has completely diminished. Dr. Reddy has been my doctor for over 6 years and seems to have reduced hours over the years as it’s become more difficult to get an appointment. Over the years I’ve changed insurances and would always call to give them my new insurance before coming in. I set the earliest appointment which was about 14 days out. I took the day off work and made my way in. After completing the new insurance form they said they could not look it up. U called my provider to verify my status and confirm the number. I did it once again and again she couldn’t find it. She then told me I couldn’t be seen by the doctor because she couldn’t verify the number. They never made an attempt to call directly, or give me any other payment options. Which would have been perfectly fine with me. I’ve paid for medical services before and gotten reimbursed by my insurance provider. The fact is they never even considered it. Simply told me they could not see me. NOT once did they ask me what I was in for, if I’d been in pain, or purpose. Simply said they could not treat me. I don’t want to assume this had anything to do with my race but they didn’t seem to care that I’d taken time off work, I’d called them to give my insurance information in advance, or that I’m financially capable of paint and value my health above all. I’ll be doing some research on a new primary care doctor. Save yourself the time and get a recommendation on someone else who still cares about health and their patients well being. This place is only focused on money. If you have a great primary care physician from his/her name below. Thanks

Nicky Evans Both doctors are great and caring. I have been seeing them for years since my daughter was a little girl, now she’s all grown up and still they’re our doctors. I moved from the area and when I am not well I still travel to see them. They also showed so much care and concern for me and my family during the difficult pandemic. Even when the offices were closed I could still reach them via phone or video conferencing if needed

Larkspur Juniper I love both Dr. Reddys. They take the time to see you and are personable and kind. Cared for my family through COVID and were so concerned and I felt like we were in good hands. Sure the office staff is a little low energy but they’re working on top of one another in a small office. Cut them some slack. They probably deal with idiots all day (aka all you negative Nancys who left one star.”) Bathroom could def use a deep clean every now and again but legit I love these two. Highly recommend

Milagros Savoca My experience with this hospital has been overwhelmingly positive, from the emergency room to the fourth floor, where my mother was a patient. The care provided by the nursing staff, including Lisa, Samantha, and Priya, was exceptional. The support staff ensured that my mothers personal care needs were met with dignity and respect. As I navigated the decision to transition my mother to hospice care at home, the hospital staff provided invaluable guidance and support. I highly recommend this hospital and hope that a benefactor will consider donating funds to upgrade their medical equipment, including beds that rotate and provide alternating vibrations, to enhance patient care and outcomes. CML C Nurse Elaine MUST be recognized. I did not have the best birth experience however Elaine treated me like family. I was terrified as we were faced with so many obstacles. She held my hand and was extremely honest when I was fearful. I was rushed to the OR for an emergency c section and she made sure photos were captured and that I had skin to skin as these things were important to me. I was emotional when her shift ended after 15 hours of being by my side. She even came over after her shift to check on me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this traumatic birth experience seamless. I hope you get all of the recognition you deserve. I emailed manager Nicole to see what else I can do to share my story. Im waiting to hear back.

Raymond Arroyo Is it the best hospital in NYC? Probably not, but is the staff competent, kind and wants to ensure you have a good experience and outcome. Yes. Honestly would use this hospital for outpatient procedures again. I would probably not use it for anything more serious than that. I also think their emergency department is fine and does exactly what its supposed to, keep you alive.

Tatiana Guerra It has been three years since I have seen my own doctor from this office. Why? Simply because they make it extremely impossible for you to see a doctor, especially a day that would best serve you Mind you, this place has a lot of doctors And now you are telling me the latest appointment is 1pm? That is extremely ridiculous. CHANGE PROVIDOR. I know I did and I have been happy since You’re getting money out of my insurance just to come and have one of your doctors check me out? Then I will take my business else where since this establishment does not care for its patients and has a mentality that the patients do not work a 9-5 hour shift from Monday to Friday They should realize we live in NY

David Soto-Rios I have been calling since May 12th 2022 to schedule an appointment to return to Ahmed Gemei MD, the people either refuse to schedule my appointment and hung up on me or they simply don’t answer the phone and when they do they hang up on me once I start giving my information again. I have UC that needs constant attention after being diagnosed in their emergency room. An emergency room that I had to go twice too bc the first time they said nothing was wrong even though I was in pain. Very negligent at all offices. To get things done you have to fight and argue back with doctors to do more tests. They also refused to send patient advocate which is so disgusting of them. I need to get my UC checked and this doctor is the only one who has handled me very well compared to others and now I can’t even schedule an appointment due to this offices other staff. And he said on April they will contact me and never did and now I’m struggling to contact them. This is ridiculous, I’m all out of my medicine and need a damn appointment! I have Ulcerative Colitis and now I’m getting flare ups again.

Y L The emergency room that truly does not care and uses the pandemic as an excuse (excluding pediatrics) I went in at 4am cried 3 times and left at 8:30 not seen or called on the waiting area only had two others when I got there. They called one almost every two hours. Its like they want you to leave the seating are uncomfortable and hard and the wait is outrageous. I have had two other experiences as well before the pandemic where I left as well from being in pain from the long wait. Youd think Id learned my lesson but being that it was 4am I gave it a chance and had high hopes when the waiting room was almost empty. This time though one of the 5 receptionist that changed shift during the time I was there said "good luck at another hospital during the pandemic" when I let them know I couldnt take it anymore and Id have to leave to Mount Sinai because they always see me there quickly. You can see them all walking back and forth socializing while youre there as well... And not looking concerned at all about pateints.

Dumitru Cristea I really dont get how people can give this place a 5-star review. I am only able to get in touch with "my doctor" via the Mount Sinai messaging system and it takes 2 days for him to reply to my messages. What kind of doctor is that, if you cant get in touch with him that same day at least. We are living a pandemic nowadays and people cant wait 2 days for the doctor to email you back a reply. Better find a smaller practice where you deal with a person not a messaging system.

Brenda Cominale I have been going here for about 1 1/2 years. I am happy with the short wait times. Happy with my endocrinologist, not quite as happy with my doctor. I need someone who will listen when I say that I know my body and what medications have worked best for me. I will say that the front desk staff, office staff , and one PA in particular have impressed me. Adam Soto a PA in my doctors office could not present as a better representation of what a PA should be than he does.

Haydee Valentin I have been here 2 days in a row. I called to make an appointment for a PFT., PULMONARY FUNCTION TEST. I was told to be there at 8:20 am on 9/9/19. I get there and and no one knew why I was there. A few minutes later, they call a guy whose name is Julius. He chewed us out and kept asking how did we make the appointment, who made us the appointment. After explaining to him that we were referred by a doctor, he then again said that he was the only one 2jo scheduled these appointments and its only done on Tuesdays. So he says, come back tomorrow at 5pm. Ill get the referral from your doctor. Here is the next day Tuesday, 4:15 pm. We get here and again they look on list and my hubbys name doesnt appear. I explain the situation to the receptionist who was no help and totally clueless of her job description. I ask her to please call this Julius person 3 times in which all 3 times she tells me to call the service in Manhattans Mt. Sanai. She then tells us to wait that theyll see if the doctor adds him on. After 50 minutes, she then says the doctor will see but only for 10 minutes. At this point, I took my hubbys Id back and stormed out of there. Talk about inept staff. By the way, the referring doctor is affiliated with hospital. We will not be returning to this place. Horrible experience with inept and unprofessional staff.

My mom fell was in excruciating pain from a broken femur and nobody came to see her in the emergency room for over 7 hours. It took me pushing and pushing for someone to finally do something. Then they gave her a strong large dose of morphine making my mom faint for a bit. After this another 6 hours later they put her into surgery. Surgery went really well and doctor was great fast forward 1 day she get a uti or at least thats what they said they treated her for 3 days for a uti to only have my mom wake up with horrible pelvic pain, bloating, pressure and urination every 5 min. I asked to see a medical doctor since all she had seen was an orthopedic for her leg surgery.... if I didnt push nothing would get done. In between all of this now we have the care Manger telling me the doctor had given her the all clear to get discharged to rehab.... it was unbelievable. Now we sit here waiting for cat scan because now they "dont know what it could be" . I will update my review when my mother leaves.

Stacey Hu I sincerely appreciate all of the staff on the 5th floor when I delivered my first baby here last year. Labor is truly a very scary time, but with the right support team, anything is possible. My L&D nurse Desiree dedicated her whole 12 hour shift coming in and out of my room to ensure that mom and baby were doing well, helping me adjust to different laboring positions, and being there for me physically and emotionally. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Rai, was awesome, and gave an amazing epidural. My postpartum nurses and CNAs were so caring for both me and my baby. All the residents and doctors were so friendly and professional. My cousin delivered here a few months after and they had a great experience as well! I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the wonderful staff here on the 5th floor. They ensured the safety of both me and my baby which is the top priority. Dan s Parent around 90 was recommended by Flushing hospital Hospice team through an Asian Np that patient Can stay and end life peacefully in the Hospitals Hospice section. We were told that there will be three months but was forced to leave after less than two weeks. They keep bugging us all day long , telling us that patient is improving and need to leave whenever they find a nursing home. I keep questioning that patient is first underweight 85 pounds at the time, use morphine as pain management and unable to eat and have been in and out of their ICU twice in a week. They carless about the condition once they find a nursing home to kick my parent out. They have a doctor to prepare a discharge form without really reflect the real condition. They tell us my patient is getting huge improvement and no longer need to be with them. They rather called us 3-5 times per day and convince and force us to agree their discharge plan instead of focus on the real health condition. They transfer my parent in very cold condition without letting patient peacefully enjoy the rest of the days as promised when we sign the hospice form. ( They will tell you they never promise anything after they tricked you sign the paper. Transfer my parent to a new nursing home for only a day and have my parent passed away on the Christmas day. Now , with Flushing hospital hospice teams intentions and extremely care about their own benefit. We are no longer be able to celebrate Christmas for the rest of our life but to remember the painful experience and the way they treat my parent. CMS will definitely evaluate this facility cause nobody cares about your elderly member but your insurance claims.

Arieny Polo I spent seven hours there for nothing. I arrived at 7:00 PM and waited four hours to be called and taken to another room, where I spent an additional three hours. The doctor never came to see me—only the nurse, who kept saying, "Wait for the doctor." I waited until 2:00 AM, just sitting on a bed, with no results. Frustrated, I decided to leave without saying anything. I remember before this hospital use to be good and different in all of this. But that’s it—never coming back!

Kris Donaphin This was my first time coming here and I have no complaints. I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk AND I was seen on time for my appointment which was such a shock to me since I’m so used to waiting to see a doctor. No exagerating I sat for 1 minute before they called my name, I was still filling out the new patient intake paperwork which I ended up completed in the exam room! I was seen by Dr. Saffa Ahmad who is very patient and listened to everything I had to say. It was comforting not to feel rushed at all. She also provided me with good explanations, advice/course of action. Had I paid attention to the negative reviews prior to going I might have scheduled with another practice but I went on the reviews that I read about doctor Ahmad specifically and I’m glad a I did.

Thomas Schiulaz Never had any problems with any of the staff members. Dr. Saffa Ahmad is my PCP. She is great! She takes her time with you, and ask a lot questions.

Anthony Bourray As with most of the bad reviews I agree. This used to be a good office. Once Dr. Coman passed away during covid it has gone down hill. The staff is fine but the Doctors are constantly canceling their appointments with me then it takes another 6 weeks to reschedule. If you call in for a prescription renewal the doctor as usual is away for 2 weeks and you have to wait until he/she gets back. This has happened to me so many times. Now after they canceled my last appointment of which I had to wait 6 weeks for a new one I was just informed my doctor is leaving the practice. Im sure I will have to wait another six weeks to scedule with a new doctor. Hey NY Presb. have you read all the negative reviews? Be professional and fix your office.

Theresa This practice has really gone downhill. Used them for years but now am looking elsewhere. On my last visit doctor christopher georgiou didn’t even look at me when entering the exam room. He proceeded to stare at a computer screen and speak about me to the physicians assistant as if I wasn’t in the room. Not sure if this is treatment he reserves for female patients or for everyone. The physicians assistant was sweet and professional and the only reason I didn’t walk out of the appointment. I’m surprised they are hiring new doctors who show such a clear lack of respect for patients. I’ve been to this practice for years and yet kept being referred to as a new patient. I had to tell the doctor he should read my chart before examining me. Left feeling disgusted.

KGTI Rivera I would give it O stars if allowed. This practice has deteriorated significantly which is so sad. Dr. Mamias is a good doctor but she always sends you to over 20 doctors for tons of "rule outs." Often the other MDs I go to for follow ups based on her recommendations often say, well why did she recommend this follow up?!" Thats never a good sign if they are equally confused and asking the patient for medical clarity. The patient portal is NEVER updated with lab work so you wonder why you even bothered to have labs drawn. The medical assistant, Gabriella Gamonski is the most unprofessional staff member. She appears annoyed answering questions and never follows up. Also, they charged me a $25 co-pay in error and when I tried to get it resolved several times by reaching out, I received NO responses from the practice. Then I get a letter from collections despite my diligent follow up. Go someplace else. This practice does not care about you or your well being. Its truly unfortunate.

Deborah Jamison My daughter was admitted to this hospital because she was disoriented, could not walk on her own and very weak. While she was there she did not receive the proper treatment to help her get stronger and back on her feet; and when asked she said that the only physical therapy given to help strengthen her legs, was being moved from the bed to the chair; nor did she get any kind of bath for her body while she was there for a week. They discharged her against our familys insisting that she couldnt take care of herself living alone and suggested the doctor transfer her to a facility that would help her,. So for that I wouldnt suggest Anyone go to Queens hospital ; its a Terrible place with no Real care for the patient.

Johanna Mata The workers here discriminate all the time. So sad to see they don’t even notice they are discriminating. My aunt’s postpartum appointment was at 10:30 and hours passed by. Finally I ask about her appointment and the worker wants to say “Oh for the lady that speaks Spanish” as in this is the reason she should have to wait past her appointment time. Finally the doctor is ready for her but the doctor has a nasty attitude.. the doctor ask her questions about pain..my aunt answers a little bit and that’s it! No check up down there at all was done. How is this a postpartum checkup??? Unbelievable.

Riczel Joy De Asis Dont ever come to this place if youre pregnant. They dont care about pregnant women, they make you wait every single visit 3-4 hrs. Reception at area 1 is unhappy and not approachable, always on her airpods and unhelpful. Schedule is at 11am, youll be called at 4pm. Go somewhere else.

Ryan Deosaran Queens General is a much more better choice than Jamaica Hospital. However, this hospital needs improvement in terms of cleanliness. Bathroom needs to be more cleaned its disgusting and unacceptable. I recommend to carry baby wipes. Some nurses are unprofessional. My wife waited a whole 2 hours for a chest x Ray.

Hwan Bae When reading another comments about a hospital , think critically about his or her views and ask your self : Do the conclusions make sense .He or she is biased .Are the sources of information reliable ? Thus, you can share the information with someone who wants to know about it, that is because he already made an appointment for cosmetic surgery. When someone is told bad news about the place he is going there , he maybe shape his behavior and modifies his mind toward another hospital

Ayesha siddika Biva I never imagined such a good treatment. I was treated in the ICU from the emergency room and from my own experience, I can say that nothing could be better. And what can I say about the service, everyone was so helpful and so friendly, it was beyond my imagination. In a word, amazing.

Maureen Ramgattie Called an ambulance on 12/12/2024. I requested Weil Cornell but the incompetent paramedics lied and said it’s an hour away meanwhile it’s literally a 12 min drive. Anyways my son fell and split his chin wide open and needed stitches. Not only was the mount sinai paramedics lazy and didn’t know how to do their job, neither did this hospital. My son was put in the waiting room with no doctor assigned with a giant hole in his chin. I ended up leaving and taking my son to Weil Cornell, where they did an amazing job as always. Mount Sinai is a terrible hospital and needs to be avoided at all costs. Weil Cornell for the win ! I filed a complaint against the emt and I will file one with the state next to defund this place on the grounds of committing insurance fraud . Happily charges Medicaid but doesn’t do for the patient , causing patients to go to another hospital bearing the insurance a second cost for the same injury

Sarah Hymes This facility lacks support staff, which leads to good doctors moving to other facilities, and terrible service for patients. I had one good experience with a doctor (PCP) in the Internal Medicine department, but she left less than 6 months after I saw her. I booked with another doctor, who flaked on me 5 minutes before my appointment. When I walked into the Internal Medicine department on the 4th floor, there were two desks, each listing about six doctors that the person behind the desk was responsible for supporting. One desk was empty and the other desk was dealing with all the phone calls, requests, walk-ins, etc. To say the person sitting behind the other desk was over it would be an understatement. And I dont know that I can blame her. If this hospital creates an environment where support staff call in sick to get a day off, the rest of the staff will be overworked and under supported. What do you think this means for the patients? A crappy experience, of course. I wont be trying to visit any doctors at this location again.

tamiris menezes Im severely asthmatic and live right by this hospital that’s why I’ve been there multiple times and every time I go it’s insane how little they actually care, the nurses are extremely rude and cold hearted, they would leave me gasping for air waiting omg periods of time, ask questions knowing I can’t breathe and just leaving me in a room with concerns and without checking for hours. Each time I go there I spend about 8 hours for the bare minimum care.

Henry Davis A lot of criticism for the emergency room here. My personal experience with emergency rooms is they take you in order of severity so, guess what? You may have to wait. This hospital services all of Western Queens. The next closest is in Jackson Heights or Manhattan. All my doctors are with Mt Sinai and all my procedures (no operations to date) have been in the Astoria facility. Over a decade and... Im still here. Like and trust my doctors and appreciate the professional staff.

Sophia Im a patient of Dr. Huang and shes great, but the front desk receptionists are very much unhelpful. I called to ask about possibly moving my appointment earlier and the receptionist said there was no earlier time. Without even confirming the change, she moved my appointment to a later week. I went on the website to reschedule, and saw there was an earlier date available. Common sense and basic communication skills nowhere to be found lol.

Lisa Hou Ive been a long time patient of Dr Loli Huang. The doctor is great but the facility frustrates me to no end. Ive been calling and leaving messages after messages for an appointment and no response received. The 1 time a staff picked up (by some miracle) stated that I cannot make an appointment without the most recent blood work as it has been a while since I saw the doc because of pandemic shut down. Point taken. Ive got that done and requested my PCP to fax over since 2/2023 and so far no call back and no response after leaving messages. I would go elsewhere but I really like my doctor; but I think I might just have to find another hospital with a working team.

Rodriguez Janysa “Jany” I spent a ridiculous amount of time researching for an endocrinologist that checked all my boxes so I could finally regulate my PCOS. I came across Dr. Huang on Zocdoc and luckily, she had an open appointment available a week later from the date I found her. I did not have a referral and nowhere on the website did it say one was *required.* I was called a day or two later and was told I needed bloodwork. They also told me that a referral is typically needed but when I explained that my assigned PCP was not "cooperative," I was informed they would make an exception & as long as I got my labs done, it would be fine. Fast forward to the week of the appointment (4/5/24), I travelled to a lab in this disgusting weather and called them to see if they wanted my blood tested for anything specific. In fact, it was the Dr. at the medical center I went to who asked me to call just in case, otherwise they were going to do a basic panel. The lady I spoke with tells me shes unable to give me that info because Im technically not a patient yet. She was unaware of the exception I was told would be granted & told me that BOTH women I spoke with "werent supposed to do that," even though it was confirmed by the Dr. that it was okay at the time. She also said they were apparently never in the office when I asked to speak with them. Its not like I was asking for a prescription. She refused to transfer me over to anyone else and just kept reiterating the same shpeal that made no sense so I hung up. The Dr. who took my blood was so confused as to why she was being so difficult, considering they required the bloodwork. Nonetheless, I got it done. To my surprise, an HOUR later, my appointment was cancelled. No one called me to tell me nor to explain why. It seems as though the woman I spoke with, took it upon herself to cancel my appointment without reason or notice because of our interaction on the phone. Unprofessional isnt even the word, and to make matters worse, I called them immediately but was unable to reach anyone because they were "closed." At 4:41. Their hours say 9-5. It all comes across as very calculated on her part considering she waited over an hour after we spoke to do so and ensured I wouldnt be able to call in because they were "closed." Dr. Huang doesnt have any availability until June & the other doctors availability is just as bad. Someone like that, whos willing to be that petty and spiteful has no business working in healthcare and she should be ashamed of herself. If they truly think Im going to just let this slide, theyre sorely mistaken.

Jasleen Samra You can call 100 times and you will be lucky if anyone ever answers or even calls you back. Over the past 2 years, this office has become one of the worst that I have ever been to (and I have had my fair share of incompetent doctors and offices). During *3* separate medical emergencies I’ve had over the past 2 years, I have been ignored and left to ration insulin and essentially suffer for week(s) on end. I’ll be moving to a new endo after my most recent issue with getting my prescription sent out in a timely manner (again, after having 97/100 phone calls I have made about it ignored). I’d recommend anyone considering using this doctors office to explore elsewhere.

Chris Savva Unless you have an appointment it’s next to impossible to reach the Dr or one of his stuff to help you on something mundane you might need . Electronic messages, voicemails or whatever means of communication you try will be met with silence. Days will go by and nobody will call you back . And exactly this has happened to me twice the last few months . Complete silence and indifference regardless of the number of messages. This is truly the worse health care I experienced and I have experienced health care in second world countries! So if you have proper health insurance and want to receive proper health care look elsewhere. You deserve better than this The saga continues as I lost a day of work and I’m here trying to resolve getting my prescription filled. I am at the point where I will file formal complaints with NYC Board of health and my insurance company. If I don’t get my medicine today I’ll definitely sue them . This is surreal At the chop shop facility I spoke to Andrea at the front desk who was very polite and genuinely tried to help me . I was asking for my insulin prescription to be send at a pharmacy that has it as I already tried a few on my own . Andrea got her supervisor involved that told me that they don’t even check if the pharmacy got the prescription. They arrogance and indifference was very obvious. So I openly videotaped the part of the conversation mostly for my own protection, and at my attorney’s advice remained calm and kept smiling . The supervisor Instead of making sure I will have my prescription filled she called security and I was going to leave but Andrea told me to wait obviously as it turned out so I am forced to erase video . The security told me to erase all video or they will call the police and at that point I called my attorney and told me they were bluffing as NYState requires only one person consent. Other than lying the security guard was likeable and I laughed him off . New York Presbyterian hospital needs to be held accountable because their business practices are endangering people’s lives unnecessarily. It made a huge impression on me that I was there close to two hours and nobody was answering or calling anybody. It’s really scary and reading other reviews there’s definitely a pattern and a culture that will lead to malpractice . If anyone wants me to testify on my experience with this dangerous institution I would gladly do it for free

Alkim Cevik Got my tests results on the app and I see that some of them need to be addressed. My provider didn’t contact me. I tried to reach her and I couldn’t. (Which is her job to provide and talk about the results). I tried calling the front desk multiple times in different times, and they never answer. Therefore, I kept leaving voicemail, giving them the information about my situation. They never call back. This place is not an auto body shop. It’s about people’s well being and besides some helpful staff there, overall this is a bad place and definitely needs to be audited.

Bir Grewal Any other independent primary care doctor will take as much time to attend to you as much this facility takes in scheduling an appointment. if one is sick and one does not know in advance when one is going to be sick, you expect treatment immediately and not wait a day to get an appointment and wait a week, fortnight or a month for appointment. The Doctors knowledge and efficiency comes into play only if you get to them. They have at least four or five receptionists to attend to calls, schedule appointments etc and they have been rude at times. They need to streamline the appointments and accept even walk ins as sickness does not inform before hand.

sandeep singh I would give this place 0 stars. For a clinic thats associated with NYP, it should be shut down. I gave this place multiple chances before i commented, and this place has failed and is the same every time, one of the most rudest, unprofessional, and hard to deal with staff from the front desk. I am surprised how NYP is letting this happen, and no one is supervising this from the main corporate office. There are multiple 1 star reviews and still no changes have been made. The main headquarters should inspect this place and see for themselves.

Jacob Lin Definitely zero star if it is allowed . The worst medical system . The doctors are amazing . But the front desks are the worst . The doctor gave me a couple referrals . And I was waiting for them to schedule the following check ups . One told me , there was nothing you need to do . And the doctor did not leave anything . But I remember the doctor said I need to some tests before seeing him again . So I went to the other one . He said my lunch break now . What a heck . More stories to share . Horrible !!!!

David G I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. Everyone in the office is professional and kind. The medical assistants take their time taking my vitals, ensuring everything is accurate. Dr. Juanita Marin is fantastic. She’s attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. The wait times are what youd expect with a busy office, but its worth it for the excellent care provided. Will recommend all my family members
