Anthony Phillips Always have a pleasant experience over 20 plus years but yesterday on 12 9 2024 we were greeted by a medical assistant that did not say a word except room 2 after this she came in and didnt say anything to us she took temp, oxygen level and blood pressure and instead of asking me to step onto the scale she just asked me my weight Im sorry but I think you need to explain to her she needs to show a little compassion after all these years I have never had to write a review like this Im sorry to the rest of the employees that I had to do this.

Jason Pipitone Dr Schneider and Remi are absolutely the Best !! Dr Schneider took care of my sons badly broken leg in 2019 and in July of this year did a meniscus tear surgery on me that I am still recovering from. The treatment is second to none, from his knowledge to skills to his bedside manner. Simply cant say enough about the Dr Schneider and the Bone and Joint staff!!!

Ann Lapinski Dr. Banagan was easy to talk to and responded to all my questions. She had genuine concern for my problem and finding a remedy. I was very pleased with her positive attitude about being my provider. I would highly recommend her.

Rocky Lodge Only reason for four stars is that they kept me waiting for over 50 minutes on my first visit. Front desk person was nice enough but wouldnt let me know if I would have to wait much longer when I asked. Most importantly, though, Dr. Snyder was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and the nurses and xray technicians were also very, very nice! In the end it was worth waiting to see the doctor.

Panagiotis Legakis Dr. Schneider was recommended to me by a friend who had a similar knee problem. His thoroughness in diagnosing (physical exam, x-rays, MRI), eventually operating on my knee, and the follow up after surgery has been what every patient is looking for and I was very fortunate to have with Dr. Schneider.

I was a candidate for lidocaine trigger injections and got them today on 12/18/23 and hoping this will work. This is an excellent practice and highly reccommend especially Dr Andrejuk. Bennett

Tierra Gill so most people dont know how the medical field works. Peoples insurance dictates the type of treatment you can have . Just because you have insurance doesnt mean that you are 100% covered. The staff has to get authorization for it , or they wont get paid you will have a huge bill and then be mad at the facility and or the Provider. Dont assume how the medical field works until you work it

Brian C If you want to keep being poked like a guinea pig. And wait for a prior approval for lidocaine patches that you never going to get. Columbia Memorial pain management is for you.. if you have minor aches and pains in one spot. It might work for you but if you have numerous spots in pain dont even bother.. unless you have thousands of dollars for lidocaine injections and a nerve stimulator..

CELIA BUCHANAN Ive been seen in a timely manner staff are helpful and professional. Generally its less busy than the other Columbia locations. Walk-ins for phlebotomy and lab work are typically fast.

Marilyn Ortega Been going here for quite a few years now, other than knowing where your going it can get confusing but ask any staff member there and they are happy to help. Very clean I see multiple doctors there and never had a problem, longest I’ve waited for my appointments have been 10 minutes at best, imaging is very prompt and waiting is never longer than or less than 10min, get there 15min prior and they will see you before your scheduled appointment. This place has not let me down yet. My doctors get all imaging results same day, I receive results within 2days depending on the find. The medical staff members are friendly and the doctors listen when I have concerns, the rest rooms thus far have always been clean.

Ahearn Veronica (Italian Stallion) All in one 2 floors they call this old hospital it used to be in Catskill N.Y. You got Dental and Pedeatric dentist for kids you got Doctors offices and pediatric kids doctor go for blood work they got ex rays CT scan Mammograms place for elders to stay get help got lab corp all the staff here are so awesome and respectful its close for me where I live about 10 min. Not even and building all in 9ne and so clean they all deserve a raise and vacation good staff in this building

Sophia Lane I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment between two waiting rooms. The procedure of checking in was long and unclear (take a number, wait, get called, but those with appointments dont have to take a number, but they dont call you up of you do have an appointment, then asked me to take a number anyway, then repeat all of the information currently in the network for 15 minutes) The floors were dirty, I was not given the proper paperwork so I ended up having to fill it out after my hour wait. The staff was not conscious of my privacy and left the door open, and spoke loudly in the hall, where those in the waiting room could hear. Would prefer to travel elsewhere next time i need this type of service.

M S Drs and nurses are really good. Their calling system where you have to leave a message in the hope they call back is ridiculous!! I’ve never encountered a worse system. When you mention it to reception, they act like it’s a proficient system.

karalyn smith I truly enjoy Bonnie and Lynn also Dr.marony . They have been helping me for the last 10 years . They had such a loving family oriented dementor . Since 2018 the facility has been taking their sweet time , not returning calls. The sympathy is gone. Today I had brought 2 children in for a 5 min snap test . They would only do one and made me come back close to 6 hours later. So here we are for an appointment and we have been waiting in the room for 20 minutes with no one checking on us . What once was a family now is another paycheck ! I love The nurses . Maybe it’s just the front desk where I have such a lack in communication .

Jessica Leto My family recently moved to Windham, NY from the NYC suburbs in New Jersey. I did a lot of research and referencing before choosing Schoolhouse Pediatrics which is 40 minutes away from us. Since establishing them as the primary pediatricians for my boys, I have had the best experience. Our first visit was phenomenal. We had several special requests following their enrollment in a new out of state school. They were friendly, accommodating, and informative. We also had a minor emergency situation; I can not express how great they were. The wait for that visit was a little long, but... corona. The nurse we saw immediately diagnosed the issue, gave us medications and procedures to follow, and she was SPOT ON. After dealing with this weird skin conidtion for several years- it is now resolved completely. Very happy.

Jennifer C I have been going to this practice since I had my first son in 2017. I recently had my second son in 2020 and take him here as well. We see Dr. Maroney, she is so caring and gentle with both of my sons. She takes the time to really sit and discuss your child’s milestones and developmental progress and will listen to your concerns and is more than happy to answer any questions you may have. I have seen a couple of the other pediatricians (if we had to go in for a last minute sick visit) and they have all been very nice. I will definitely continue to see Dr. Maroney for the foreseeable future. The nursing staff is also superior especially Lynn. She is absolutely awesome with both my kids and has a great personality. I absolutely feel like my sons are in great hands here ! Cant say enough good things!

Sharry Gibson Most of the staff are pleasant to deal with however the running of the office is subpar. I am new to this practice and myself and my child have had at least 4 visits between ourselves. Each appointment we are early or on time for yet we wait close to 30 -40 minutes before we are brought in by the nurse who takes the usual - weight/blood pressure. It doesnt seem to matter what time of day our appointments are either as we have had both mornings (8AM) and afternoons (3PM). Then we wait another 10-15 minutes before the doctor comes in. Now the most recent is mind boggling. At the annual last year my child was told they needed a NYS required vaccine for 12th grade yet they couldnt give it on that visit because they did not have it in stock. Now this year at the next annual they did not mention the required vaccine. Since my child went to this appointment alone they did not bring it up either because they were unaware and I forgot to remind them. So I called to ask about the vaccine and again they do not have it in stock and do not see them having it in stock in the near future. I was told that yes they realize it is required in order for a child to attend school and to call the Dept. of Health.

Scrappy Granpappy He is very through and takes the time to talk with you.he and his staff have taken very good care of my family I feel he recieves a bad rap sometimes due to some of the office staff hes had although he does have many good people who work for him he should be commended for spreading himself so thin having multiple offices in Greene county to fill the void of the local hospitals and doctors weve lost and the medical centers that are promised and didnt come to fruition. God bless him for stepping up to fill the void so that we can get the health care we need

douglas haeberer I had scheduled a physical appointment a few weeks ago, the paperwork for the blood work just arrived 2 business days before my physical and now needs to be rescheduled due to their unorganized office staff. I have had problems in the past of leaving messages and never having messages returned I like the doctors but the office staff needs a lot of help in organization.

Amanda Christan Burran Dr. K Bock saved my life by testing for a tick borne illness no other doc would test me for. With his care and treatment I was able to get my cognitive function back and now live a good life. Dr. Bock and his staff truly care about their patients this place in no way is a SCAM! And Meagan in the supplement dept. is a total love and has always been very good to me. Also NP Jennifer has always been very caring with me and very smart in her treatment. Again I have to be clear I would not be alive if it wasnt for Dr. Bock & his team.

Tina Pelkey Dr. Bock is an amazing integrative doctor. He has a thorough intake appointment and really listens and cares about his patients. Hes helped my daughter a lot. I highly recommend him.

Maria Bibby This man should be ashamed to call himself a dr! He had no idea what he was doing treating my son. He took over 20k from us and even some bogus charges such as 75.00 to show me how to give a subcutaneous shot, when I refused. Back and summer will just take your money and have you buy a bunch of supplements that will not help because this is not done correctly. First and foremost your gut must be on the mend to assimilate any vitamins. I pray that parents who desperately are looking for help do not entrust this office. They are scammers! You can heal your child with autism, remember its biological!

I am very disappointed in the measures that were taken for me I wasn’t even seen during my miscarriages except for the first one I was sent for an D&C I was just sent to take tests for HCG levels for the other two.

Erin Lanzer I love the doctors and nurses at Catskill Women’s Health! All of them are so sweet and personable. However, I really am not a huge fan of the receptionist they have. She always makes me feel uncomfortable and like I’m inconveniencing her. I tried having my name and insurance changed since I had just gotten married, and she seemed very frustrated and confused as to what to do. She’s no where near as personable as the rest of the staff.

Mary Burkart I just got home from having a hip replacement yesterday, and was blown away by not only the medical expertise that was evident (Dr. Frank Lombardo of Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County is amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone), but also the incredible care that is given to each and every patient. I was in the Medical/Surgical South Unit...an attractive unit with small, private rooms. A special shout-out goes to Brandi, my nurse, whose warmth, humor, and compassion especially shine through, but every single staff member I encountered made me feel cared-for, and tremendously relieved my nervousness. You are truly treated as a family member from the moment you step into Northern Dutchess Hospital...and the food is wonderful! My hip replacement was yesterday and I am back home, with a minimal amount of pain and functioning beautifully, albeit with a walker and a few special tools (for dressing, retrieving items that are not safely or comfortably within reach, etc.) for a few weeks. I only require minimal assistance. I am so, so grateful to Dr. Lombardo and the staff of Northern Dutchess Hospital. They have given me tremendous mobility improvement in the future, in an atmosphere of dignity, excellence, and compassion. I am so glad that I received my care at Northern Dutchess Hospital, and I urge anyone needing treatment to do so, too.

Susan Rogers Had to go to an emergency room for a critical procedure, and am so pleased that I went to Northern Dutchess! Every person we met was friendly and knowledgeable, fantastic nurses, great doctor, and overall just a really civilized experience. Not sure if I got super-lucky, but check-in was fast, and then I truly believe they got me treated as quickly as possible. Most importantly, I feel confident that I received competent care at every step. Hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon, but very happy I chose Northern Dutchess.

Yes i was definitely feeling a notch or 2 less nervous going in. A special shout-out to the amazing staff at the hospital: Jess in the Recovery Unit, Jackie and Heidi the daytime nurses and Yahandra and Zandra the nighttime nurses. Each of you has made this experience not just bearable, but uplifting! Your compassion and dedication to your work shine through, making this hospital feel like a second home. in the Foxhouse Hen I had a really good experience here yesterday. From the intake staff, security, nurses, technicians and doctors. Everyone was professional, courteous, helpful and kind. Sarah Mills The specialty doctors that my husband uses have been wonderful! However, Im giving 3 stars due to being unable to make follow up appointments. He saw the pulmonologist in June. Its supposed to be a 6 month follow up and theres only a template up until September?? WTH

Ariana Troxel I have never had issues with this hospital for years until recently. I would definitely give them no stars if possible. I went to the ER because I wasnt feeling good at all. I told them how I felt dehydrated, was having bad headaches and felt like I was going to pass out. I usually go to Harris because it is closest to me. I stumbled coming into the waiting room and trying to walk from my car to the hospital. The front desk nurse was nice and asked me questions then gave me a covid test. They then took me to a room because I explained to the nurse how I felt dehydrated and probably needed fluids and they needed me to wait for my results to come back. When I got to the room a male nurse came in and just started asking me the same questions the other nurse at the front did and I kept telling them how I was feeling over and over again it seemed.. It felt draining like they wanted me to keep explaining myself like I felt interrogated instead of them actually wanting to help. So they tell me that they are going to give me fluids and keep me there until the results come back. I just felt super uncomfortable at that point. Also I was right next to the main desk and they kept slamming what sounded like drawers and cabinets which was bothering me as my head was hurting.. Another nurse comes in and she brought the bag of fluids and the iv. But the bag was very cloudy and didnt look like fluids. When she put the iv in my arm she did it aggressively and was also asking me the same questions I had already answered to the other nurses. It felt like just torture at that point. After she put the iv in she left and I started feeling worse instead of better and super dizzy laying there in the bed. I just waited in hopes to feel better.. The male nurse came in and told me my covid results were negative and to wait for the iv drip then left. I didnt feel any better as time went on either and then my arm where the iv was started to hurt really bad out of nowhere. I started calling for the nurse vocally since there was no call button and the staff was at their desk right across from my room. Instead I was ignored as I kept calling for somebody and even heard laughing from the desk and continued to hear loud slamming noises. I felt scared in a freaking hospital and like everything was being done intentionally. Whatever they were giving me was definitely not fluids and I was not being hydrated. I started crying because I was so scared and was being ignored by the people who are supposed to help. I felt they were drugging me with something instead of giving me fluids. Finally, the nurse who put the iv comes in and asks whats wrong in a very sarcastic way. I told her that the iv was hurting and that I wanted it taken out immediately. She was trying to convince me not to and was being rude about it. I was in pain from it and it was obvious. She then yanked it out of my arm which hurt even more. Left my arm destroyed and I felt worse than before. It was inhumane what they did to me. Ive never been treated this way by a hospital before. I grabbed my stuff after the nurse left and just walked out. Not only did I feel I was denied proper medical attention, they abused me mentally and physically which is medical malpractice. I have ptsd and felt extremely violated. The people involved should be held accountable. I did not deserve what happened to me. Be careful of the people at this hospital. Never would I ever think people would be so evil in a place where they are supposed to be helping people and are licensed to do so. Now my ptsd is worse and I am scared of doctors and medical personnel. Nobody should be scared to get medical attention due to negligent medical staff. Its not right and I feel businesses, even medical ones, nowadays feel like they can just pick and choose who they want to respect and help when it is their duty to treat all with proper care. Not once was I rude or hurtful back...

David Grippe First time here. Doctors and nurses seem nice. My wife had surgery, and I was never notified about her progress. When I finally asked she was already heading to her room.Very upsetting. 5 hours after I was told about 2 hours,and nobody said a word. Shame on them. Update...that night after giving them my wifes medication list, they are still messing up her medications. Even this morning.

A P Dr Goodrich is excellent and incredibly thorough with her patients. My one star is for the management of the office and women that run the desk. Incredibly rude and treat patients waiting with contempt. It’s a shame Dr Goodrich has these women running things.

Wendy Oftedal My granddaughter, who is a patient, and has been since 2014 has a fever and sore throat...I was told to go elsewhere because the office was closing in 20 mins. and the doctor was "booked"! Had Dr. Samedov been there he would have definitely helped a SICK child and not have sent her a half an hour away to catskill to urgent care!!!!!!! What a shame that we now are relegated to this!!!

Lisa Jarvis This group has been my general practice provider for 17 years. The service has only gotten better with the move to the new facility which includes x-ray on the premises. Dr. Johnson is the kind of old-fashioned GP one doesnt see much of anymore-Always takes time to ask in depth questions and provide comprehensive care. In addition, the pricing is fair and I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be taken in. I dont know what the bad reviewers are on about...I can go to any GP I want and I am still here at Callan/CMH

Zita Kobos Saddens me to write this as the care here is O.K. and we have used the Rapid Emergency Care. The problem I have is trying to call the office to cancel an appointment. Repeatedly asked if I could be put on hold and before I could answer I was put on hold. Called EIGHT times in 30 minutes and still couldnt get through. Needed to cancel an appointment. Ridiculous, if one receptionist isnt enough than hire another one.

scott steibel I’m very happy with Dr. Johnson. I’ve had a long-standing medical issue that I’ve kinda blown off. Once Dr Johnson caught wind of this problem, he educated me as to the need to give this matter the attention it warrants. He made some calls himself to discuss this with a cardiologist and had his staff set up appointments with the cardiologist and a neurologist. Even took the tie to make sure they both participate in my insurance. And he’s seeing me on a regular follow up basis to “quarterback “ my care. I also find he takes the time to listen and explain. Not sure what else to ask for in a primary care provider Yes sometimes there is a wait, but most times there isn’t My strategy with many doctors is to call ahead, most offices will tell you if the doctor is running late

Abigail_**_Sears Unfortunately, I need to give this practice a bad review and rate them 1 star. The doctors themselves are very nice but most of the other staff are very snotty. I was told one day that I should have never been checked in because I didnt have my $25 copayment. So because I didnt have $25 I shouldnt have been seen. That is ridiculous!!!! My other complaint is, I was seen on July 18,2017 and was prescribed a medication to help me quit smoking, here it is August 24th and my prescription still hasnt made it to the pharmacy. Its been over a month! PATHETIC! I keep calling and all they say is, Im sorry we will send it over again. Plus the wait there is ridiculous. I would say the wait is AT LEAST an hr and a half. From my experience. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Sorry but not sorry!

Diane Ball Before I went to dr Wilson vs after. I dont have my smile anymore my gap is bigger my teeth dont match and he ground down my canines at least in the back cant really notice in the front I do not recommend him as a dentist and their office doesnt remind you of an appointment and takes you off of their client list if you miss an appointment because they didnt call you to remind you I know its kind of on me but its also kind of on them too its their job to remind us worst dentist ever

Mike Jones Do not go there , Save yourself the time to find an actual dentist . Wilson is a waste of time. Drove 2 hours For an emergency dental appointment , Emergency appointment lol broke my tooth. after very specifically telling the lady on the phone. My issues and problems with my teeth drove 2 hours. Mind you which I explain to them as well what was going on with me in detail. So I get.There they told me they Only have one outdated machine mister Wilson comes in, tells me how they werent gonna do anything today, but just try to take. Some x-rays thanks, which was completely the opposite of what the emergency appointment was for specifically set up by his desk clerk. Long story short, he told me its not his problem. And that I need a drive a couple more hours somewhere else. I went there with no pain. They forced my jaw to open and I left there crying. I would rather get my teeth removed by a back alley.Crackhead than Wilson, which honestly.Hes probably only running that place to feed his drug habit . I hope you get Lugarics disease

Dr. Wilson taught me a flossing technique that was very helpful and he was very professional! His gratitude for my son’s military service was also greatly appreciated. I found his staff to be so lovely, kind and thoughtful. Such a pleasant and unique dental experience.

The moment I walked into the dental office, the friendly receptionist greeted me and helped me with the necessary paperwork. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. When it was time for my appointment, a very polite dental assistant called my name and led me to the treatment room. Dr Wilson was gentle and thorough during the cleaning process, and he took the time to answer any questions I had about oral hygiene. Dr Wilson always explained any findings, discussing the condition of my teeth and any potential treatment options. What I appreciated most was that they didnt rush and took the time to ensure I understood everything. Fortunately, I didnt need any major procedures this time, but the dentist did provide valuable tips for maintaining good oral health. Veronique Gambier It is difficult to get an appointment but the doctors and nurses are professional and very attentive. We are 4 of us in my family. Between Docor Murphy and Doctor Murray-Surman, we are getting all the care we need. Dont let the people at the front desk discourage you, you just have to get through. This is a great practice.

Andrew Oldridge Dr. William Murphy is one of the most unprofessional, irresponsible, disrespectful, and dismissive doctors I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Columbia County has a doctor shortage and yet somehow he still has availability for new patients- once someone sees Dr. Murphy as a patient it’s clear why he still has availability and that is because if they have any other options they choose to no longer be treated by him. The entire office follows his poor example and is disorganized and irresponsible with zero interest in patient care or general show of empathy. Beware of the lack of care you will receive.

Christine K The lack of ability of this office to get an MRI sent to an actual place that does them is astounding. My husband was seen weeks ago and sent for an MRI - so far to three different places that cant even do one. We asked it to be sent to the SPHP network since none of their 3 locations could schedule it. Finally, after numerous phone calls and promises, a new script was sent to the new imaging location. FOR AN XRAY. Weve spoken to numerous office members and just nothing has gotten resolved. As of today, we are back to an MRI being canceled and an XRay being ordered again (he already had one). Im just disgusted with the entire thing. I wouldnt recommend this nightmare to anyone. Meanwhile, my husband is in agony, cannot sleep, and whatever hes going to need, this office has made it painfully impossible to get to the next step of making a treatment plan. Absolute incompetence.

Roxanne I went in with only a 10% range of motion in my neck. Kristin and Kate were able to get me up to 50%, which was a big achievement for me. They were very knowledgeable, put me at ease, and knew exactly what to do. I was very encouraged with the immediate results. When I told them I had vision issues, they printed out the home exercises with enlarged print so I could see them easily. The reception staff is also excellent . They go above and beyond the call of duty, checking on elderly patients to make sure they are stable and comfortable, even bringing out chairs for them so they could wait by the door to await their ride. I was very impressed with everyone and highly I recommend this physical therapy group.

patrick clarke The entire staff were extremely supportive. This was an unusual circumstance, that required a couple of emergency surgeries and then a few more surgeries. Dr G and Dr Pace performed the surgeries and did an exceptional job. While I was in the hospital, both Doctors were incredibly encouraging, as was Dr DIgi. Upon release from the hospital, all of the visits to the office were extremely positive and the entire staff were wonderful. Defying the odds!

I lost several hours of pay both times because I had to take time off work. If I didnt show for an appointment they would charge me $25. Eddie James Having to go to the ER can be your worst day but having the right nurses and doctors there can really make a difference for you. Hello my name is Devon and I recently had to go to the ER twice in one week which absolutely no one wants to do. My experience at the Catskill hospital in Harris was absolutely amazing both times! Andrew the Pa in the er is absolutely outstanding in how he takes care of you but most importantly how he speaks to you and takes the time to understand you. You are not just a number. Percilla the nurse in the er is right there with him along with Michelle and the discharge nurse Erin was also pretty amazing! Thank you to you all! Remember people their jobs are extremely hard to do and kindness from patients goes a long way as well as being patient with the team of doctors and nurses caring for you.

Jessie Moore Wonderful experience from to the ED, to an overnight stay, to the OR. The staff was wonderful and very attentive to my sister. We usually go to Middletown, but their ED wait time was very long so we tried Harris. Honestly, I’m glad we did!

May Meyers Posting this review on behalf of a family member: I recently visited Garnet Medical Center radiology and lab in Harris, New York for testing. I wanted to commend nurse Natasha for her exceptional service. I have mobility issues, and had challenges that I was ready to give up on. Natasha persisted and came up with creative solutions to make sure I was comfortable and cared for, before and during my procedure. She was professional, cheerful, efficient and very caring. Everything you want in a healthcare provider. I should also mention my Radiologist, Archet, who guided me through my procedure with a level of professionalism and compassion that deserves recognition. Garnet Medical is very lucky to have Natasha and Archet on your staff.

Bill Kass When you read these reviews for Garnet Health you might think that they arent the best, you would be right. My 97 year old father was in the Emergency room for 7 hours and was thrown into a small crowded room with 3 other patients and a bunch of annoying flies. He was never given anything to drink or eat. I asked the receptionist if they could get him something to eat, he laughed at me, told me this was the EMERGENCY ROOM and that my father wasnt one of the more important patients. The receptionist and I also had a completely different definition of the word, "recently".

o Dr mckeon has been extremely rude every single time ive seen her over the course of 2 years. She has never once helped me, ignores me, refuses to treat condition i need treated, but tries to force me to take meds that i very clearly told her will make me kill myself. One time she just left, and didnt tell me the appointment was over or anything. I just sat in the room waiting until a nurse told me she had no idea why the doctor just left me there

Tan Medra Tried to establish primary care for me and my wife. A receptionist called Susan kept asking me for my information, she didnt answer who was going to be the doctor until I provided my address, SSN and everything, just to realize the doctors name is not in my network. The new doctor is not even in the office yet, so theres no way to know if she is considering to be in my network at any point. She hung up before I could even ask to schedule with someone else.

Had he read my husbands chart he could see he sufferes from chronic pain, instead he did not renew his pain medications that have worked for 15 years leaving him no ween of course, he told him to just sit back for a couple of days and he will be fine. I was livid, this place will pull all your medications they think are not necessary, even though they have worked for years! This PA tried to give him other medications that have severe side effect. DO NOT GO THERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HEALTH.

Tim Irish This is an awful--and awfully creepy--medical practice. Before the acquisition of the practice by CMH in Hudson, this was more of a typical (but below average) practice in quality-healthcare-starved Greene County. There were several physicians (of varying degrees of competence) and an NP practicing here. Now there is but one primary care MD and a gastro specialist; I dont know how the place remains open for business. I figure this med mill must be heavily subsidized by Columbia Memorial which is desperate to shoo patients away from their own medical chop shops across the river.. Care here is abysmal. Decent care depends on having a variety of qualified physicians in a practice; this place is more like a last-chance medic station somewhere near the South Pole. Everyone seems to be drifting along in their own world. Wait times are outrageous and needing a prescription sent to the pharmacy practically triggers a red-alert alarm and instigates a DEA investigation. Avoid past-its-Prime Medical and head up to Albany. If you survive the Thruway, you might find good care.

David Greco Worst Office around. No help trying to get patients in. They do not do reminder calls and book appointments months out. If you are a few minutes late they will try to reschedule your appointment months out for you. If you call the office at 8am when they are open they won’t answer the phone until 8:30. The answering service will also tell you the office doesn’t open until 8:45 when they are actually open at 8. Worst medical services around. Been trying to get appointments for 6 months and now I’ll be going to a new Doctor office.
