The staff all follows PPE and are all pleasant respectful and very knowledgeable. Im pleased to be a patient of The Sands-Constellation Institute. They have proven time and time again I can have my full trust in their abilities and my care. I truly believe my Cardiologist saved my life solving my health problem that had me down and feeling near deaths door for many months. Ill add the health issue wasnt Cardo related but he was absolutely correct with his diagnosis! I couldnt possibly thank him enough for his excellence in knowledge beyond his field! Thank you!

Michael DeCarlo I dreaded having to get a root canal, and after my dentist told me he couldnt do it in his office and that Id have to go to a specialist I was even more apprehensive. Dr. Deol and his entire team were amazing. He explained the procedure from start to finish. I knew what I was going to have to pay before we began and there were no surprises at the end. Best of all, I had absolutely NO pain. I didnt feel the needle go in, and after the root canal I didnt even have the slightest discomfort! If I ever need a root canal done again I would 100 percent go back to see Dr. Deol. Thank you for the great experience.

Katie K Dr. Deol and his staff are great. Had my first root canal there ~6 yrs ago and was amazed how comfortable I was throughout (Im a baby with dental stuff) and its been no problems since. My dentist referred me to someone else for my upcoming root canal, but I went back to Progressive & Dr. Deol.

Kailynn Monroe This was my first time getting a root canal by a specialist....... I’ve had several done by regular dentists and this was by far my best experience. Absolutely pain free and easy. They called me to check on me a couple days later. They are just awesome. I would definitely recommend!

Mike H It was my first root canal and was completely dreading the appointment just knowing the pain I was about to endure was going to be unbearable. I was greeted by a cheerful receptionist who immediately made me feel at ease but a few minutes later the anxiety returned as I was lead into the room where the procedure was to be performed. I was impressed with the room as it was updated and absolutely high-tech. That made me feel better, for sure. I was offered a cold bottle of water and a neck pillow. A neck pillow?! Dr. Deol walked in and introduced himself. He explained the procedure and made sure I was ready to go. I felt a little pinch with the initial Local anesthetic and after that? I didn’t feel a thing! Nothing!! I’m writing this review 24 hours later and the tooth he worked on isn’t sore and doesn’t feel any different. I’m absolutely amazed about the whole process and how great of an experience it was. Friendly, professional, comfortable and clean. I would recommend this office to everyone who needs a root canal.

Svitlana Tykhonchuk My first appointment there, they did amazing work. Everyone was very kind, and they know how to take care of their patients. When doing the root canal, they explained every step. They worked on the tooth very carefully. I recommend coming here....

Susan Bridger I had the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had from an Optometrist. The office was lovely and clean. They have the most up to date machines and even put drops in your eyes! I was troubled with double vision. Dr. Lydia O’Connor recommended “prisms” in my glasses. I had never heard of prisms! I was skeptical. Then I got my glasses. My double vision was gone! Plus my lens script was perfect. I was so impressed that I recommended the practice to my sister, her husband and a friend. They all had appointments and were just as impressed as I was. They’re the best!!

Kristopher Ayers My brother referred me to here. He had nothing but good things to say. They got me in early one morning before my insurance expired. Ive purchased 2 pairs of glasses here and am completely satisfied with both. I was a little frustrated over some confusion about the types of coatings available for the second pair, but unrightfully so. They got everything straightend out and I absolutely love them!

Teresa Beauchamp My 87 year old mom went here for a referral to see a specialist for wet md in one eye and dry in the other. They pushed her into buying glasses she doesnt need,(she just got new glasses). She hasnt picked them up. She tried to cancel but they refuse to pay back the money she paid already, that overdrew her account. She has a very limited income. They took advantage of an elderly women. Disgusting!!!

Got another exam and another pair two weeks later seemed to make them mad when I went in the second t ime. The doctor was very pleasant though. They said give them a fair chance for two weeks. Cant wear them been almost two weeks still not right. Wearing my old ones cant take the it anymore. Very unhappy.

Elizabeth B Geneseo Family Eye Care was able to get me in within 45 minutes of calling due to an “emergency” eye issue, involving debris in my eye and irritation. Dr. Dolan took a look and found the little speck causing the irritation. I’ve been coming to this office for many years and I’m always excited to go! The Staff, Technicians, and Doctors are always pleasant! Highly recommend because there is no other Optometry I would trust with my eyes!

Kyrith Evans One of the worst experiences I ever had with healthcare. Short version: Dr. Hasbeek attempted to schedule me for medically unnecessary surgery and someone in his office filed my workers comp paperwork to the wrong employer. Long version: I had a referral that I didnt want to follow up on because my hand was healing well on its own. I explained this on the phone and at first the PA said okay, it was my decision. But then later that day I get another phone saying they really want me to come in. They talked me into coming in for an evaluation. At the evaluation, everything seemed okay. The PA said x-rays looked good and she wasnt sure if they would have me back for surgery or just monitor the situation. I tell her for about the 5th time that I dont want surgery. Then I get a voicemail saying they want to schedule me for surgery. I dont follow up any further because I dont want the surgery. I dont see the point of cutting back into a wound that is already partially healed, and their own examination found it was healing well. By this point I get the distinct impression that Dr. Hasbeek is more interested in filling his schedule than actually making sure I am okay. I also get the impression that he was telling the PAs working under him to be more pushy with me than what they would have done on their own. The PAs were the ones handling pretty much all direct interactions with me, and it was probably awkward for them to be stuck in the middle between a doctor with an aggressive treatment approach and a patient who wanted to put more faith in the bodys natural healing process. A week and a half later, my hand is still healing well without any surgery, and I get a notice in the mail about my workers comp. They have filed it with the wrong employer and now I will have to waste more time calling to correct the information. The mistake about the employer is somewhat understandable if that was the only problem. I was handling Starbucks products when the original injury happened, and they sent the claim to Starbucks. But trying to manipulate me into having surgery that I didnt need and repeatedly stated I did not want? That is blatant abuse of the insurance system, and it just shows a lack of respect for patients. Just because you can do surgery and theres a chance that it could have some benefit doesnt mean you should. Every surgery also comes with risks and recovery time, and that is not something every patient wants to deal with if they dont have a life-altering problem. There might be some patients that have the same kind of injury as me and they want to have surgery, but it wasnt NECESSARY. Im very glad I didnt go for the surgery, and I wish I had stood my ground and refused to go for the evaluation too.

Megan Thayer This rating is on the facility itself, not any of the DRs/Offices inside. There is plenty of parking! The building is brand new so its really nice inside. Its very open, and gets a ton of natural light. The building is currently various DR offices. Eventually it will become the hospital.

Be Kind The practitioners in this office seem to be more concerned with getting patients in for office visits ($$), than the health or care of their patients. There is a major disconnect between the people answering the phones, the nurses, and practitioners in this office. You will often get a different answer, depending on who you speak to. Every single nurse I have spoken to or seen in the last year has been confused about protocol and most times, rude. The only nurse who seemed to care at all was Chandra, who I spoke to over the phone. Every experience I have had with this office recently has left me feeling extremely disheartened.

Trish The staff is mostly nice. They work hard to squeeze your kids in when they need to be seen. However, I only would recommend 2 of the doctors and probably 2 of the nurses between all facilities. All of my after hour call experiences have been awful. Doctors are rude and usually dismiss your call as if it were not needed.Twice now I have been rejected for a visit because the Doctor overreacted and referred me to the ER. Even the ER provider said, why did they send you here? Once my daughter had a bug and just needed a nausea pill. Most recently the on call doctor told me to schedule an appointment with office in the morning. When I called the next morning, that doctor insisted I needed an ultrasound immediately and to go to the ER. When I checked in with Noyes they asked why I was there. I explicitly told them my doctor wanted an ultrasound immediately and said it couldnt wait for an appointment. Noyes checked me in and I waited 5 hrs for the doctor to come in and explain they dont do them as and ER visit, they are appointments only due to no techs being there. The person at registration couldnt tell me that and save me time and a copay?

Justin Cull These people do practically nothing for me. I’ve been in a ton of pain and they can’t seem to figure out how to fix it and what exactly they need to do for treatment. I’m out of work, going into debt, and still am told by my PCP that the pain is basically all in my head. They have no sense of urgency when it comes to test and imaging results. Frankly, the first chance i have to change my PCP and move to a different location, im taking it. Then told me the earliest appointment was the 22nd, but when i call radiology, they set up an appointment 4 days earlier, this place is a joke and they are only drifting by in the aspect of caring for patients, they’d rather take their paycheck with minimal work. Especially Geoffrey Wittig.

Her first assessment of me was I didnt look ill. You need glasses lady! And a brain too! She took a nose swab which the test.proved positive for Influenza A. She only took me out of work for 1 day. Hey No wonder you are only an NP because youd kill people as a Doctor. I didnt listen to this idiot and stayed home from work since I couldnt even hold my body upright to drive. This is the non sense we pay for with health insurance. These NP need to not be allowed to see patients without a Doctor Present period. If I could sue I would.

Brenda Robinson I walked in and wasn’t even near the receptionist and she say’s “date of birth”…no hello, smile, nothing, and was treated that way the whole time I was there till when I left. I was only the third or fourth person that they dealt with this morning, so you would think they would have been a bit friendly to say the least. I understand it’s Sunday morning, but there’s no excuse for rudeness. The doctor was pretty much the same way. She never said hi, just came in and asked what was going on. I didn’t except “star” treatment at all, maybe a hello, a smile, and hope you’re feeling better soon, would have been nice. She did her job though, but didn’t seem to be enjoying it by any means. Way too early to start your day that way.

Emily Bohrer I must now find a new doctor because Dr Walters has been employed at this facility. I had him as a doctor for 2 years and hes just a absolute horrible human being. I refuse to be seen somewhere that will employ people that are rude and completely lack compassion for their patients. Im sure the complaints will pile up as time goes on. The man simply has no heart and really needs to think about some other occupation that doesnt include interacting with humans of any kind. Its devastating when youve been sick for years and only want help. My suggestions as to what could be wrong with me only angered him and were ignored despite later finding out I was actually right! A doctor that lets his ego and pride get in the way of his duty to help people is not a doctor!

JesusIsTheRootWeAreTheFruit If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went with a uti and they sent me home in pain with no medication and told me to follow up with my doctor. Uhmm hello, I obviously couldnt see my doctor because my doctor wasnt available and so I had faith in this place which not only lacked in common courtesy but belittled my sense of being by questioning their so called professional medical tactics. Today my daughter went in with real bad anxiety problems and all she kept saying is her heart is hurting and they took blood pressure and it was 150/90 and when my daughter questioned some very obvious sickness related questions, they belittled her and told her they would have to electrocute her heart and what do u know? They sent her home with instructions for following up at hospital. Why on earth would u scare my daughter with electrocution to the heart? Oh thats right, because it was the 4th of July and u wanted to get to your party or gathering as my daughters sickness was keeping u there late and so scaring her away would do the job. Shame on u urgent care, shame on u for sending a patient home with pain in her heart. I hope you all lose your jobs because I hope nobody else in this world will ever have to deal with your unprofessional, uncaring and insulting behavior.

Caroline As a former Geneseo student, I know how dichotomous the perception of Noyes is within the college community. And I also know how concerned parents may peruse these reviews when their kid is sick away from home, so I wanted to share my story. Personally, after being blatantly misdiagnosed by Geneseo’s health services several times as a freshman from then on out, if I had the option, I always choose to go to Noyes when I was sick. Not only did they help me through several medical ailments throughout my time in Geneseo, most notably, they were the first to indicate to me that I may have Crohn’s Disease. A disease I was, in fact, later diagnosed with. I went in complaining of stomach pains thinking I was dehydrated or something following a hot September day in the sun. But after more questions the Dr or RN (I really wish I remembered who it was that looked out for me that day so I could thank them but I sadly do not) began to piece things together I didn’t at all think were related. (swollen ankles? I was a college student with cheap shoes and a long walk to class - who knew that would be significant to my stomach pain?) From there they ran a blood test to check for inflammation indicators (which I had), which then lead to me to a referral for a gastroenterologist, again, at Noyes. While I no longer live in Geneseo or receive treatment at Noyes, the snowballed effects of what happened that day changed my life, un-hyperbolically, forever. I had been miserably living in pain for months without a thought crossing my mind that all I was experiencing was linked to a disease. And who knows how many more months I would have suffered without a clue what the cause was, nor the damage I would have done to my body without intervention. I am incredibly grateful, and forever will be, for the services Noyes provided to me on that day.

Eryk Olson Consistently incorrect medical diagnosis and advice; poor service and bedside manner from Aguirre; repetitious failure to return requested call-backs of urgent nature. Named provider clearly does not care about the medical well-being of his patients. Office staff and nurses/NP (Adam) pick up the slack and cover for Aguirre’s ineptitude, to their credit. Auxiliary staff is the only saving grace about this practice, the named provider, Aguirre, is a 2-bit hack who has no business treating patients. No wonder why he is in private practice without any affiliation to an area medical center. Stay away.

Everything was explained well and my kids felt really comfortable even when getting stitches. Thank you, Hammond Henry ER for making our back to back visits easy going. Debra Morrone My recent visit to the emergency room at Hammond Henry Hospital was extremely disappointing. The staff, from the nurses to Dr. Stephanie, were rude and disrespectful. They showed no compassion or empathy during my time there. One particular staff member even refused to show her name badge and deliberately flipped it so I couldn’t see her name, despite my multiple requests. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was unacceptable. I expected much better care and treatment, and I hope the hospital addresses these issues to improve their service for future patients.

Sean Moriarity My grandmother broke her hip from a fall and had to be rushed to the HHH ER. My mother and I rush up there and we already had other family members there with my grandma. We get there and were told that nobody else could go back to see her because theyre trying to prevent Covid and other illnesses and they did have a sign saying so. Now I understand that but however, before we got there they had been letting family members of patients take turns and switch out one at a time to see their loved ones who were there and now were told we cant switch? My aunt, uncle, cousins etc had been back in there to see her but now we couldnt? My mother was livid and justifiably so. A couple physicians there said nothing but "its our policy" "its our policy" over and over and showed no compassion or care at all and just came off as condescending. The reason this gets 2 stars is there was one nurse who did let my mom come back to see my grandmother and she even apologized for the others who just cared more about the policy on the sign and not the family of the patient. She even showed compassion to my mom and hugged her when we were getting ready to leave after it was confirmed my grandmother was being transfered so that woman gets nothing but respect. Other than that the place could use some staff house cleaning. I know there are people there who are good people and do care but the way this was handled was very unprofessional and kind of cruel. Even myself when Ive been there before as a patient it hasnt always been pleasant. A couple times staff members have made me feel stupid for even coming there and they talk down to you like a child and sometimes come off as upset because they actually have to work. I dont like writing this but enough is enough. Times like this is where the "band aids station" remarks about Hammond Henry are true.

Mostly in part to Natashas energetic attitude and remarkable generosity, my short stay in Geneseo Hammod-Henry Hospital was made very comfortable (well as comfortable as they coul, I was in an extreme amount of pain) Natasha was very patient and kind to me. She showed empathy in the fact that I was in pain and very afraid..She made me feel like I had a friend there as a security blanket. When they struggled to find veins, blew several veins, insert the IV, and draw blood, she stood by me as I squeezed her hand. She was so gentle and shows a special caring touch. i want to thank her for what all she was for me and her patience and understanding. Best Regards, Jeanny

The Kennedy Real Estate Team This past weekend I had a mishap that lead to an ER visit. From the time I walked in the door, until I was discharged, Dr Wronecki and the staff at Orleans Community Health - Medina Memorial Hospital delivered professional and courteous service. I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time, too. And, their exemplary customer service did not end when I walked out the door, as Dr. Wronecki followed up with a call to me a couple of days later to see how my wound was healing. Kudos to everyone at MMH that made my visit to the ER as smooth as possible.

Evan Squires Wow, best ER experience I have ever had (strange to say). I was checked in and was talking with a doctor within 10 minutes. All the staff were incredibly kind and ensured I had the best care. From walking in to leaving I was there for less than 1 hour, absolutely incredible. Longest part of my excursion was waiting for the pharmacy to have the prescription ready across town. 10/10 would recommend, but hope I will not be requiring their services again.

Jenilee Winch I went to the Medina ER in August 2023 while at my camper “home” for an untreated bladder infection that turned into a full blown kidney infection. They got me in almost immediately and sent me home again within 4 hours with quick access to my meds at the closest pharmacy. It was all really scary and painful for me, and they treated me SO well and with so much care.

Shannon Lockwood This review is for the 2nd floor of medina hospital. My dad was admitted upstairs on 12/11/24. He had terminal cancer and the 2nd floor staff from the Drs and nurses to the aides were amazing. My dad was hoping to be here for Christmas and he took a turn for the worst and the staff brought in a small Christmas tree and a cd player with Christmas cds. That meant the world to me. I was able to play Christmas music for my Dad and show him the tree and he loved it. Thanks to the Dr and all the nurses and staff I was able to show my Dad the Christmas tree and play music for him when he wasnt doing well. Unfortunately my dad passed away on 12/14/24 but I am so grateful for everyone on the 2nd floor. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!

Gwen Mensinger The doctor himself did great , asked questioned, listened. The bad review is for office personnel. Unorganized, no concept. My appointment was two weeks ago, was told she was off until Mondayvthen she would schedule my cat scan on my sinuses, now two weeks later I’ve heard NOTHING! I had ear aches a month prior to being referred, 2 antibiotics no results hence referral. Now I’m three months out same problem no results. Waste of time loss time from work for nothing. Office is very disorganized. Doc do new interviews your front service is killing you!

Laurie Roper Extremely unprofessional. My husband can barely STAND because of a concussion and broken nose. They asked us to be here at 1230 to do paperwork. Medical transport dropped us off and now we are standing outside waiting because theyre on lunch break. Obviously everyone deserves a lunch break, but dont tell your SICK AND INJURED patients to be there at a certain time, of you arent even going to let them come into the building to sit down.

Maria Ammarell Amazing, very knowledgeable, best bed side manner! First ENT that truly listened and took my concerns legitimately. I now have a cochlea and am so impressed. He’s great with kids too makes it fun and engaging as to keep them calm!!!!

Tiffany Wahl If you want to go somewhere that can’t figure out what’s wrong, won’t listen to the patient or family and has nurses with egos the size of Texas that insist they know better and refuse to listen when the patient advocates for herself on something as simple as using a heat pack being the only way to get a blood draw on her while going through this unknown mystery illness then go here. And if you want a chemical burn from them being in a rush and covering the failed blood draw spot before letting the alcohol dry. Also keep an eye out the window, might see the drone they have peeping in your windows! (A couple nurses were fantastic but about half on PCU including the charge nurse Valery were absolutely embarrassing on how they treat patients. For the charge nurse to storm off when the patient advised that she needs a heat pack to get a blood draw in current state because she had too big of an ego to use one then retaliated on the patient when coming in to do the next test was more than an embarrassment to the hospital. Maybe they are too used to patients on that floor not being able to speak. Also the focus on the patient not having personal items out taking priority over taking care of the patient was another embarrassment. Food was hardly edible for patients or in the very over priced cafe they have compared to multiple other hospitals recently. A week later still waiting for the patient advocate team to call back.

Sandra Ramirez The maternity department at Highland is exceptional. The nurses are so kind and attentive. They answered all of my questions and did their best to attend to our needs given such a stressful time. The doctors are also available to answer questions and explain whatever process is next. It is important to understand that as patients in a busy hospital we should not be entitled to receive care at the snap of our fingers. We must be flexible an understanding with the busy staff who is trying their best to serve all.

Suleidys Marcial Post partum ward is amazing. My nurse was absolutely phenomenal. Attentive, quick and friendly. Although, I was not being listened to by my initial nurses during labor, the midwife advocated for me as much as she could which made the experience a bit better. I will say they need to do better at listening to their patients.

Paula Blodgett What an amazing hospital there are so many angels in this hospital. From the staff to the doctor I felt like I had the biggest army backing me up and protecting me with everything that they had my heart is overjoyed. Also very kind to my significant other they definitely had a hand in saving my life.

barbara Swingle As much as it kills me to go against the University of Rochester medical system. (Bernie sanders is right. the health care system is broken!), it has also fallen like rgh on care. Before my visit two weeks ago, they were NOT effectively good. Im not sure when it changed cause it happened three times in a month to my mom. Like rgh they sent my mom home after overnight stays the first two times where she at least should stayed few more days. The second time, she went in with several cut on a leg, but the staff never checked on her at all! Then heather heights (another negative review by me) ignored the severity of her injuries after she felled off her bed waited a week finally sent her to the hospital (in part my mom didnt went to go but heather heights neglected didnt make her go which he should had)! Me and two of my sisters and I witnessed the neglected care of the nurses and tech to my mom and roomie. Her roommate asked 5 times for apple juice or ginger ale that never came. Then my mom had memory issues and wanted to stand to pee, but they told her she was incontinent, but they didnt seem to know she had a memory issue. Finally, her nurse, jamie, ghosted her co-workers and patiences. Inclusion, they dont deserve the benefits and more pay. If they did, they would do their jobs a lot better, but they dont! Oh btw my visit was I was tested for the flu but never got the results of ilthe test Update of my moms visit for hospital this weekend. Which is good. They wont let her go home until regular staff to come in tomorrow So one of sisters say the regular staff and er/icu staff is 100% better The er is really bad and only getting worst each time I come. Thank God staff is friendly. Last night turned into morning after ten hour wait only been seen by the waiting room nurse for TEN HOUR. I LEFT!

mark greene I just took my husband to the emergency room at Dansville hospital in New York. I had to take him to the emergency room because he was hurting so bad in his stomach. We got there around 3:30 AM this morning. I have never been to a hospital where you have to ring a bell for Service. And then you get this young smart Alec person, come to the desk. With an attitude. I don’t need no attitude that early in the morning. Especially when my husband is in pain. I do not recommend that hospital to no one. From 12 AM to 7 AM. You have to ring a bell for Service. What are they doing in the back sleeping . And again, I do not recommend the hospital to nobody. I gave them one star. That’s all that Hospital deserves. And when that young smart ass guy came out. He said we don’t sit out here all night. It’s an emergency room. Somebody should be sitting there when someone is brought into the emergency room to be ready to help somebody. I rang that bell and rung that bell. And then I finally started saying hello hello hello and he come out with an attitude. Well, I gave him an attitude right back. Again it is ridiculous. Hang up a sign that states from 12 AM to 7 AM. Ring the bell for Service. I guess they go to sleep in the back. That’s what they do probably You have a job to do. Not to go to sleep in the back.

Ashley S I have been dealing with stomach issues since 2022 and I’ve gone to multiple hospitals no body as ever been able to find anything and told me it was all anxiety induced. For a while it may have been. But it just kept getting worse. This time I came to Dansville and I got a diagnosis and got my appendix out the next morning (this morning) and everyone has been so kind and nice and helpful. From the staff down in the er to the staff on the third floor when I got admitted everyone was so amazing. The first nurse I had Libby was amazing and every nurse and care assistant after her and Landon had been amazing. I’ve never felt so heard about my health before. Thank you to all the amazing staff here

Sheila Tisdale The following are facts not opinions: my issue was I had fallen and had a large lump on my head that wasnt going away. A couple issues that concerned me. We arrived at 5:00, went into triage with little wait. 4 patients ahead of me, Sat in waiting room until 8:00. Was sent to an exam room, almost immediately a nurse took my vitals. With little wait a nurse practionercame in and ordered a CT scan. Keep in mind there were no lab tests taken. No blood drawn, no exrays, nothing. I wasnt even requested to put on a hospital gown. I went down for the test within 10 minutes of doctors order. Test took maybe 10 minutes. Returned to room AND THERE I SAT!!!! Until 10:30!!!! I requested to be discharged and dont you know my test results were read and then I was released!!!! 5 1/2 hours!!! I realize that I was a low priority BUT I should have been in and out then!!! The poor people in the waiting room!!! And there I was taking up a room. Makes you wonder if they left me there so they wouldnt have more active cases to address. The nursing care I received was blood pressure 3 times. That is it! Once in triage, Once when entering er room and Once when leaving hospital.

Ed Mendoker My journey started 3 months ago with a trip to the ER and ended with surgery last week, every step of the way I was treated with compassion, from the ER nurses and doctors to the cleaning staff!! The only reason I rated my experience at 5 stars is that’s as high as it would go.

aren Horrible. Not that this review will do anything but…. In what world do you check a patient into a broom closet room, take their temperature, asked 4/5 questions, take a nose swab and tell someone to go back into the waiting room for OVER AN HOUR. Yes I have been sitting here for over an hour at the time of writing this . And I’ll gladly update this when we finally hear something. Not one thing has been said to us since they told us “ok we got the nose swab please go back to the waiting room”. Update 1: another person came in 30ish minutes after us, and proceeded to get checked into their broom closet and instantly got a room. You guys do know people see this right? Update 2: after 1hr 40 minutes we get put in a room. Let’s see how long the next wait is. Update 3: gave us aspirin and called it a day.

Seth This hospital is an absolute JOKE! My wife has been dealing with abdominal issues for FIVE YEARS! When theyre at their worst shes completely incapacitated and vomiting, blood in her vomit, severe pain, this woman was laying on the floor crying and begging for death to not have to deal with the pain anymore..wanna know what this joke of a hospital did? They tested for a UTI, told her maybe its a kidney stone, gave her a weak steroid and sent her on her way in less than an hour. This hospital doesnt care about making people better, or figuring out whats wrong, they just want to get people in and out as soon as possible - and as long as youre not actively dying they dont care about you.

Rich Brown I had a severe food allergy. Other than a few minor issues with checking in to the ER, the service was incredible. The Dr., nurses and staff were attentive, informative and took excellent care of me. Fir a small facility, they literally save my life. I would not hesitate to go there again.

Katelynn Byrnes They bring back the level of care that people deserve. I dont feel like a number here; instead I have always been met with wonderful individuals who care and know you are human as they want to help. Reading the reviews on this wonderful place makes me feel like racism has lead to the poor reviews they have received...please give it a shot as it is truly the best care I have ever had in Rochester.

Sarah Howard I am really disappointed with getting the appropriate communication between patient and doctor. I was told by one of my sisters that this was the place to go for health care. After relocating from another state and all. I have had to call and get paper worked faxed to Orthopedics, Heart Specialist and pulmonary specialist etc. I had all the necessary forms signed when I went in for my very first appointment. This is beginning to be a very stressful task for me. My mental status is declining tremendously. I feel as if I am going to have a nervous breakdown. What can I do?? Please help! Thank you for your input.

Kristy Hoffman I came to this "facility" in a terrible state. I was later told that in addition to the violent vomiting, my skin had turned yellow, my eyes were red, bloodshot, and sunken in, and the skin around my eyes was dark. As I sunk into a wheelchair, begging for help, crying that I was feeling like I would pass out, the intake secretary/nurse blandly glanced my way and kept on taking her sweet time. There was one person in front of me and he was polite enough to waltz calmly to the window and take his time as well. It began to hazily occur to me then that *no one* in this place had any understanding of the word "urgent" whatsoever. When they wheeled me into the medical area, the nurses all stopped to stare at me. The doctor(?) who saw me kept trying to ask me questions, refusing to have my fiancé answer because *calm voice* "We have to hear from the patient." So they stood there and waited while I continued to vomit and gasp for air instead. When I finally chocked out, "How long do I have to wait?" They said, "Well, weve been behind for maybe an hour." I have no clue what these people were doing because the place looked fairly empty to me, everything was quiet except for my intense hurling, shuddering, gasping, and crying, and the waiting room Id been in was empty. When they realized how terrible I was, how quickly I was deteriorating, they bumped me up in their very, very short line of patients. I spent maybe an hour there before they called an ambulance to take me to the hospital, which was an equally pleasant place to be. When the paramedics arrived the first thing they said to me, no joke, was, "Dont come here." I echo that sentiment. *Dont go here.*

Erin Johannsen Went there for general symptoms of lethargy and ear problems. Front desk woman was wonderful I wish I could give her a sole review because it would’ve been 5 stars. The provider looked at me for two minutes, said I had a tube deficiency in my ears (I don’t I’ve gone to the same ENT since I was 2 and have never been told that) and then wrote me prescription for antibiotics just in case it “didn’t go away on its own”. After knowing that I wasn’t treated well, I went to RRH and was tested for COvID and the flu. Low and behold I have influenza A. Absolutely useless facility.

dana meierer I had extreme ear and throat pain, which made me think I had strep as I have had this numerous times in my life. The ladies that checked me in up front were amazing. They took the test said it came back negative and to take Tylenol for the ear ache. The next day I get an alert on mychart, I call to verify and the Dr explained what it was then proceeded to tell me again I didn’t have strep and when I told her that it feels like I do, I was told to have a nice day.. I won’t be bothering to visit or recommend this place with that poor attitude. Way to make people feel like they inconvenienced you by making a phone call and had 1 question, just 1 simple question! As the Dr, I hope you’re embarrassed of yourself with your piss poor attitude.

Kara Nash Just came in for a concerning rash and was immediately talked down to and told it is “probably just bug bites”…I am so far from home and was given not an ounce of respect from provider Amy Bridge who was immediately sarcastic and rude to my situation. I am never coming back here ever again. EDIT My boyfriend had the same thing (he gave it to me) and went to a real doctor who told him he had a bacterial staph infection and needed antibiotics. I can’t believe this woman is any form of practitioner or prescriber she should never be in a position to diagnose people or talk to patients that she obviously has no care in the world for. What a joke.

Susan Bridger This was my first visit to this Urgent Care facility. I’m 73 yrs. old and had a sore throat and headache for 6 days. Plus I did not feel well at all. I used the check in board and got called very quickly. The nurse was very nice. She said she was usually in Batavia. She didn’t rush me and listened to my concerns. Then Carrie the P.A. came in. First (my least concern, but a little shocking to me) was her unprofessional attire. She had on jeans and a sweatshirt. Very sloppy looking. She told me my strep test was negative and to take Tylenol for the headache. I started to tell her ONE sentence. My mother died of non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver due to Tylenol. She immediately cut me off saying she didn’t care about that. To stick to my symptoms because she had 6 patients waiting and she was the only provider. Her tone was very rude! She continued to be sarcastic and condescending, to the point I was scared to say a word. She apologized for being rude. I will NEVER go back to that place!! To be scared to speak and treated by a rude, sarcastic and condescending P.A. was frightening and intimidating. She picked the wrong career and you hired the wrong P.A. Btw, the receptionist was very pleasant, like the nurse.

Nicole Markle Just got home from yet another traumatizing nightmare in this ER. I told the ambulance I wanted to go to St. James but they insisted on taking me here. Upon arriving they are asking the 100 questions that should already be on file in their computers. Even when I tell them I NEED to use the restroom. When I finally get to the shared toilet, the nurse informs me that was the only toilet available. There’s feces all over the inside AND outside of toilet. I can only imagine what I was seeing on the floors. I told her I couldn’t use that bathroom like that. The nurse informs me it’s the only bathroom. I ask her to ask someone to clean it. She looked at me like I was nuts. Keep in mind…I’m here because I’m 80%sure I’m passing a kidney stone and the pain was excruciating. Causing me to have chest pains, numbing of hands and feet, sweating so bad my clothes were soaked. She cleans toilet. Or at least cleaned it good enough for her. At that point I had no choice…I had to try to urinate and pass this stone. The little urine that did come out was dark brown. I ask the Dr to test it for blood. He informs me he has to send it to the lab for that. Why can my primary Dr test for blood right in their little office but a ER doesn’t have that ability? He says “if it’s that color it probably has blood in it.” As I’m waiting in the er room I can finally open my eyes and focus on my surroundings. And that’s when the fear set in. Blood and or bodily fluids on the floor. The bed they wanted me to lay in, thank goodness I physically couldn’t lay down, had what appeared to be crushed insect parts, and ALOT of animal and or human hair caked on the sheet and pillow. The floors….well the floors were caked in what looked like dried blood. Why is it every time I’ve ever come to this ER, whether for myself or a family member, it’s been a horrible experience? The nurses we encountered were beyond rude and almost made us feel like we were a burden for coming there. As I left I said “I’d rather die on my couch than ever have to enter this place again.” At this point…I honestly feel that University Of Rochester would be better off closing this ER. You can travel 15-20 miles south to St James ER and get the care and respect you deserve. And St. James does a great job keeping their facility sanitized. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO NOYES ER!!!!!

Darlene Walton My husband has been to er for the same problem 3. Times he needs a colonoscopy to find where the bacteria in his intestines is.they have had him on antibiotics since October. They said they don’t have anyone that can do the colonoscopy until December. He was scheduled before but they cancelled his because they had an emergency. My husband white blood count is extremely high and his intestines are inflamed and he is in a lot of pain. Wouldn’t you think this should be an emergency colonoscopy and if they can’t do it there why aren’t they referring him to another gastrologist at another you of u of r location ?isn’t it about patient care? Today they came in to do an EKG and realized they were in the wrong patients room. Then my husband supposed to be on a liquid diet and they brought him a complete meal. 30 minutes later they brought him another meal. I wonder if I will hear anything about this.

K If a patient is complaining about heart aches & chest pain w/ shortness of breath vitals should be monitored and ekg was only taken once, Dirty there was blood stain on the hospital bed gross, poor sanitation always short staffed, wait time would be about 4 Hours just to say follow up with your primary, they’re lack of nurture & care for patient’s are poor please do better, Your dealing with real human beings for gods sake. Neglecting someone’s care could be a real issue, ya’ll really need to retake law & Ethics class before a real lawsuit would take place.

William Kern This hospital is an absolute disaster. Its nothing but a bandaid station. Their ER is the absolute worst. My wife went in for possible Kidney infection and sat in waiting room for 5 hours. She was smart and asked for a urine test container for them to send to lab when she first got there because she knows how this hospital is with wait times. After 5 hrs she asked what was going on and the person at the desk said she though my wife left so took her off the list. There were only 2 people in waiting room the entire time she was there. There are 10-12 rooms for patients in that ER. The whole reason they spent all that $$ and updated the ER was for better patient services. Even the doctors hate it there, thats why they go through so many doctors. Dr. called her right after and told her the results of her urine sample. She went back and asked for the antibiotics and the Dr said shed have to wait to be seen again. Absolutely ridiculous and I will be filing a lawsuit against the hospital this week. Medical malpractice and patient negligence.
