Amber Clark I have seen Dr. Gorzinsky for an injury to my shoulder. He did surgery on my shoulder and explained what was going to happen and took the time and patience to explain my injuries and everything that was to come. When we went for our first visit for his 2nd round of shots, the techs and the doctor were AMAZING! Doc really knows a lot about animals and different breeds. He made it such a smooth process. My puppy did not want to leave! Staff is super nice, a very clean and quaint vet clinic, most affordable in the area!

Mrs. Rosa Beware: Something Traumatized My Cat Here I initially had positive experiences at this clinic, but something happened to one of my cats that changed him forever. He was always gentle and well-behaved, but after one overnight stay, he became terrified of this place. On our very next visit my cat was acting wierd and freaking out, visibly traumatized. He peed on himself in fear and immediately started growling—something he had never done in his 8 years with me. He refused to exit the travel box and when I tried to get him to cone out, he screeched like I had never heard before and even attacked me out of sheer panic. This was completely out of character for him. When I asked the vet and staff what had happened during his previous visit, they were surprisingly curt and refused to give a clear answer. Instead of addressing my concerns, they dismissed me and said they would stop treating him if he didn’t "behave better." I have since taken him to another vet, and none of this behavior has happened again. Whatever occurred at this clinic deeply affected my cat, and I will always regret taking any of my pets there. I feel terrible for not being able to protect my sweet boy. Please pay attention to how your fur babies react to a place or a person. They clearly communicate when something is wrong. I can’t prove what happened, but I know my cat—and I know something did. Terrible place!

Matt Stevens I dealt with three people. They were all professional and courteous. I waited about 1 minute. The doctor diagnosed me in about 15 seconds. I had an infection I didn’t know I had. This was clearly explained to me. An antibiotic was prescribed. By the time I drove the 1/2 mile to the pharmacy my prescription was ready. I can’t think of any way this could have gone better. Patricia Fecher I had an excellent visit to Urgent Care on Friday, Oct 11. I was greeted promptly and professionally upon my arrival. I was then ushered into a private exam room where my vitals were taken by a pleasant medical assistant and then asked questions about my reason for my visit. Then an NP examined me, made recommendations for elevating my leg, applying ice, and provided an Ace bandage to begin the necessary compression on my contusion. I was very happy with my treatment and will return (if necessary, in the future).

bill weber Dr.Maben is a great surgeon.Kind and caring. However, the office staff is unprofessional. Trying to get a call through is almost impossible. Surgical nurse "Allie " and the Surgical manager will have you being bounced around to different office extensions only to end up leaving unreturned voicemails. Extremely frustrating Trying to get to the correct individual for resolution.

Dallas Plummer I came here today on Thanksgiving Day, 2024. From the registration department, to the triage nurse to the ER doctor, to the x-ray room expeditor and x-ray technician, everyone was extremely pleasant. They felt my pain and they they were very cheerful. This is my fourth visit here and each time I was here, they had medical department great customer service. I had terrible pain in my left knee and we took an x-ray and are waiting for the diagnosis.Some people had terrible experiences but mine has been of exceeding pleasantness.

carol sahagian All I know is that I received the best ever care at Cardiac Cath. Cliff, my nurse, was so kind , attentive, and an expert for all my needs. He even was so good to my husband. I actually had a pleasant stay that day. As well, everything was clean..the food delicious. We enjoyed some interesting conversations. Wonderful team. Thank you!

Silvia Mehmedovic So here’s an update, last February 2024 I was seen at the emergency room and the doctors and staff were horrible. I was on the verge of passing out due to 5 hours of vomiting and diarrhea when I arrived and they were just concerned of racking up my bill with EKGs and blood work and extra stuff when all I really needed was an IV and a Zofran. After removing my IV and leaving my bloody needle uncapped, exposed on the tray table I asked the nurse for a glass of water my mouth was parched he said you’ll get one on the way out. I asked again so I can’t have one now I’m so thirsty I still have some time before I have to leave and he said no I’ll give it to you on your way out. Needless to say never got any water. The cup in the photo was not mine. I left a comment on here and somebody reached out. They were very nice and more than one person called me unfortunately, I didn’t save names because I believed in their professionalism and was told that because of my experience I wouldn’t be held responsible for my balance after insurance, low and behold six months after my visit I receive a bill for $1300. I contacted the hospital multiple times I’ve lost count of how many voicemails I have sent and nobody returns my call, or email. There is a person who runs the complaints in the hospital, I can without hesitation say I have left her at least five voicemails since September and she’s never returned my call. Clearly they don’t want their money (not that I have any intention on paying it) but I was trying to communicate with them in an orderly fashion, but seems nobody cares enough unless you post publicly. So here I am.

Olcay Durak If you want to waste time and see your loved ones suffer in illness, you should go to this hospital. After waiting for 4 hours, the result was nothing. When asked, they said, “This is the emergency room, and you will wait as long as needed.” It is a shame that people are so careless about health. They have no respect for their work or even for helpless patients in the hospital.

Shelby Whittaker Dr. Andrejuk is a wonderful Dr. He has gone far beyond any doctor I have seen to help with my pain. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He makes me laugh when I want to cry. He is just wonderful wonderful man. His staff are excellent to. Laurie is his workers comp Secretary she she just amazing helpful and understanding. Great place to go for your pain. I would give him and his staff 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if it would let me.

Wendy Vavrina I first went to pain mgmt in 2003. Dr A is terrible. But the rest of the entire staff there, including Dr Pace, has treated me with nothing but compassion. So, just run away from Dr A

KFeld Dr. Pomichter is a great doctor...he has all the attributes that you wish for in a PCP...he is compassionate yet firm, thorough, knowledgeable, professional and given how busy he is, he still manages to spend as much time with you as you need. His staff is incredible...they return (and answer) phone calls immediately for prescription refills, referrals or emergency calls. I never have to sit for long in the waiting room--they are ready for me at my scheduled time. We are so lucky to have him. He is one of the finest doctors I have ever dealt with. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mary Ann Roche Dr. Pomichter is wonderful with my developmentally disabled, elderly person! He takes the time to go over every little detail with us and treats my little lady like she is his grandmother. It is not often in my profession that I see a doctor so caring and gentle with my elderly folks. I would highly recommend Dr. Pomichter to anyone!

Tim Irish This is one entirely unethical doctor. His waiting room looks more like a refugee camp than a legitimate medical practice. His support staff is rude and beyond unprofessional. If youre not a drug rep looking to push meds, count on waiting the better part of an hour before your name is called. He himself is a sub-mediocrity, primarily concerned with turning a crooked dollar. Avoid this man--and his cobweb of a practice.

Shaina Graziano Dr. Amin gave me my quality of life back! I found Dr. Amins office and it was the best thing that couldve happened to me. Her and the staff have the best bedside manner. I have been through two surgeries with Dr. Amin and her staff. Both have been great(and successful) experiences. Dr. Amin listens, and addresses any questions or concerns in a caring manner. Wait times are short to none in the office, and the nurses always call you back if you call with a question or need medical advice. The front desk is excellent are well and generally can get someone on the phone immediately(they always call back the same day). Basically Dr. Amin is an outstanding doctor and she works with a wonderful group of people. The office is very clean as well. I would highly recommend her if you need a doctor for any of the conditions she treats. Shes very honest and caring!

Derek Brown wether it was her or her staff, I had a horrible experience. their mistake handling my insurance pre-approval led to them canceling my surgery date. I had moved weeks worth of obligations around for the recovery and they wasted consultation visits that will need to be made again before I can get the procedure. Needless to say, I’ll be getting it elsewhere (and maybe you should too)

Alicia Genova Dr. Negandhi is my onc. I’ve had two others. She is what was missing before. She celebrates the successes with me and includes me in treatment rationale with researched treatment protocols. The nurses show individual attention and warmth. The staff follows-up when I forget things and sets up scan scheduling calls for me. The receptionist fields complicated questions that I call with efficiently without things falling through cracks.

A McKiernan I recently completed chemotherapy at the NYOH Hudson infusion center. While its true what they say, chemo sucks, my experience with Melissa and Liz, the infusion nurses, was fabulous. Not only are these ladies experienced and phenomenal at their job, they are genuinely caring and compassionate while they do it. When the bumps in the road come, Melissa and Liz quickly and efficiently address the issues. While I certainly hope to never require chemo again, if I do, I wont hesitate to drive over an hour, past multiple other infusion centers, to be cared for by these two incredible nurses!

Rebecca Linscott Overall very poor patient care. Consistent violation of patient rights, no follow through, and nothing but excuses. Dr.Theodoulou has a wonderful reputation, but it does not carry over to patient care. I had to micromanage every aspect of my care because they let the ball drop at each and every turn. When trying to leave this group to transfer to a more appropriate care team, I waited months for my records to be transferred and they never were so that was just one more aspect of my care that I had to micromanage. Thankfully I was able to get my records, do my own referral, and am now with a provider that I trust. I would highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible.

Mark Josefsberg Dr DeMarco is among the nicest and most thorough doctors that I have ever come across...never lets the patients sabotage their own care...is tough when warranted but obviously really cares.

brittany decker This practice is completely unprofessional. I was seeing Mcnulty for a migraine issue. When I was prescribed something else by another provider for another issue he flat out refused to change the migraine medication that he prescribed even through there was a severe drug interaction between the two. His exact words where “go to a university hospital I shouldn’t have to change the prescription that I provide to you because another provider gave you something else” This to me is uncalled for as there are a ton of medications on the market. He simply didn’t care and was totally disrespectful. I will never step foot in this practice again I did end up filing a complaint with NYS department of health.

Kay Disbrow KIND Dr. Koszer is very KIND. It is not hard to find a competent neurologist, but my experience has not found any that treated me with such respect and kindness. His staff, especially Lisa, are equally welcoming. Dr Koszer has been very intuitive about which meds would be right for me. I always look forward to my appointments with him and he always responds to my phone calls

c. w. I went to E River Neurology for years when I still lived in Columbia County, NY. I saw a woman named Kathleen Rendich who was AMAZING! I dont know if shes still there but she was extremely thorough and had an excellent bedside manner. She made you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I loved her and loved the practice. Everyone was so nice. I had appointments with Dr. Savrov and also Dr. Koszer for a sleep study and an EMG and the two of them were also famtastic. I dont understand the negative reviews because all of my interactions were positive! Professional, courteous, comforting staff.

My 5 year old got waitlisted for 2 plus years more than he should have due to do covid and then we were offered televisits which are almost worse than going to the office because you wait an hour plus past your scheduled times and then when you cant wait any longer because theyre taking their sweet time and wasting ours… you cant get through to ANYONE to reschedule!

Ccc Dear Patient Relations Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services I recently experienced at Columbia University Irving Medical Center/Herbert Irving Pavilion. I have several serious concerns: 1. Lack of Translation Services: I do not speak English, and during my interactions with the hospital, no one offered translation assistance. When I called, I expected support to communicate effectively, but this was not provided, making it very difficult for me to understand or be understood. 2. Unauthorized Changes to My Appointment: My appointment time and doctor were changed without my knowledge or consent. I was not informed or asked for approval, which is unacceptable. 3. Switch to a Nurse Practitioner: My appointment was reassigned from a doctor to a nurse practitioner without my agreement. This change was made without any explanation or discussion with me, and I am not comfortable with it. These issues have caused me significant frustration and inconvenience. I request an explanation for why these problems occurred and what steps will be taken to address them. I also urge the hospital to ensure translation services are available for non-English-speaking patients like me in the future. Natalie Valero The worst ! Arrived with my mother around 1130 am Monday .it’s Tuesday she’s still on the ER . I had to change my mother’s illostomy bag with a tech because all the nurses were busy ! Very hectic ER !

Family Hochstein My dad is there with endocarditis ... they have him on a gurney in the er for 3 days, there is a woman walking around with covid, and patients sleeping literally 2 Inches away from him... they locked him in bed and he is getting weaker by the minute. They are so overloaded that they kicked all visitors out of the er. They forgot to feed him for 24 hours .... and there is no care being given because he is "admitted" but since there are no beds he cant get treatment

Claire Kim Their billing department is absolutely horrible. They don’t seem to know how to deal with secondary insurance plans properly, and it seems that the billing dept staff don’t communicate with each other. It is one of the most prestigious hospitals, but their billing department is one of the worst ones I’ve ever experienced. They have given me so many headaches. No matter how great their doctors are, I don’t think I will make a doctor’s appointment with Columbia Doctors anymore.

Pete Fenaroli Spent no time with me. Was not prepared before seeing me for my annual physical. Did not check for some of the most basic things that you would check on a patient over 65 years old. Did not follow up with a promised call regarding my blood test. Seems like she is overwhelmed. I will be seeking another doctor.
