Amber Wing Dr. Wands is great! She listens to you, like actually spends time with you and try’s to get to know you and understand what you’re going through before she slaps a diagnosis on you or write a script for meds. I greatly appreciate not being treated like another number even when Buffalo medical group is such a large establishment. Her office is nice and clean, great staff and it is not far away from the thruway and I’m in and out! It’s nice to know there are still great doctors out there who listen. If you’re looking for a primary doc. Definitely check her and her team out.

Beverly Lewis I have been a patient of Dr. Wands for a long time, she is patient oriented, she takes the time to really understand her patients, she has great bedside manners. The staff is exceptional, I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a primary Doctor who puts patients first.

Siobhan Jones This was my first visit, and I was very pleased with the practice. The whole atmosphere was calm/calming. The staff is professional, orderly, friendly, without that over the top, perkiness which can sound like youre being spoken to at toddler level. Thorough in questions, and listened fully while I answered. No doom, and gloom, and the what could happens, just because I have some things that need attention. I was impressed that the nurse practitioner was willing to do some extra research into possible alternative prescription compounds, if prescription is called for, in order to accommodate a corn allergy. I really appreciate that there was absolutely no pushing, not even any questions about getting any sort of vaccine, yearly shot, etc. Very glad they were recommended to me!

lisa richardson I had my very 1st visit here recently. So far so good. The staff is very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I safely got back to my daughters car without incident. Im a 100% disabled amputee w/terrible CRPS (literally the worst pain condition you can have) and it was snowing out. The doctor seemed to listen to my concerns and has me getting many much needed labs/tests. Hopefully she can lead me in the right direction to find someone along the lines compassionate enough to address my pain issues so that I dont feel like I just exist in this torture chamber of pain that is my body. I think Ive come to the right place , I feel good about the initial visit and hope that I get the help I desperately need.

nevena kibarski I made an appointment and everything was great, everyday I was receiving emails and text reminders. Unfortunately, due to unexpected plans I had to call the office and cancel my appointment. I spoke with receptionist and few times I repeated who I am and that Im calling to cancel my appointment, at the end I asked her to please make sure my appointment is canceled. It is my mistake that I didnt ask her for her name. On the morning of my canceled appt I received a courtesy call from a very nice and polite person that asked me if Im going to my appt. Obviously the person I spoke 2 days ago didnt cancel my appointment at all.

Angie Parrish Dr. Lewis and staff are amazing! My girl Lola loved her experience and left happy and I left happy as a new dog mom. Dr Lewis and staff are very helpful, compassionate, loving, caring, and Dr is very thorough doing exams and listens to all worries and concerns you may have. Explains and shows everything to you. Prices are very fare and reasonable. If there are options your sure to have them that best suites you and your pet. Nothing is never recommended thats not necessary for your pet for the best care you can give. I would highly recommend taking a visit. I know Lola will be for many years to come.

Matthew Schultz I have been taking my dogs Caesar & Clover, to Dr Lewis for 5 years for various wellness checks, vaccines & surgeries. Doc & his staff, Marcia, Jenna & Kelly treat my dogs like they are their own. Its never a pleasant experience to take your pet to the vet when you feel theres something wrong but at Randleigh Animal Hospital, I feel assured that they are well cared for & that the problem will be solved.

KazooieX1 First time here, the veterinarian himself was very nice and caring, really took his time to really check everything that I mentioned and you could tell he really cares for animals! I will say they need a nail file tool for dogs. When they walk on carpets their nails can get caught and they can split unless the dogs nails. Are filed well. I will absolutely be going back here again in the future!

Dyan Balcerzak Had a great experience at Wellnow urgent care. Our Pa was Megan and she made both my husband and myself feel so comfortable. She was kind , asked lots of questions and took the best care of us. Our nurse Desiree was also so kind and caring. The girl who checked us in was great too. We had a little wait , but the superior care we received was worth the wait. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you all again as we are now on medication that will makes us well.❤️❤️❤️

Sharon Thoman My experience at Well Now was quick and efficient. Being able to schedule online was very efficient, getting to the office and getting in on time also very efficient. My experience with Dr. Martin Stewart was very pleasant. I found him to be very down to earth felt very comfortable with him and very well cared for with my issue. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody, or go to well now again if I ever need to.

Gail Jahreis I had a very nice experience with well now urgent care in Lockport. I went to their site before I went and got an appointment and Was taken promptly. My diagnosis was made quickly and a script was sent on to my pharmacy. From the front desk, to the nurse, and then to the PA everyone was kind and courteous.

Dan Bagwell Had issues with signing in with insurance card being invalid, my fault for not opening my mail, gave the courteous staff my new number and Bingo, I was in. Didn’t wait long in exam room and my vitals and information was taken. Then Courtney Dunn entered the room to give me the standard flu and covid test. Several minutes went by and she came back with negative results. She then listened to my lungs and said I had pneumonia. She then prescribed meds and how to take them and wished me well. I immediately went to the pharmacy and downed my first doses of my prescribed therapy. And within 6 hrs. Of going to Wellnow the weight and suffocation feeling in my chest had diminished. 24 hrs. Later I feel like I could go shovel the driveway, but my wife says NO. Thank you Wellnow staff for braving the bad weather and doing a great job protecting the health of all that come to you. Dan B.

Ali DiChiaro Brought my 4 year old in on Super Bowl Sunday. We didn’t have an appointment but were seen within 15 minutes (we were the only one in the waiting room). My 4 year old had to be tested for RSV, Strep, and the Flu , she was exposed to all 3 and had a fever and was complaining of a sore throat. She hated the tests and refused for a long time but the staff made her feel safe and we were able to get all three tests complete and get her the proper treatment. The brought her in the treasure box to help calm her down and make her feel special. It was great to be able to get answers even on the weekend.

Madison Brownlee i had my first appt at this practice, and all i can say is… wow. i have never felt more welcomed at a medical office! nurse Laurie is my new favorite human, and N.P Jane was so wonderful and listened so intently. not only were they efficient, i never once felt judged, brushed off or rushed. i am so so happy i switched offices!!

Private Information Simply put, Dr. Lee is amazing and one of the best PCPs I have ever dealt with. He is down to earth, listens to your issues, and does everything in his power to help. 5 out of 5, would recommend.

Darrell Davidson Attempting to see Dr. Lee as a new patient, I dropped off the paperwork requested and was told they will call me to schedule an appointment, she said 2 months away, and I said really, 2 months? Whats strange is I couldnt schedule while i was there and a week later, no call.... I even went to my previous Dr.and signed a release to get things going, its ridiculous... The General Physician PC looks to have lost touch with patients, at least the staff at the window have. I felt brushed off on both visits, and being told of policy instead of trying to look into matters is a sign of problems down the road. Crappy attitude women at the window isnt helping the first time impressions...

Jonathan Thomas This place is so incredibly slow, Im here with my Fiancé and weve been here for a little over an hour and a half and her doctor still isnt here yet. What we thought was an easy check up and scans turned out to be her having to work overnight then having a appointment first thing after work and she still hasnt slept at all. Im sitting next to her while she dosing off because they are taking forever. Also not to mention, the nurses or whoever do the probe examination arent careful and are not respecting of their patients, what ever happened to the saying "let me know if this hurts"

Miranda Rusin Decided to give this place a try as I have been having issues for a while and thought based off their advertisement that they would be the ones to figure it all out for me. I was put on the schedule to be seen by Maureen (NP) and sent 10+ pages of pre-appt paperwork to fill out, including my concerns, family history, my medical history, etc. all of which was never referenced or even pulled out during my appt. But if you don’t complete it and return a week in advance they cancel your appt. Once I was in the freezing exam room I waited about 15 minutes in a gown. Would have rather waited in the main waiting room where I could have at least stayed dressed and warmer. If you don’t arrive 15 mins early they will reschedule your appt, but keeping naked people waiting in a cold room is okay I guess. I felt Maureen was condescending and had quite an ego. I was talked over or interrupted and basically told my concerns were invalid until I finally got the chance to explain other medical conditions/family histories that I believed were relevant to my dismissed concerns. Then told “oh, we didn’t know that about you” I still don’t understand what my next appointment involving testing is supposed to include because she speaks fast/interrupts and acts like you’re dumb and just repeats her original statements if you ask a question or for further explanation. My Pap smear was incredibly painful and caused bleeding which I have never encountered before. I felt physically and mentally uncomfortable and like a bother. I am a nurse and could not imagine treating any of my patients, or anybody at all, especially in such a vulnerable field the way I was treated today. Won’t be returning and would not recommend to anyone.

Anna Newton I went for an IUD, was extremely nervous and worried it would be painful, the experience was great! I was expecting to not be able to walk out of there, on the contrary! The doctor and nurse I had were amazing, very comforting. Yes I have cramps after but during the procedure I barely felt anything! Do not be scared of getting an IUD here, its a safe place and they do things right! You can tell they care about women!

Victoria Don’t know who Dr. Madejski is, for your annual you will be seen by a PA most likely and if you need anything prescribed that will come from yet another (nurse) practicer who you will also not meet. The annual visit was OK, I didn’t feel very comfortable in this office as they neglected to do some basic pieces of an annual visit. They also make you fill out an extensive new patient packet prior to the visit. It contains forms that can be confusing in their purpose and have a strict due date, failure to return them will cause you to lose your appointment. The waiting room was empty when I was there and it was not worth the drive personally. The experience after my annual in receiving results/ notifications was also negative, not effective, and mildly discriminatory. In the end it’s probably a fine office for what they specialize in, you get what you pay for.

Renee Casciano Dr Madejski and her team of providers are absolutely exceptional and I am an ICU nurse myself, so I’m extremely picky about the medical professionals for my healthcare. The office staff is amazing, so kind and so helpful. Dr Madejski is thorough, professional and compassionate and provides exceptional care. I would very highly recommend this practice for gyn care!

Mark States Dr. Cappuccino and his staff are ALL amazing! I had 2 Charite Artificial discs implanted by him in 2006.L-4,L-5 and L-5,S-1. Absolutely amazing results and Still Going Strong! To this day I carry his card in my wallet and praise him and his staff to all that will listen.

Erin M I broke my tailbone in 2020 and tried several places to help with the pain when it didnt heal (doctors, physical therapists, etc). I was able to see Dr. Cappuccino and he gave me a referral for UB Neurosurgery. For the first time in 3 years, I can sit normally with barely any pain. He was very compassionate and genuinely cared more than the other doctors I had seen (several of them told me there was nothing they could do for me). I am very grateful!

J Went to Dr. Cappuccino because I knew I had two choices with my injuries I could go fusion at 35 or opt for disc replacement and I chose the latter. The staff was helpful along the way and tye Dr himself was amazing from the office to the surgery as well as post op. And the recovery was far less than I expected pain wise, but the relief and ability to keep my life style less restrictive was the miracle I needed was by far the top choice to do my surgery and I am glad I did choose Dr. Cappuccino.

Diane Smith Dr. Cappuccino is a God sent!!! He is very compassionate. He listened to any, and all of my concerns, and acted upon them. Before my neck surgery, I was in the worst pain of my life. After the surgery, my pain was "completely" gone!!! I had several post surgery appts, and he still treated me with the utmost respect & compassion. Also, his PA Eric Dean was equally as kind-hearted and caring. I am truly grateful to both of them.

Michele Adamski I cant say enough good things about Dr. McCausland and the team at Cornerstone Veterinary! Our miniature schnauzer needed surgery, and from the first consultation to the post-op care, they provided exceptional service. They explained everything in detail, answered all our questions, and treated our dog with the utmost care and compassion. The surgery went smoothly, and the recovery process was well-managed with clear instructions and follow-ups. What truly impressed me was their responsiveness when I dropped in without an appointment as soon as they opened on a Monday morning. The issue wasn’t due to the surgery, but rather my dog’s diabetes and the slow healing that often comes with it. Despite having no appointment, they immediately took my boy to the back, addressed our concerns with patience and expertise, and went above and beyond to provide the care and reassurance we needed. On top of that, anytime I had questions, I could call the clinic, and Dr. McCausland himself would personally take the time to answer and address all my concerns. To top it all off, the cost of this surgery at Cornerstone was half of what I paid for the same procedure at another vet. Exceptional care at a fair price is rare to find, and I’m so grateful we chose them. The staff is lovely, and its clear they truly care about their patients. If youre looking for a skilled and compassionate veterinarian, I highly recommend Dr. McCausland and Cornerstone!

Karrie Bower I had recently moved and was looking to get a vet closer to home and came here. My dog was due for her annual with shots and blood work for heart worm prevention. They were so worried about a lump that the doctor was sure it was a mass not a lipoma that none of her annual blood work was done according to them when I went to order more heart worm medication, so I had to bring my dog back in and had asked for all the vaccines to be given so I wouldn’t have to bring her back in and they agreed but never gave her the distemper vaccine that she needed!! And when I brought her in for those the doctor came in like it was surgery never looked my dog over tried to take her to another room and she wouldn’t go with them so we switched rooms for nothing!! Oh and the mass they found was in fact a lipoma!! But wanted to take another lump that was found off bc it wasn’t moving that was just my fingers!! Really because anyone could feel it move not just their fingers!! So I left and found an amazing vet clinic!! They refused to send my dogs medical records over like I requested, never asked why I was leaving and the receptionist will hang up on you even though you’re in the right about what should have been done for your pet!! DO NOT GO HERE!! They are money hungry and will try and do every surgery they can!! I’m glad I left this place!!!

Skylar B This is the closest vet to me that takes exotics. My little bearded dragon needed to be seen, and they got her in as soon as possible. Everyone here was very nice and friendly and the doctor was very knowledgeable. This place will be my lizards primary vet office. Also it wasnt that expensive! Probably costs less than All Creatures, and its closer to me too. All around a great experience. Thank you to Cornerstone for helping me and my lizard.

I swear he knew more about my kidney problems during my pregnancy is why it was relevant to him, them my own urologist. Dr. Campagna is why I use the regimen I do to help my kidney stones. My delivery with him was healthier than my delivery with my first. That doctor i have been at my entire life. Dr. C truly sets a precedent for medicine. He is just such a wonderful doctor. The icing on top? Hes one of the most professional, mild mannered, kind hearted and caring human beings. It is only a pleasure to be able to be taken care of by him. Such a wonderful doctor. Sorry had to set the record straight because people seem to be confused.

Martika Saunderson I think that Dr Campagna is great! he knows his stuff and even though the time in the waiting room can be frusterating its only because he does the best with each individual patient! He is very thorough and takes the time to explain things to you. I switched in the middle of my pregnancy to Dr. Campagna because I felt he was a better dr to handle the birth of my daughter!

Earl Wengewicz If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. You cant call them as their "office phone" and "emergency phone" number go straight to a full voicemail. Every month, I would rather get stabbed in the face and set on fire than deal with these people to get refills. As soon as we find another place that will take our insurance, we will be leaving this place behind. If you can, avoid this place like the plague.

Alex Purnell Dr Pendyala himself is great, but he has some of the rudest receptionists I have ever talked to. They are quick to cut you off mid sentence and speak very unkind and snippy with you.

Paulina Masailo I brought my kitten Marcelene here for her vaccinations and to be spayed when we first got her and was very happy with the staff and how well they handled my spicy kitten. Fast forward a few months we had to bring her in to be checked because she cut her toe open and a week later because she wasn’t eating or drinking any water(she’s a problem child). The doctor Jeanne Fournier gave us some options on how to proceed and was extremely sensitive to our financial situation. She had us follow up to make sure Marcelene was getting better and even made sure to call me back after hours when I was in a panic and had some questions. Thankfully Marcelene is better and I am so thankful for the vet and vet techs that helped us through this stressful time! Couldn’t expect better care for our little fur baby

Dan McDonald A very caring staff and a very talented veterinarian. They always take the time make us feel welcomed and answer all of the concerns that we have. And there is no vet in the world as talented as Dr Fournier, especially when it comes to surgery. She saved our dogs lives many times with her high level of skill and each time their surgery wounds healed so well that we would have never known that they had operations. They are the best of the best.

Megan Evans I have no problem having treatment performed on my pet by any means. The staff at this vet in particular have no idea what they are doing. I called in scheduled an emergency visit being told at a higher fee of 85 dollars. Perfectly fine I wanted my kitten looked at right away. Turns out I was over reacting and just fine. I told the receptionist that someone else would be taking my kitten due to me having work and told her that I strictly wanted his leg looked at and to know whether or not he was blind or with cataracts. The vet then decided that without calling me the owner that she could go through with a bunch of tests and then put a lovely 400 dollar charge on my card without authorization. I tried to call the vet the see what was done to my kitten after seeing the charges and the receptionist was absoltutly clueless. I told her the day before what was to be done and upon his arrival they asked him again what was wrong with the kitten as if I didnt explain everything so answer all the questions when the appointment was scheduled. A case will be put in at BBB and a complaint on the vet practice due to no communication to pet owner. I am a pet owner and I have the right to know what is being done to my pet before it is done. To add to the terribleness of this place my kitten passed away 2 weeks later after this place swore up and down that the treatments were needed and that the kitten was fine, but still didnt tell me what treatments were performed. And if my kitten was fine why did it need treatment?

Maria DeFilippo Awesome doctors and staff! They are very thorough, very friendly, and always try to fit you in right away. My kids have been going to Dr. Baier for over 10 years and we have NEVER had a bad experience. In fact, when my oldest son was 3 months old we were going to a different doctor in the area. We were 15 minutes late arriving to a sick appt., so the other doctor turned us away. At a recommendation from a friend, we left that office and went right from there to Dr. Baier who saw him immediately-even though he was not already his patient!! Definitely deserving of 5+ stars.

Ashley Mark The office has a great staff and friendly. I feel very comfortable taking my kids there. They do run tests if need be and don’t just brush things off. The only thing I wish they had was a “well visit” waiting area and “sick visit waiting area”. Our old office in a syracuse had this along with the rooms in the back being sperate as well. Just a suggestion I hope they implement some day.

Nikk huber I have a family member whos been sick for a few days, and they wont see him, just to check and make sure everything is good. If a child is sick and out of school for a few days, then youd think even if its nothing that hed be seen. This is starting to get ridiculious. It took them a few hours to call me back.

ashley All together I like this office but one issue I had is that I brought the CD with XRays that I was given at urgent care to the office for our scheduled appointment, as recommended, and they didnt have any way of viewing the XRays - why not? Seems like a normal necessary option at a doctors office. All that we were told is to make an appointment for Ortho, which is another 2 weeks wait. Just annoyed to show up to this appointment for nothing really.

Katelyn Kwiatkowski Disgusted with the women who answered the phone. My husband is autistic and doesn’t communicate well but she wouldn’t know that because she jumped to conclusions. Instead of asking me why I’m calling on his behalf she made a snark comment to what she thought was under her breath or to a coworker who knows. To which I called her out for saying so. I simply called to discuss whether or not he needs an appointment with them or can direct me to where he can go as THE INSURANCE CARD STATES TO DO SO. Absolutely foul that you have someone working for you who disrespects someone over the phone so effortlessly.

Brittany Carter My kids have been patients since they were born as I myself was a patient as a kid, for over 3 weeks my 10 month old had a fever and I called them several times, did a hospital visit (hospital said to make the primary see her) they refused with a call us on Monday or Tuesday (this was the second Thursday I had called) took her to urgent care and she got a antibiotic via a shot with another (make the primary see her)... Called that following Monday and explained, they refused to see her because that one shot was working on her, well here we are almost 3 full weeks and I took my son in for a check up and the doctor Deb saw how fussy and upset my 10 month old was and checked her over as well to see why she was so fussy and realized she had a ear infection and called in some antibiotics for her.... 3 weeks later and a doctor took initiative after the nurses pushed me off for weeks .... Deb gets 5 stars the nurses who acted like I was crazy get the 3 because they are sweet in person.

Heather Brent I absolutely love the entire team at Lockport Pediatrics, especially Debbie and Dr. Baier. As a first time mom, everyone there from checking in, to the nurses and doctors - they always go above and beyond in caring for my daughter and giving me all of the information I need to ensure I am on track with her and that she’s getting the best medical attention possible. I am so grateful to have found a team of nurses and doctors that I know are always there whenever I have a concern or questions. They utilize an online patient portal which makes communication and accessing information so seamless. They are always prompt at returning messages in the portal and calling me, and getting into appointments and seen by the doctor is seamless. I can’t say enough positive things about Lockport Pediatrics. I’m so happy we have such a solid Pediatric team in them to make sure my daughter is getting everything she needs as she continues to grow.

I AM Me Didnt inform me properly. there was too many patience on his mind, i guess. Got me mixed up with someone else and told me different than he put in my record n caused me trouble down the line. The service was good till then and he has a good bedside manor. The performance was all good until it was an issue with the next dr or service. Heed caution ⚠️ butt he was very nice. In the long run, misinformation can unalive a person. Make the next dr upset, giving the next Dr. misinformation details from this one, and they cancel you. You dont get service, n then early detection is out the window, and it causes inevitable unaliving, right? God bless. Truth is it causes dangerous situations. The next drs have schedules and their ways, and this can cause much trouble. Misinformation unalives, it creates emotions and insurance issues. Please be extra careful. Luv n light.. I hope i survive a canceled mess n stress this caused me n my next dr because of this. Will give an update. So far, there is no new test n an upset staff at the new drs. I sure didnt need it. A shame this all happened. Thanks

Richard Vacanti Terrible experience with a double hernia it was about how I was treated after the surgery. My testicles were swollen the size of a cantaloupe for two months and Dr Hodge saying you have to wait. You have to wait not three months. He barely did anything I ended up going into the hospital for treatment and they gave me diuretics in the hospital to make my testicles for the swelling to go down after Dr Hodge kept saying you have to wait you have to have patience. Well not for Three months.thanks to him and his complacent attitude, I would not recommend him to nobody. I just could not believe how he treats his patience after the surgery. I would not recommend him to anybody even my worst enemy

Kristin Frye-Gallaher Dr Hodge performed an appendectomy in March. I was impressed. He was kind and informative. He was conscientious about checking in on my progress. I have barely a scar and I have felt great ever since. I highly recommend Dr. Hodge.

Natasha Hayes Hands down the worst doctors office!!!! On more than one occasion, prescribed me the wrong meds. Even though if they just read my file, they would have known the correct meds. Took my daughter in for her yearly physical, while at that appointment I even asked for them to email the results to my daughters school. However, school called me about a month later asking for the physical. I contacted the office, to see if they could resend. Told me they couldnt because she never came in for a physical. So I had to make another appointment out of my time, to take my daughter for another physical. While at physical I even had the same PA (Jane), so I took the opportunity to refresh her memory with certain conversations that took place within the original physical appointment. On another occasion my daughter needed to see a specialist at Roswell. Roswell personnel called potempas office, to ask them to contact the insurance company to help a referral to go through. The Roswell personnel was told by a nurse in potempas office that "I dont have time for that." So again, worst doctors office EVER. There is no communication, the one hand doesnt know what the other is doing. I even walked in there the one day, and they were walking an elderly man out from the examination rooms, and you could tell the gentlemen was very irritated as he say back down in the waiting room. As I talked to him, I found out they took him to the exam room, with the wrong patient file. Medical 101, before you bring a patient back, or do any procedures, you are suppose to verify the patient is the correct patient. Well they didnt do that. They started going over the meds that he was suppose to be taking. Which is where the patient realized they didnt have the correct file because he didnt take any of the meds they were saying he was suppose to be taking. So they had to take him back to the waiting room, so the could find the correct patient file, to be able to treat the patient. Due to this offices lack of skill and communication, they have a habit of mistreating their patients. I have more to tell of things that happened to just me, and Ive seen a few things with other patients that have gone there. Potempas office personnel are not professional in the ways of the medical world. If all this, and there is more I didnt mention, what are the possibilities of what they will do, or should I say not do if you were their patient. FYI the medical director allows this to happen. How do I know this, because I talked to her (Diane) on more than one occasion in regards to these issues, but nothing changed.

Wendy Merkle If I could give 6 stars I would. Dr. Potempa has been my MD for 16 years or so. I am not always a compliant patient. She navigated several health concerns with me and my husband (he is a patient too), in a caring, professional, compassionate way. She has always taken time to ask me if I have questions before I leave. Lori her nurse is a doll and knows that weight has always been my lifetime issue, and for many years she let me get on the scale backwards so I didnt see the number. (It was that or I wasnt coming.) For the record I dont do that anymore. :) Dr. Potempa knew the right amount of tough love I needed. It took me a while to understand she was on my side... I know she will be on yours too.

Julie Youngman Best Doctors office Ive been at. They care so much for you. They continue to keep in touch. Ive never experience a doctors office as this one. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Ashley, Dr. Potempa & Staff. You guys ROCK!

jessica burke When I first started here a few years ago, it was great. I felt respected and safe. Key word, SAFE. Having cPTSD, thats a really big deal for me. However, in June I found out, that despite being told otherwise, they had never put an alert in my chart that I can only see female providers. Not only that, but my cPTSD and another condition I have were nowhere in my chart at all. This led to being scheduled with Tyler (I figured girl Tyler d/t trusting them to not put me in with a male) and having a panic attack, resulting in a few steps backwards in my progress. They apologized and promised to fix the issue. Today I called and they tried to schedule me with a male AGAIN, and when I explained the alert and CPTSD issue they got really snippy, said "I dont have time for your lecture, I can schedule you are not." And "theres no need for an alert in your chart." I had to hang up due to having a panic attack. I now I have to figure out how to get my medications while I find another provider. I no longer feel safe nor respected and Im truly disgusted with how this was handled. My fiance is also transferring out. Your provider is supposed to be in your corner. That is not the case at this office and I do not recommend them.

kory rider Absolutely disgusted, have been with them over 15 years. Has gone down hill to a point that I can no longer waste my time with them. Takes 10 attempts to eat three on their broken phone system, nothing but attitude when you finally connect. Never a call back or a useful response given. Their “Appointment” system calls you 20 times even if you confirmed your appointment the first time. Don’t waste your time.
