Stephanie Cservak He explained everything from the beginning! We seen him before surgery, right after, and again before we left the hospital! He is kind and compassionate. My daughter had a wonderful experience for her tonsillectomy and adnoidectomy so thank you for that!

Madison Garcia I was so nervous about getting a tonsillectomy at 19 because you hear so many awful stories about getting it when your older! I have to say it was not bad at all! The surgery and recovery went very smooth and I’m so thankful for Dr. Very and the nurses at Northern Dutchess Hospital! I can’t recommend Dr. Very enough

Savanna dr very was nice and listened to my concerns. he developed a treatment plan that really helped with my allergies and i’m breathing so much better! thank you and i’m looking forward to my next appointment.

Michael Kristofik Dr Very was highly recommended by a former staff member. The current staff was friendly and competent , and I was scheduled in less than one week. My appointment was for 10:20 and I was seen by 10:30. Dr Very took his time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly examined me and then took the time to explain what he thought the best treatment would be. Careful and conscientious, Professional and friendly. I was out the door by 11, with out feeling rushed. Its how medicine should be practiced, without waiting months to get appointments, and hours to see the doctor. Quick, with out being rushed. I was very happy with the experience and felt safe as the waiting room was large and everyone was wearing masks and distancing properly.

Annaliese Petrone We have frequented Hudson dermatology for years, and have seen many of the doctors there (Olga, Sandeep, Samantha…). Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurses are beyond kind, helpful & welcoming. Today I had to bring my 4.5 year old in and I was just so impressed with how they handled her situation and their patience and bedside manner. The nurse whose name began with an N I wish I could remember it was so sweet, and Samantha too. I’m grateful we have them in our town! Every single doctor has been so helpful,, knowledgeable and thorough! Thank you!

Kelcy Gubser Amazing visit! The office is really clean, the medical secretary was friendly, the tech / nurse was so kind and helpful, and Dr Belaidi was amazing!! She explained things clearly, I didnt feel rushed, she really listened and empathized, was very knowledgeable.

sharon Jenx The timeliness to schedule an appointment was pretty good. The service too! The follow up, even when I asked for the provider to return my call, was zero. I expect, as professionals, that a follow up especially when someone asks for a callback would be the standard of care. The provider did obtain a laboratory specimen and I did inquire about the results, at that time, when I called. Again, there was no follow-up. I am leaving this review as constructive feedback. Hopefully, everyone learns from this experience and the rating. In the future will be a 5.

Tara S Great care and great providers. However, one comment I can say is every time I see the unattended filled syringe laying unsecured in the exam room knowing it’s not even needed for my visit grosses me out. Please consider a different approach and only draw up when needed in front of the patient. Who knows if the prior patient touched manipulated or even added to it.

Omair Hasan I am so grateful to have been given Dr. Rathore’s information about 2 years ago. He has helped me to change my life in ways I once thought were improbable. I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Rathore if you are looking for help. The staff are always friendly and eager to help you with any issues as well. Overall, great doc and great place to start when looking to better yourself.

Kaitlyn M I cannot speak for the doctor, only my experience so far. I was told January 3rd that I was on the wait-list and would be called back in about 30 days to schedule my appointment. In February, I followed up with the office and was told the wait-list hasnt yet moved because theyre separating from the main practice. This information was not told to me in January. Here we are 3/5 and now the office will not answer my text messages at all. I have declining mental and physical health and cannot get in with any of the several doctors Ive called. Its extremely frustrating. Ive worked 11 years in a medical call center, I do understand how much work it is to transfer practices and medical records. Hopefully they start to take patients soon. Please do not tell people they are on a (non existing) wait-list just to shut them up, especially when theyre calling as a last resort for help. Why not schedule them for a future appointment?

Deborah Hudson Dr. Rathore has been my caring Psychiatrist for many years, and I can attest to his professionalism, wisdom, and skilled knowledge. He is extremely empathic while maintaining a strong direction for the good of the patient. Choosing a psychiatrist is the most important decision you will make (next to domestic goals), should you need help with recovery or a new way to look at matters. I highly recommend Dr. Varinder Rathore. His staff are exceptional, too.

Jennifer Doherty Dr. Rathore has been treating me for 10 years. When I think back, I reflect on how much of my life I have shared with him in sessions . I have always felt respected and supported as well as feeling heard. I recommend him highly both as a patient, but also as a treating professional myself. Cora, his office manager is kind and very professional as well. She has been on his staff for quite sometime. I believe this speaks to a good working relationship and communication amongst staff.

Kathleen Dittus When I lost my hearing overnight I was told by my hearing aid supplier to go to the emergency room or see an ENT doctor immediately. I was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Rami Payman on short notice. He was wonderful. He solved my problem and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable about my situation. I received absolutely the very best care. So relieved!
5 /5
Ruth Neuwald Falcon Dr. Payman was excellent. Ive been dealing with an ear issue off and on for well over a year, and have consulted other ENTs as I searched for answers. Among them was Dr. Cohen, in the same practice, who was as rude and uncaring as Dr. Payman was thorough and thoughtful. Dr. Cohen was also ignorant of what Im dealing with and completely dismissive. Dr. Payman, on the other hand, understood the issue and is working with me to see what can be done about it. I cannot recommend him more highly.

He leaves nothing to chance, and his empathy results in an understanding bedside manner.

Daniel Francese Made three different appointments with Dr Katz for my 91 year old mother in poor health. Waited weeks for the appointment, and twice they cancelled the day before saying only " the Dr can not be there. Today they cancelled the day of the appointment. If I cancelled hours before the appointment, Im sure I would have gotten charged for it. This place is a train wreck. Whenever I try to call there I am like number 30 something in the queue. Thats not an exaggeration. High rate of staff turnover in this place is very understandable. If you need to see a urologist I suggest you find one that actually cared about their patients.

Jose Angel Contreras Dr. Parker sent my handicapped client home without antibiotic and client got sepsis!!! Dr. Parker never returned my calls. New urologist, Dr. Singh ghosted us because I questioned his staff’s care for my client. We needed updated prescriptions for catheters, and two meds and Dr. Singh ignored my requests. Practice director, Lisa Patterson, never returned my calls after personally promising she would! Total ghosting us. My nonverbal, totally handicapped client is confused as to why we spend a whole day in NY City seeing a Urologist! I had to go to Mount Sini for Urology care. He is a poor Hispanic on Medicaid. How can these three people sleep knowing what they did? What Dr. Parker did in his haste was a mistake, what Dr Singh and Lisa Patterson did was just plain cruel! Wow!!! No accountability! What can I do for this poor handicapped person??

Lisa Winkler I waited for over a month for my appointment with Dr. Maurer, and come to find out, his specialty is elbows/shoulders not knees, which is why I was there. You would think that when I called to make the appointment months ago, and said it was for my knees, they would have told me that Dr. Maurer did not specialize in that. I also filled out all the forms online, again, an opportunity to be told I needed to see someone else. Now I have to pay for an appointment with someone who could not advise me, make an appointment with someone who may be able to advise me, pay twice, wait twice. Very frustrating. *Update: I did send an email to OADC as requested below. No response, no follow up.

kathleen Thomsen I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this group today was terrible. I wanted to take my elderly mother to the ortho express nearest us, Hopewell. Their website shows hours on Mon and Wed (today is a Mon). The staff informs me that "you cant pay attention to the website, you have to call every morning to find out if the office is open". So Hopewell wasnt open, but Poughkeepsie, another 30 minutes further, was. I make that drive to be told she cant be seen, they can make me an appointment with dates a month away. A month from now? How very express. I would suggest you not believe their website or receptionists information on hours of operation.

Tim Knapp The only issue I had was getting help with my Short term disability paperwork. The receptionists, and doctors were very courteous through the check in, and booking. Dr. Coleman was amazing during the visit, and the cortisone shot was extremely effective for the slight tear in my rotator cuff. However, when I asked the receptionist who I would need to speak with for my short term disability paperwork, her initial answer was “we don’t do that”. After assuring her that you did do that (as I had confirmed on the phone at the initial appointment booking) she returned and told me “I have to print the paperwork, and return it” Returned home, printed the paperwork, only to return, and be told “I’d have to take that to the Poughkeepsie office”. I drove the paperwork to the Poughkeepsie office, only to be told “I’d have to email the paperwork to the office in which I was seen” Not only was none of this correct, I NEVER received my paperwork back from the void to which I sent it, and my return time had lapsed. Luckily, I was able to resubmit my claim through the Hartford, when I had the new orthopedic surgeons office fill the paperwork. On top of all the problems with the paperwork, Dr. Coleman had done a CT scan, which “didn’t show” the rotator cuff tearing away from the bone on my left shoulder. Granted, it took an MRI, and not a CT scan to see it, but it was disappointing to be given a cortisone shot, and be dismissed. Not an unpleasant experience, just a very disappointing sum total of effort.

Rossinia Magtibay The people from the reception before and after the check up were very cheerful and polite. The nurse and the xray technician were also very kind and helpful. The doctor (Dr. Ristic) was very nice and kind. I was very nervous when I was told he was going to give my wrist a cortisone shot but he was so great and assured me it was going to be quick and it was. I’m so happy and contented with the great assistance given to me as it was my first time to visit the place.

My wife has been suffering for over 8 months with something that started with one foot. Now its both legs, feet and both hands but yet they feel its no big problem to keep rescheduling appointments on her, especially when it took their staff almost 2 months to give an authorization number to the MRI technician so my wife can schedule to have it done and thats after numerous calls from my wife and the technician. If you cant expedite to care for your patients. You dont need my insurance money. Stinks that after this long dealing with them we are about to find someone else.

Matthew Scarpaci I came in with my son yesterday because he was having some ear pain. We were in the area visiting family and needed a place that was highly rated and took our out-of-network insurance. David saw us and was quickly able to navigate our issue and alleviate my sons nerves. Then Julie, the PA, came in, spoke to us and was able to get us the treatment we needed. Both of them had outstanding bedside manner and were able to keep my son comfortable through the process. I cannot recommend FirstCare enough for their service and especially the care that David and Julie provided. Thank you!

Raymond Walker I unfortunately sustained one of the worst heel/ankle injuries possible. Fortunately though, First Care Medicals initial treatment was as prompt and professional as it gets. First Cares staff was highly attentive and very well organized. Upon subsequent arrival to Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital as the next stop (given the gravity of the injury) the physicians there all commented on the excellent work done by First Care to initially identify and stabilize the injury (which made clear how truly fortunate Id been to have First Care so close). The process of healing for the last 8 months has been arduous, but with excellent progress, and without a doubt that initial quality medical treatment received at First Care made an enormous and positive difference over the long haul with this. And for that Ill be eternally grateful to the good folks at First Care Medical - and unhesitating in highly recommending this care facility to one and all should the need ever arise. It made a real difference in my circumstance and I remain very thankful for the good care received there.

Honestly, I have no complaints at all about First Care Family Practice; it truly feels like a supportive community.

Lawrence Winters The need to acknowledge front-line healthcare workers has never been greater. Their kindness, attentiveness, and expertise are often the most potent medicine. I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional professional care I received at First Care. When I walked in, the man at the front desk made check-in easy and welcoming. Ashley, the nurse practitioner, brought warmth and reassurance, and Dr. Weiman, whom I spoke with briefly from home, provided clarity and care. I arrived feeling nervous and uncertain, but I left feeling safe, supported, and with a solid game plan. And I’m happy to say—it’s working. Having spent 25 years in healthcare, I know the difference genuine compassion makes. The team at First Care embodied what matters most: warmth, sincerity, careful attention, and kindness. Those are the actual healing agents, and I sincerely appreciate each of them for generously sharing theirs. L Winters

As soon as I said hello and that I was here for allergy testing she asked “what I’m I here for?” I replied again, “allergy testing” she then asked for my insurance I responded “I didn’t know I needed my insurance card,” she replied “ it’s your first time here why wouldn’t you need your insurance card?” At this point I wanted to say “do I know you from somewhere because this attitude isn’t warranted? Instead I said this appt was scheduled months ago and started thinking how all weekend I was receiving reminders but not one reminder to bring my insurance card. Megan Haight Poughkeepsie Office- I would like to say that the doctors I have seen have been absolutely wonderful. That being said, as with many other reviews Ive read, the front office staff, specifically Amanda, are some of the most unfriendly people I have ever encountered. They seem like they really hate their jobs, and it shows all over the faces and with their verbal responses. I stopped in to the Poughkeepsie office this morning as instructed by urgent care to make an appointment for sudden onset hearing loss in one ear. As a 42 year old woman with no health issues or injuries, this was quite concerning and scary for me. Amanda scheduled me an appointment for the end of October as that was the soonest they could see me. I asked to be placed on the cancellation list and mentioned I was concerned to wait that long to be examined. Her response was that was what they had available and that sometimes hearing lost "just happens" and when I meet with the doctor they can go over the "extent of my hearing loss". I found this to be totally unacceptable as she is not a doctor and should not be giving medical feedback. This obviously made me more anxious. As I was leaving I asked if I had in fact been put on the cancellation list and she responded rudely that she had already taken care of it. I just dont understand why so many of the office staff at this location have to be so rude for absolutely no reason, and why nothing is done to change the atmosphere for patients. I called their New Windsor office who was able to get me in tomorrow with no issue and will only go to that location from now on, despite living in Poughkeepsie. There is a sign they have posted behind the front desk in the Poughkeepsie office that says they wont tolerate rude or aggressive behavior from patients. This is laughable. Do better ENT and Allery associates, Amanda and all other office staff. Your patients deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.

Fereda Ali-Burns I usually don’t post bad reviews but after the blatant disrespect yesterday, I’m done with this place. I spoke to the office manager months ago about how the receptionists ignore patients and talk to each other- even repeated a conversation I heard them have as an older woman with a walker waited to be checked in. She said she would address it. A few weeks ago, I waited as the ring leader looked at vacations online instead of calling me up- I snapped this picture while he kept more people waiting as he talked to the others. Yesterday I waited to schedule my next appointment and he looked at me, rolled his eyes and ignored me- I’ve never said more than good morning, my name and thank you to this man. As soon as the girl next to him called me over, he called the man behind me up. I laughed because I expected that. The nurses are the only reason I’ve stayed here for allergy shots. I’d rather suffer and travel in traffic than drive 15 minutes to get here.

Yolanda Terralavoro Loved everyone that works there, friendly and competent, for sure! ❤️ Only issue is that in January, I made an appointment for April, because that was the soonest I could get in, and then when it came time for the appointment I called because I didn’t get a reminder and they said that I didn’t have the appointment! So then they made another one on the soonest date they could get me in and it was July with my doctor, but they also made an appointment in June with a different doctor in case my symptoms were real bad. When the June appointment came, I called and they said I didn’t have an appointment again! I had them reassure me that my appointment in July was definitely on the books and that’s when I saw my doctor. Besides that everything was great!

brandi dostie I have been a patient of doctor ristics for years. He has treated me for multiple conditions of my hand. He has always been kind and supportive and spent the time to discuss what my options are. He was not quick to operate and I always left pleased thinking that I was under good care. I would definietly recommend him.

Pete Gersec My experience and first visit with Dr. Ristic was spectacular. My hands were in excruciating pain but thanks to Dr. Ristics attention to detail and professionalism I am in much better spirits less than 24 hours after my visit. Extremely focused during the appointment, Dr. Ristic also lended his professional opinion in terms of long term care and as a golf professional and very active, I now feel very positive about my future care and health for my hands.

Wendy Murphy Actually this is Steve Murphy, it’s been two years since my surgery and I never left a review. I am a motocross / dirt bike guy and I blew my right hand up on the bike Oct. 6th 2022. To make matters worse, I didn’t seek treatment until 3 days later, hoping in some misguided way it would “be OK”. Dr. Ristic went to work, explained every detail, and how I possibly handicapped him by waiting as long as I did. It’s PERFECT!! No pain, riding as always!! My strength is great, and it is really as good as new!! It was as soon as I finished therapy!! I’ve been riding on it since and it’s been fabulous. I need my right elbow looked at now as I have bone chips floating around that need to be removed and there is no one else I’d go see!! Great doctor!!!

DB The worst. I go in for an ultrasound for a specific area to be checked. They never visualize the area they’re supposed to be looking at and send you home. Then when the doctor receives the report and there’s absolutely nothing useful in the report they are going to make you pay for a second ultrasound due to their FAILED ATTEMPT. Billing insurance a second time, paying a second copay all due to their lack of competence. Disgusted.

Joan Panko Totally incompetent and unethical!!!They put in new software and never tested it out. Sent me home with a disc to bring my physician that didnt have complete results. My appointment was a week later. They apparently were sending many people home with partial or blank discs. Instead of notifying people, you find out when you get to your doctors office. Such a waste of time. When asked if they will notify people of this problem the center director, Jessica Bishun told me she would ask her higher ups so that more people dont waste their time. She said she didnt find out till Wednesday afternoon. My appointment was today, Thursday at 2:30. It would have been ethical to notify anyone that had results done since problem started.

J KOLSR Had to reset equipment, resulting in a longer appointment; unable to provide a timely, detailed invoice needed for FSA reimbursement - yet could take my money at once. Call center is overseas. Takes over 10 days to "post" my itemized bill. Go somewhere else that can provide more efficient service.

Toxic Flame I have been going to this neurologist for 3 years for complex and aura migraines. I had even had get an EEG done where they found blips in my right frontal lob. Yesterday I needed a doctors note for my job so I went into the practice where I found out all of my diagnoses were wrong. Wrong. The notes from my last visit says that I have migraines without aura, they make no mention of my complex migraines and state I have 2 brothers and 6 sisters which is not correct. The notes also said I was diagnosed with complex migraines at a hospital in Buffalo where I go for college, not correct. I was diagnosed at Vasar 3 years ago. Two years ago I started taking a birth control with estrogen but last year my primary care doctor took me off of it and said I needed to see my neurologist. For context you can’t take birth control with estrogen if you have aura migraines because they can cause mini strokes. So for a year I was taking something that could have caused complications or even be life threatening because Dr. Rose Matthews could not do her job and include the correct diagnosis in my files. My primary care doctor knew I should not have been on it because she has the correct diagnosis in her files. Every appointment with Dr.Rose Matthew consisted of us talking about my symptoms and frequency of these episodes. Why did she not have the correct information on file? Why did I go to these appointment just for everything I told her to be ignored and watered down? My last appointment with Dr.Matthew was about the birth control. She had said that if I have aura migraines then I should be put on progesterone only pills. So she did acknowledge that I have aura migraines, why does it say that I have migraines without aura in my files? The woman at the front desk asked my mother on the phone, she said “Why did you guys not notice this before?” Dr. Matthews was not giving me my visit notes so how would I have known? Even if she had been giving me these notes, does that negate that fact that this woman has not been correctly filing the appointment notes and/or the proper diagnosis? Is it not her responsibility, as a doctor, to make sure that she is listening to the needs of the patient and correctly diagnosing them? She wasn’t even the one to diagnose me with these conditions so does that mean to ignore their existence? This whole situation is ridiculous. If you can’t handle the responsibility of being a doctor then you shouldn’t be one.

Mike Wold Dr Koszer seems to be excellent. BUT the office staff is condescending, rude, and incompetent. They are a thorough road block to reaching the provider. My wife’s test results have been available since Monday, and yet no call from the doctor for treatment. She has left 4 messages on their voicemail and still hasn’t received any response from the office. This is delay of treatment. We would NOT recommend this practice to anyone. .

Akil B The doctors are extremely good doctors. The receptionists are horrible. The people who answer the phone to make or change appointments horrible. Dont bother making appointments its first come first serve in there. You can have a 9:00am appointment get there at 9:01 and somehow the 9:30 appointment goes before me. Unbelievably unprofessional.

John Lombardi III Left after they were obviously wasting my time. This being told to me by a nurse speaking down to me and waving her hands in my face as I was seated. It’s impossible to see the doctor because there is apparently 1 doctor for 3 locations. I’d definitely go somewhere else.

Trebor Arutnev I saw Dr McNulty in May. Although he was clearly EXTREMELY unhealthy looking himself, as well as smelling like cigarettes, he said he would help me with my pain. He promised that he would not let me continue to suffer. And together wed find a course of treatment and treat my problems after the tests ordered were completed. I did my blood test in May and my EMG upper and lower over the next month. My follow up came in August, so three months five visits, five co-pays. Multiple blood tests and an upper and lower EMG. Firstly, why have a portal if nothing is ever there? Nothing but co-pay info. No one fills it out and anything typed from your visit goes elsewhere, not here at helo. Its a waste of space on my phone. Finally in August, for my follow-up, I saw the doctor. He didnt remember me but spent five minutes refreshing himself. Then he said that I have all the things wrong that he suspected five things in fact. And he now could see the big picture of what is going on with me. Ok great, I said, how can you help me? Whats my course of treatment doctor? How are you going to help me with this pain doctor? Its sometimes so overbearing and overwhelming. DOCTORS Recommendation 1 - See my general doctor. 2 - See a hand doctor. 3 - See a back doctor. 4 - Go to the drug store and get hand braces. Wait, what? Why did I come to you Dr McNulty? His answer was, "I am 62 years old and a brain surgeon." I asked how that would help "ME". He said he didnt think it would and he got very defensive from my questioning him. He even told me he didnt like being questioned. My response was that I needed answers and that I was in a lot of pain, do you have anything here physical therapy? Should I take more Tylenol? I was looking for treatment, anything from him. What kind of braces should I get, will he give me a prescription. Nope, I dont do that and was directed to ask the pharmacist. Why have I come to you for three months then? Where is the help you told me about ? All of the tests you asked me to take I took and have issues. He started breathing heavy, he was sweating Im not sure if that was because of his morbid obesity or his chain smoking cigarettes but I was worried for him. Then he told me I was not welcome to come back to eRiver. I asked why he again repeated that he was 62 years old and a brain surgeon. I said no, why are you refusing to treat me and banning me from your practice? His answer was, "I DONT LIKE TO BE QUESTIONED." I my opinion this doctor needs some medical attention himself. He is clearly unhealthy himself and doesnt take care of himself and that clearly shows in his demeanor and his extremely lazy medical work. I went to my appointments, took my tests, paid my co-pays but apparently because my brain was intact I didnt deserve his time, empathy or treatment. The front staff and ancillary treatment was more than adequate. But I can not recommend this doctor or their medical portal for anything. Because neither have provided me with anything close to adequate or care at any level. Please do yourself a favor and SKIP this unhealthy, rude, pompous doctor and take the drive South for someone that provides care, empathy and treatment.

Jessie Dadds Ive been here before, every time I feel like a McDonalds burger. Quickly processed and spit out. Jason Asselin was my doctor this time.... It was like he was afraid the chair would get warm if he bothered to stop and actually listen or answer questions. And to get a simple form filled out for the visit (14 boxes, most of which would be one word answers) I have to submit it up front, they send it to medical records, who is back logged at least 2 weeks.... This was a work comp simple form thats supposed to be done at every visit.... But hes too busy. If they are forcing all there physicians to work at such a frantic pace that completing that form turns into a 3 week process, Im sure they are rushing too much to be making good diagnosis, or explaining things to there patients. And the overall mannerisms just display abysmal bedside manner. Im sorry hes so disgruntled with his chosen profession, and Im sure now feels too invested to go do something hes more suited for. Next time Ill just take the hour each way ride to CT. The front desk lady was pleasant and efficient. And the older women in checkout did what she could as far as explaining things to me and trying to get my paperwork filled out. I forgot her name, but thank you for your superb assistance.

Linda Mann Dr. Brown and his staff were highly professional and kind. I truly appreciate them taking the time to meet with me and schedule my surgery after my original surgery with Dr.Tigges was canceled. They provided ample time to review all procedures and answer all of my questions and concerns. I commend Dr. Brown for his patience and human kindness because he helped to ease my anxiety by scheduling a new surgery date.

Next came Dr Sasha for the exam. All in all, I was well treated and was timely seen. A good facility, with good people.

Michael Owen This place is a nightmare - way below the standard of care for an urgent care chain. It was bad enough that I filed a complaint with New York State. After a two-hour wait, the staff and providers didnt ask obvious questions related to my health issue, and I had to tell them which tests were appropriate. Two critical lab results never came back, even after I called several times and the provider promised they would get back to me. I had to go get the tests somewhere else.

Selina Baker My first time being seen here. It’s always either my daughter or my husband that I drive there. Hubby and I were seen coz we’re both very sick for 3 days now. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Doctor did not second guess my husband’s situation and knew that he needed to be transported to the hospital. But at the same time offered the option of going home but suggested he is much better off in the hospital where he can get the care he needs. I appreciate that very much.

Emmett Edwards I was seen very quickly at the facility and given a prescription that was sent to a local pharmacy. Before I left I asked if I needed to wait an hour before going to pick it up. I was told to head right over and that turned out to be false. When I called to question this I was told I should never have been instructed to go right over. Once the pharmacy did get the prescription there were issues with insurance authorizations that only the prescribing care giver could address. I again called to find out why this particular visit was so problematic compared to the past. I got an unacceptable amount of excuses and unaccountable behavior each call to follow up on the issues. I will never return to this facility again nor will I recommend anyone else to go there based on the quality of the service rendered today.

Stephanie Cranston I went in for a nurses visit and x-rays. I did not expect to get a whole consultation by the nurse. It was fantastic! She told me the results of the x-rays right away and we discussed what to do next. Annie Verhey Background: This was my first time to any orthopedist. I’ve experienced lower back pain & sciatica for 2 years after a fall. I live a very active lifestyle and my biggest concern was that the doctor wouldn’t understand how my back pain interfered with my lifestyle. When I called to make the appointment, I asked if any of the sports doctors treated spine conditions and the answer was no. Positives: Reception was very friendly and helpful. Very short wait in the waiting room. Drawbacks: Like another reviewer noticed, wait time between seeing nurse and doctor was more extended (30 mins in my case). I assumed he was looking over my imaging I brought, but unfortunately when he did arrive, he chose to look at it then. When I explained my sciatica & how certain endurance activities triggered a flare up, he found it comical and said that my activity level was my problem, as well being 40 years old. He did, however, reinforce the fact I was already making good self-care decisions and provided hope that I could eventually heal/minimize the pain in time. He also explained options for pain management or procedures if things worsened. Overview: If you are an athlete or into endurance sports & maintaining your activity, this is not the place for you to help with injury/recovery of back/spine problems. But if you are looking to eliminate pain in your day-to-day life, I’m sure they can provide help.

Joseph Aiello I went for my second eye cataract surgery on 5/31/2022. This review is only for the surgery center as Dr. Steinberg is excellent and 5 stars. The anesthesiologist hurt me needlessly. I have excellent veins in both my hands. However on this date I was punctured 4 times unsuccessfully and in excruciating pain. I said no more. The anesthesiologist returned and got it right using my other hand. He kept saying I wasn’t cooperating. Two weeks prior a different anesthesiologist had no difficulty using the same hand. I always get complimented on how easy it is to insert a line since I have good veins.
