ramona ciobanu Very pleasant experience. Not only do results come back within 24-48 hrs, but everyone seemed very professional and the place seemed very organized. One particular nurse stood out and I had to ask for her name, which I believe is Ms. Corrine Montoya. She was very welcoming, and friendly and comforting. In addition, prior to me she had to administer the test to a young child (appx 5 years in age). The manner in which she dealt with this youngster was very impressive.

Anais Diaz This office did not bill my health insurance correctly, though I paid my $100 copayment. Now I am being harassed by their workers comp office to submit paperwork for a workers comp claim , though there was no a work related injury. Be careful with these people and how they do their billing.
Not to mention the doctor was rude and condescending, no beside manners.

Ronald Rich The staff was great, The Doctors and Nurses are Excellent. After Reading my EKG Results The Doctor advised me to go to the ER, I took his advice and went to the Hospital to be tested, After going through some test in the Hospital. I Found out that I needed to get a Chip for my Heart. The Doctor at CityMD probably saved MY Life. Thank You!!

The J4KTrio The front desk staff was amazing as was the x-ray tech. The Dr. however could use some more training. It was not busy in there yet he was rushed and hurriedly did the exam. Did not give instructions or help w using crutches properly. We were told he’d give us referrals for PT and ortho. We had to ask for the x-Ray results. I cannot return to work at the ballet without the PT referral that I did not receive. No follow up instructions like ice , heat, elevate. Just take it easy. Not helpful and a waste of time and money. We will NOT return to this city md office again.

Pika C Very diasppointed on the whole medical team. Saw Dr Khine Tun and was given Rx. CVS Rx claimed they did not receive it. Answering service on Friday 5:30 pm supposedly relay my message to their on call MD, However, their on call MD never cared enough to respond for the entire weekend. Monday comes, happened to be a holiday so office closed. Answering service at 11:25am claimed there is no on call MD until Monday evening. Told the answering service to relay my message through whichever means she can. Very diappointed....

God does Not sleep I use them for my pregnancy and I am very displeased and disappointed the admin staff is the worst the keep messing up my appointments when I go there they take extremely long to find my scheduled appointment having me stand waiting at the door for 5 minutes (with my big belly) before finally finding my appointment and have me come in, other times they reschedule me and miss up my appointment. They also lack good customer service and etiquette.

Gabriela Gomez The worst place to go for an emergency I waited over 3hrs to be seen at the ER I had to remind them I was waiting and they hadn’t even taken my insurance info when I asked for papers to leave since I hadn’t seen a doctor I was finally told I was next as I was walking out to go to another hospital a nurse grabbed my purse in an attempt to make me stay!!!! I’m beyond disappointed with how I was treated and I’m a very understanding person but this was just too much if I wanted to wait I would have gone to my doctor but I considered this to be an emergency and opted for coming in hope that I would be taken care of!!!

Kelsey Garcia The care in this hospital is amazing!Unfortunately , their pharmacy section is horrible. Besides not giving new comers a heads up on how their system works (they have a “pickup” window on the right which you go to after waiting on the left sides signless windows) to their ridiculous waiting time. One hour for saline nasal spray! It’s a very small tight spot and very uncontrolled with rude staff slamming on counters to get the elderly to go up to the window (pickup window)

Gracen Robinson If youre struggling with thoughts of self-harm and seeking crisis support, youre doing the right thing, and you should be proud of yourself for reaching out. However, if youre considering seeking help at the hospitals emergency psychiatric unit, please note that many staff members and patients describe the admission process as a traumatic experience. I sought help due to self-harm urges, but the staff on the unit refused to provide ongoing medication for bipolar depression or any kind of therapeutic support. Despite being clean for a year, I relapsed at this hospital because the emotional neglect worsened my depressive episode. If youre at risk of self-harm, there are many crisis counselors available to help you through the 988 hotline, and they are more than willing to connect you with better inpatient care options.

Michael Cotton Wow one of the worst experiences, Ive ever had at a hospital. Queens General Hospital, has got to be by far one of the most incompetent staffed hospitals. When you ask for a Dr., they send you a person with a Resident ID, now I do understand that this Dr., is trying to accumulate the necessary hrs to become a full Dr., kudos to all who are striving to accomplish your lifes goals. Do yourself a favor and transfer to a much more productive, power driven goal oriented hospital. Because this place is unacceptable, and a complete cluster.

NATALIE SINGH The ER is a waste of time, you’ll end up more sick if you come here. Warning! Do not come here after 12 pm!!! You’ll surely die with reckless care.
First the waiting time is extremely long, some staff are unprofessional and the doctors don’t care at all because they’re just trying to get rid of you so they can get off at the end of their shift.
The ER really needs evaluation

annie the staff, while some were inattentive, truly cared. that much, I could tell. especially the doctor that took care of my brother. we really appreciated her help, but the system as a whole here is not ideal at all.
it didn’t feel like we were in safe hands—not because of the staff—but because everything was disorganized and there was a lack of communication both between the staff and with us. we were there on a saturday night around 9pm, so maybe that could be it? either way, please seek medical care elsewhere.
that said, my brother’s reason for visit is a facial cut so I’m more critical because of that. I’m sure if we came in for a fever or a cold, it would be fine. so keep that in mind as well.

Tahmid Ibna Amin I went there for an emergency situation and give them my every information they need including my health insurance but 2 months later i got a bill which should be covered by my Health insurance. And the letter said they don’t have my insurance and they didn’t even called me for confirmation. Which is absurd and not so professional.
The doctor didn’t even given me any checkup or medical test. Asked few questions and they said everything is alright. But still i have the problem.
I would love to give them -5* if possible.
Not recommended.

In addition the front desk guy is giving you a bad attitude if you ask how long it’s taking. I went to asked him because he told me was one patient before and was an hour before and he was rude and he said. If you want come next Saturday ? Steph W This is an extremely busy office; The waiting area has 15 seats and at least 3 ppl standing at all times. The patients as well as staff are primarily Spanish-speaking. The wait time was absurd and for that reason, I won’t be returning. I came in 10 min before my appointment. I waited for a total of 4 HOURS before being called. I asked the other patients when waiting if it was usually like this and she responded, yes that the doctor usually runs late. Staff does not wear masks. The rooms are unkempt with supplies across the examination beds, floors, and chairs alike. While I was literally getting my blood drawn from the nurse, 5 women came in to drop off their urine samples. No patient privacy which is not okay.
It’s unfortunate that the office operates like this but the staff, nurses, and OB GYN doctor were extremely pleasant and through. From initial intake, consultation, examination, and blood work, it was a 40-min exam. I felt like the quality of screening made it me want to see the doctor again but not at this office. Luckily, my follow up appt will be at a different OB GYN medical office near Columbus Circle instead.
A follow up appt was made without calling me to confirm the date/time. The office called me to say that I missed the appointment.
Columbus Circle location office, staff, and visit is stellar. Would recommend there if you want to see the same doctor.

Rigzin Choedon They have a first come first serve policy in a given time window. Showed up 2 minutes before the office opened and it took over 2 hours to see the doctor. All that wait and they sent the wrong prescription to the pharmacy. The pharmacy and I have been calling the clinic since 2/3/24 to send the correct prescription order but as of right now, it is still not fixed. Some days it is impossible to get through because the automated message keeps going on a loop or someone keeps picking up and hanging up the calls. This is an important prescription to maintain blood pressure. Will the clinic be responsible if this leads to serious health issues?

Lilza Rana Worst and unprofessional management to say the least!! Their elevator doesn’t work, i was late to my appointment and i agree thats my fault but they let me inside the building just to be stuck inside the elevator for 10 minutes. I was literally about to have panic attack, i called them 3 times and they didn’t answer, i was kept on hold and they hung up on me. I stepped outside and buzzed them and the receptionist told me they have to cancel my appointment. All i needed was referral for different doctor but since Dr. Nadia was listed as my PCP i needed referral from her. Waited 3 weeks to get an appointment. Smh. Changed my PCP right away. Never again.

Amy Kay Doctors are ok but the front desk receptionist and the secretary working there are very hard to deal with. They take forever to pick up the phone and when they do they are the least helpful. I had to call 4 times for them to get the doctor to fix a prescription and they kept giving me the runaround the whole day. When I finally asked for the manager they were able to do it but by that time the pharmacy had already closed. All I kept hearing all day was that they are very busy but a time sensitive prescription that needed to be filled was not on their priority list.

Jessica Chen My child was sick for more than 2 weeks, we saw 2 different doctors before we came to NYPQ pediatrics. Things did not go as we expected, my child was not getting better. I was anxious to find out whats wrong, and had prepare to fight for what I think should be done, but I didnt have to.
I took the earliest possible appointment and met with Dr. Singh. She listened to everything that had happened, gave me a plan A and a plan B. She ordered X ray, which was done at NYHQ, no wait, free parking at the lot. She had the results in 2 hours and called me to proceed with the right plan (This process was fast and convenient, it is not common at private practices). We also did bloodwork right in the office, result came out the next morning. With the right diagnosis and medication, my child recovered in 2 days!
Everyone we encountered was nice, compassionate and caring. I met with the receptionist Shai, Eva(RN?), phlebotomist Angela and of course Dr. Singh who listened, explained and followed up on the phone with great care. I really appreciate it during this difficult time.
We went on a school day morning, office was not busy.
I highly recommend this place!

RAYZ I recently had the opportunity to be assisted by Sharliese at the front desk, and I am compelled to share the exceptional experience. In my role as a Service Coordinator in Early Intervention, time-sensitive tasks are the norm, and Sharlieses efficiency and dedication were nothing short of a lifeline. She understood the urgency of my request for a medical form and acted with remarkable speed and proficiency, ensuring that I received the necessary documentation swiftly.
Sharlieses professional demeanor, coupled with her ability to perform under pressure, was truly impressive. Her assistance not only helped me fulfill my duties more effectively but also underscored the value of having supportive and capable staff in key positions. Her commitment to service excellence and her genuine desire to help make Sharliese a standout individual. This level of service is rare and deserves recognition.
I am deeply grateful for Sharlieses assistance and highly recommend this establishment to anyone who values efficiency, professionalism, and genuinely caring staff. Sharliese, thank you for your outstanding service and for being such a significant help in a critical moment of my work in Early Intervention.

Dr Meir Cohen is the worst doctor I’ve ever come across in my entire life, not only was he unhelpful and unprofessional, he was very demeaning and condescending. The whole visit was a horrible experience. I was also in a lot of pain and discomfort and frankly he just didn’t seem to care and make a lot of judgemental and shockingly unprofessional comments. He also really messed up my prescription, had I not gone to a different doctor to get a second opinion on this, it would’ve caused even more health issues and headaches. When I was telling her I need physical check up too and then she was asking me madly why didn’t you told me? Gave me bad attitude. I don’t know why. Then she tell me I have to make appointment again for physical. She didn’t do physical and sent me home. Look like she came over there for fight with patients Instead of take care patients. I will never see her again and I will definitely not recommend her.

Wendy Boothe Every time I go to the health center everyone is always so kind and friendly. As soon as I enter the Health center, and I stand in the line I’m getting recognized by my name. It is so welcoming to know that they know my name. Jay, Rodney, Sunita and Tomasz are an asset to the health center, because they’re always welcoming and friendly. On top of all of that they know their jobs inside and out. Thank you all!!!

Wen Dell My mom was unknowingly late for her doctor’s appointment on Wednesday with Dr Aquino. We received such a warm, friendly and hospitable reception from Alin. She was understanding and welcoming to us. She showed exemplary customer service. We were checked-in quickly(with a smile) and my mother visited with Dr Aquino. Alin is one of the many great receptionist at this institution. Shine a light on this employee for her awesomeness!

Amina Fajri I saw Dr Angela Kakuriyeva the dermatologist.
She is the best.
I was depressed with a rash I developed on my skin (hands arms and hip)
First time she saw me she diagnosed my condition right, prescribed the right cream that Helped clear my skin after the first usage
In addition of being a good doctor. She is a very nice human being who will go far and beyond to help you
I really admired her.
Wishing her success and prosperity in her carry!

Imani Stewart The wait time here is ridiculous. Even with an appointment. U could have an 10am appointment time and not see the doctor til 3pm. Walk ins are even worst. HOWEVER the staff here is amazing and friendly and try to be as accommodating as possible.

Norma Paiva I want everyone to know if you want yourself and loves to be treated with all the necessary care and concerns this is the hospital. The doctors, nurses all the staff including the security give you the most valuable care with all the humanity possible. My blessings to all and each of them.

Richard Burgos I brought my mother into the ER around 9am. My mothers been battling a migraine for over a month and a half ago. 2pm they finally brought her to do a CT scan. Its now 3pm and they just finished and told her to wait for the doctor now. The hospitals make you wait for long periods of time to justify that theyre doing all they can. I get short staff and whatnot. But here, come on, theyre are not short staffed. Then the nurse of some of these pill-pushers. Send you on your way only to prescribed you Tylenol. Then you see the bill and for 5 minutes of your time a doctor gets paid a range of $600 through $$800+ to give you Tylenol. Let alone, the CT scan they did on my mother is over about close to $3k to $4k??? Nurses are the ones tired and dealing more with the patients then the doctor and yet theyre getting maybe about $30+ an hour if that or less. Sick world we live in to break the bank on people that cant live correctly an at ease with their health. While these doctors live a lavish life. Go ahead and bash me telling me Im wrong. The ones who do are the same ones that once they have this problem will run and cry asking for help.

Gangapersaud Beharry Had a procedure done at Mount Sanai hospital by A cardiologist who requested to see me two weeks after the procedure. I called to make an appointment and was given a date two months after and then got canceled the day before the appointment. Apparently they don’t accept my insurance anymore and won’t give me a chance to pay cash for the visit. I tried several times to contact the doctor and was told a message will be sent to the doctor. I never received a call back.
The cardiologist is a great doctor but the staff in front are a horrible group of people without any empathy.
Avoid this place at all cost

Sara Delzatto Horrible. PA Kristoffer Flores let me sit in the ER after shift change for 5 hours without pain relief (for a kidney infection and nodule) and not even come to give me the results of my CT scan. I was able to get them immediately after they were loaded into the MyChart app. When I told him I wanted my IV removed so I could go home and be in my own bed and Id call my doctor after the weekend he replied, "Okay, cool". I wouldnt return here if I had a gun shot wound to the head.

Tina S Harible front desk staff. Very rude, pretended she didnt understand what I said, she asked the reason for changed appointments like I did something wrong. She stared at me in a very awkward way. I felt I was treated like a fool. Very very unpleasant. It happened at 12pm in January 16, She sat by the front desk facing the door on the right, 2nd floor.

F J ACN Queens - Orthopedics rehabilitation center, DONTT GO! The PT experience was terrible here!!! Unreasonable charge with lazy service! Little care of patients symptoms but more focus on the billing! PT was not devoted at all!! The physician spent 40+ minutes of 1 hour questioning about the insurance coverage which should have been checked by someone else prior to the visit. Even with phone calls to insurance company during the session that the patient had to make to prove out the insurance coverage is okay with the PT, the PT still hesitated to start with the treatment and was constantly away during the last 15-20min of the session. At the end, the PT told the patient that it was his last day and left with no follow ups. And the patient was asked to pay full rate for a lazy service. Although the insurance covers, the patients portion of the payment was still at least 3 times higher than other regular PT locations.
The one star credited to the patient service customer service and front desk, who were nice to speak with.

Me Me The staffs are nice but the registration people don’t pick up the phone. I tried calling so many times and no answer. For days!!! I left multiple messages and the answering says someone will reach out the next business day but I haven’t gotten any calls back.
One day I called right before I went up and there were no answer. So when I went up there saw 4 register clerks working. Three on the desk and one standing. Two were on their iphone and the other two were chatting.
I told them I was calling for days and they just looked at each other and smirked. While I was waiting, I called again and saw that it wasn’t even ringing!!! They Silenced it!
What’s the point of having a phone if they don’t pick up??
I mean this is New York Presbyterian right?
Patient comes first???

Jenelle Lawrence I was a patient and the service I received was superb. Also, observing all the clinicians. I need to recognize the lady therapist Danielle F. It’s like she was on roller skates attending to her multiple patients with a smile. Again great service I received at this establishment.
