Richard Ness Im a bit surprised to see all the negative reviews here. Maybe Ive just been lucky, but I dont think so. All of the providers Ive seen here have been very competent. Hani Khalil, NP, has been great. The main reason for the review is that every time I call, I seem to get Alice. Shes so nice and helpful. Always cheerful, not some burned out dour reception / admin assistant. Thanks Alice, keep up the good work.

AL G Avoid Dr. Singh. He didnt use the virtual room for our appointments but instead would call me on my mobile phone, which has got to be some kind of HIPAA violation. I see Hani Khalil now, who is great. Also the reception staff are wonderful!

Mike Schwarzenegger Seems a large chunk of the bad reviews are from people who have an axe to grind and want to make their problems everyone elses (peep the last one star review which is a bot/catfish profile as an example). Spectrum Behavioral Health has always been there when I need them and have made accommodations to fit my schedule. Ive been going here for over ten years and never had any issues with this place.

Alyssa clarke thompson This is the most unprofessional practice for mental health I have ever been to. You call for the next available appointment with your psychiatrist because you need your refills on medications that keep you sane and stable, and they can’t even put in for refill requests and let you go without medications you need to somewhat live a normal life. Whether it be depending on these medications to be able to get through especially when you have to work to survive and make it through life, have kids that depend on you, are going through college to try and better your life. How are you suppose to when you run out of these and can’t even speak to anyone? So you have to go through days where you can’t even get out of bed effecting your livelihood. The ladies that pick up the phone are never pleasant, mental healthcare is something that should be for those who are emphatic and show compassion and caring towards those who are suffering. I love the psychiatrist I see at the practice but the way they are organized is unprofessional and not helpful to those who need help.

From the moment we arrived, we noted that the facility was clean and modern—truly state-of-the-art. The staff was incredible—knowledgeable, friendly, and impressively efficient. They ensured my Dad received care quickly without sacrificing quality. In fact, everyone we encountered made us feel comfortable and cared for, going above and beyond to make a stressful situation as smooth as possible. Pj Ferraro Take the long drive to any other hospital. It beats waiting for 6-15 hours for extremely urgent emergencies. Lived in Poughkeepsie for 8 years and I think the parking enforcement officers move with a higher sense of urgency then this facility.

frances caputo Another visit another 7 hours of waiting and I was told it could be up to 10 hours!! Is this for real and you have the nerve to say patient care is of the utmost importance!! This hospital is truly the worst ever! As a health care worker this is totally unacceptable and from most of the reviews I am not the only one feeling this way! In addition the response is exactly the same to everyone!! Be a bit more creative with your response because commitment is definitely not a priority in this hospital!

Nana Mangual Ivette from the emergency room intake for insurance is an amazing person she made me feel soooo welcomed and her continued service is amazing! This emergency department is not as bad as I heard from other people.....

Ms.Jennings40 Art A unfortunate person vomiting into a bag across from us for hours.Auto soap dispenser in bathroom not working so NO soap.... Understaffed and overbuilt. Employees do their best.But you will be waiting all day and night even with a cardiac issue!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!
