Rick Smith I was there on December 5th and I was very impressed, probably the best experience I have ever had in a Doctors office. I arrived a few minutes early and they brought me right in. Everyone was so kind and professional and knowledgeable and organized, I really couldnt get over it.

Cruise Drew My 1st visit... well I must not be important. My appointment was for 1015a. I got there at 10a to fill out paperwork. It was 1050a before I was called into a room and only after I complained that people were coming in after me and being seen before me. Nurse took my vitals right away, it wasnt for another 40 minutes before the Dr. came in... Needless to say, I wont be going back. Id much rather drive to Syracuse for an office staff and Dr. who thinks all their patients are important and their time is valuable.

Miranda Proctor Dr. Klotz is a good doctor but his office runs terrible. First the automated message gave me the inncorecct time for the appointment. The secretary said "Oh yeah its been doing that." She never said anything thing when I checked in and said I had an appointment at 9:00am. Then after a half hour I went to the receptionist and thats when she said that my appointment was at 9:30am instead of 9:00am. And then she added that there are two people before me. This is so stupid that the office is this far behind.

Marissa Hall It was an extremely long wait to get a room but this is by far the best experience I’ve had with Auburn hospital. I was very pleased. All of the nurses and my provider were amazing, they looked at everything to figure out what was causing the pain. They did a great job at their jobs last night. In the past I would have gotten discharged for lower abdominal pain within 3 or 4 hours but they kept me there for 7 hours to make sure everything was okay. They informed me what was going on and what to do next. Thank you Auburn for making it the best experience with you guys to where I was in good hands last night!

Theresa Cole If you need to go to the hospital, youre better off going to Upstate or St Josephs instead. Yesterday, I had to go there, and the service was slow! It took 4 hours for my husband to be taken care of (I went as a support person). And then once we were in the patient room, not only did waiting take another 3-4 hours, there were no comfortable chairs. I sat on a stool and by the end, I was sore and achy. I will say the staff at least did try to be cordial.

Alex Somerville I was treated on November 25th for lung issues that made me pass out. The staff was not as slammed as hospitals can be,nthese days. I received empathy, professionalism and understanding. A nurse practitioner names Josh and a RN named Kelly were fantastic. Thank you to them. Life isnt easy for some of us. They cared and they were very sweet. My ailments were treated and I am home resting

Courtney Morgan I came in to Er with an infection that wasnt responding to antibiotics.aftr intake I was put in a room of curtain cubicles but my curtain was open the entire time for some reason, I am disabled w an anxiety disorder so it was kind of unsettling to not have any space, plus I was in front of the door where the staff go in and out . There was a bright light directly over my head in the chair I was sitting in..I was already dizzy and nauseous and one nurse turned it off for me, until another nurse came and turned it on and left it on. I have two issues that occured here last night. One was that one nurse came to take bloodwork, and prep me for an IV. She took the blood ..didnt ask me to remove my wallet or phone just left bloody gauze and items she used to draw the blood on the table almost touching my wallet and phone. I found that kind of gross. She said let me come back w iv but it was a wait. Then during the iv drip as Im sitting in a chair in the wide open one if the nurses came up to the nurse who drew my blood and told her the bloodwork she did had no dates or times. I wasnt surprised because her work on me was sloppy yes I know an er is busy..but it was sloppy. She administered meds thru the catheter dropped the bottle on the floor didnt even wipe em or nothing and used em. Finally at the end before my discharge I was told by the nurse shed get me in and out as Id been there for hours, because Im disabled and had a ride there to take me home it was too late for a bus and I had no Money to get home. Quickly didnt happen there were no nurses around when I hit the call button on the wall she came ..went to administer the pills...dropped them ON THE FLOOR and ASKED ME IF I STILL EANTED TO TAKE THE PILLS SHE DROPPED IN A DIRTY HOSPITAL FLOOR I said excuse me what??? No Im not going to eat pills of a filthy floor .so then she smirked and said well its just gonna take you longer to get out cuz now I have to get more .I said fine do what you need to I mean come on any floor would be disgusting let alone an emergency room floor wy would a nurse even ask that considering how unsanitary? Ok satisfied withthe medications I received there was a couple nurses who were nice but the others seemed overwhelmed and overworked and gave a slight attitude when asked for anything or called on their sloppy performance and care for the patient and patients health.

Eugene. Bruce Bell I was admitted and assigned to the GYN Examination room as a room for the night. I asked why i couldn’t have a proper patient room and was told there was no empty rooms. The room was super cold. I had to ask 3 times for more blankets and never got any. I was so cold I was shaking. I push the call bell 4 different times and ask for someone to come and help me. No one ever came. I finally had enough and got dressed and was leaving. I told them my complaints and they said seeing how I wasn’t scheduled for my appointment with a dietitian until the next day that the room assigned was all they had available. I left on my own and before leaving i addressed how unsatisfactory the care given me. I got the vibes that the person I was talking to didn’t really care. I informed them I would definitely file a complaint. They again seemed like they didn’t care.

Malcolm Crane My lung collapsed, and I booked it to the emergency room. I was hesitant because of the 2.1 star review, but they have earned all five stars from me. Nurse Leslie: Explained procedures clearly, ensured my pain was minimal, kept my spirit high, and was polite and kind the whole night. Very funny, very sweet, and most importantly, she was calm when I was nervous. 5 star nurse!! Dr. Page: He was very quick to get me into the emergency room after seeing my x-rays. He was having a very busy night and was still kind and patient with me. I thank him and the big man who was with him for fixing my collapsed lung! Once I got upstairs into the hospital room, nurse Ann was taking care of me. She was also very good at keeping my spirits high and keeping my pain low. I want to thank her as well. Dr. Michael Petrosino was also amazing. He prescribed some medication for me and made sure I felt good enough to leave. Hes a very professional and caring doctor. Thank you. Everyone who helped me at this hospital genuinely cared about me and my issues. Ive never had such amazing care at a hospital ever before in my life. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me!

oli bochenek The staff was SO NICE and I felt very safe here. I had to be seen in the middle of the night for an asthma attack and they got me in right away. They were so so kind and friendly and extremely helpful and attentive.

Kaitlin Francher I had an amazing experience here when I had to be seen for a pregnancy scare. I was able to be seen in 30 minutes, and every single staff member I encountered was kind and encouraging. The ER was even full at the time with patients struggling with COVID. The ER Dr. was able to get me into a OB-GYN the next day as a new patient which was so kind because I hadnt been able to get in anywhere for a month at that time. Ive never had such a pleasant experience in a hospital which is crazy as it was one of the most nerve wracking days of my life. I will always drive here if possible.

Kennedy Gillette If I could rate this hospital 0 starts, I would. After turning my fiancée down at the urgent care, and giving him odd looks for going to the ER that they sent him to, they left my fiancée sitting there for hours without a nurse checking in, even when he pressed his call button. We just moved to the area and haven’t ever experienced such bad service. He was also set with very sick, coughing patients despite having an issue with his eye. With COVID, this is highly unsafe. Definitely don’t recommend for your loved ones.

Nicholas McIntyre This is hands down the worst doctor weve ever had the displeasure of going to. My wife made an appointment with him because she wasnt feeling well and was having migraines. Instead of examining her he said "well ur having a panic attack and all your symptoms are due to anxiety" and then proceeded to call an ambulance to take her to the auburn er to get a CT scan. We proceeded to spend 10 hours in the er just for the er doc to finally tell us that she had a simple sinus infection something that could have been figured out in a 10 minute exam by doctor duckett if he cared to do an exam and not just write her off as a panic attack just because she was crying from the pain of her migraine. Doctor duckett has no bedside manner and does not care about his patients.

C ccolgate Stay CLEAR OF this doctor and his practice! He has NO BED SIDE MANNERS, very rude and writes you off!!!

LM T Extremely unprofessional in the fact he lets his personal feelings affect how he treats his patients. He has no problem letting you know he thinks you are trash and then proceeds to treat you that way. If he’s like that to your face theirs no telling what he’s doing with the dead.
