Kat Forge Came in via ambulance due to severe vomiting and got put into a room , the tech I had came in and she was an angel no complaints about her! However the nurse practitioner basically judged me and assumed I was a drug user just because I wasn’t feeling good enough to do bloodwork IN THAT MOMENT because I pass out every time, in which I stated to her “can I just wait a few minutes and see how I feel”. She said to me “okay so i won’t be doing anything or giving you anything not even fluids without bloodwork” and told me I’ll be refusing my own care and then basically told me to just leave because she won’t be doing anything for me. Honestly I felt stereotyped and I’m even considering suing for medical malpractice. Most definitely will never come back here, I’d rather wait 17 hours at vassar, at least care would be provided at some point.

Kathy Foley Im so pleased with the swift, thorough and gentle care I received last week at the ER. Fast tests and treatment for acute diverticulitis. The nursing staff are all excellent caring gentle professionals. 24 hours later I went home to continue treatment. Couldnt ask for better care

Angela Hawsey Stay AWAY FROM COURTNEY ELIZABETH!!!! She was so incredibly rude and unempathetic. She forcefully pulled me down to the bed when i was feeling faint returning from the bathroom( which had blood and poop stuck to the floor) i had to keep my husband on the phone the entirety of our interaction because i felt so uncomfortable. I have a phobia of needles and usually do very well if told when im being punctured, but this woman may as well have been mute. Barging in my room, there was no announcement, not telling me when she was placing my IV, and placed things in my IV with no communication to me as what she was doing. I cried after getting my IV and she yelled at me that if i dont calm down im going to pass out which scared me more and i looked at her and said "please, dont yell at me i have terrible anxiety" she looks at me again and says okay im not YELLING at you im keeping you from passing out. She wasnt, she made me more anxious and uncomfortable. She then left 3 vials of my blood in the room where they couldnt be used, another nurse came in and said ohhh im not sure why these were left here... i said the lady at the counter out there eating her salad is the one that took. This woman, im sure, has a kind heart and is a good person, but COURTNEY ELIZABETH INGRASSIA should not be an er nurse. And considering she just got the job at the hospital back in June, theres no excuse for burnout. She did not fill out any discharge papers for me and pointed to me as i walked out crying, saying that girl just eloped like it was unprovoked. The team also removed all my lab results from my chart and didnt properly fill out my paperwork, leaving out my emergency contact as my husband, didnt even have

Lavender If you want to die, been seen in an emergency at Kingston hospital. It is known FACTS to STAY AWAY from Kingston Hospital throughout the community. I encouraged my elderly mother to move 45 minutes away from me as she would be taken by ambulance to Vassar instead of Kingston Hospital. I am not sure of the exact problem, but STAY AWAY, they will kill you! I know too many people that have died going here from simple health issues!!! STAY AWAY!!!

LJ Ekus We were visiting Kingston for the weekend when my husband had a kidney stone. We were concerned with the reviews but decided to chance it since they were so close to where we were staying. We are so glad we did. While waiting in the waiting room, the Dr came out to speak with us to get a head start on his care. They were on top of things from the very beginning and moved quickly to make him comfortable. Everyone we came in contact with were polite, helpful and caring. My husband ended up spending the night in the hospital on the 5th floor. The great care continued. It is always scary when an emergency happens out of your own area. We extremely happy with the experience and thankful for the great care.

Jennifer Vande Zande After ordering a host of tests for a serious medical issue, I didn’t hear back. I called the office and was told I needed to make an appt. Got to the office, was then told they don’t accept my Blue Cross, and that I needed to pay out of pocket ($400). I pulled out my HSA card and was told they don’t accept cards … and that I couldn’t get my results without an appointment. Since almost two months had gone by, I decided I needed the results so that I could find other care. They directed me to an ATM because I couldn’t pay after the appointment either. While I sat in the room, he stayed in the hall to read my results - which had been sent over previously; he didn’t even look at them until I got to the office and paid cash. Difficult to think that I’m seen as anything more than an opportunity to make money. Really, really disappointed. (Also there’s a sign on their door that says you must not enter without a mask and they don’t have any to give out. If you don’t have one, you’ll have to reschedule … an office without a patient portal, or reminder calls where they could mention things like needing to bring cash to get your test results and wear a mask - it’s like they’re looking for every opportunity NOT to provide patient care).

R Manosh Weiss Dr. Hahn was the one physician who developed a treatment plan for my many ongoing medical issues. He is a straight shooter, and takes the time to educate you on your diagnostic test results and what he can do to help. He performed 6 surgeries for me that helped maintain my ability to walk. I will forever be in his debt, and I highly recommend him if you are not getting the answers you need from other people. His office staff are incredibly caring and helpful as well.

Julian Brachfeld Very disappointing experience. While the initial visit was informative as the Dr. was able to diagnose my issue, after sending me for 2 MRIs and multiple X-Rays, I never heard back from his office for going on a month. In the interim, when I finally took it upon myself to call and find out why I havent heard from the office regarding results, I was told that I need to make yet another appointment, at which time he will look at the results and discuss them with me. This seems more like pushing for yet another co-pay and insurance claim than any genuine concern for my well being. While he seems like a very knowledgeable physician and surgeon, I will not be coerced into driving 45 minutes out of my way to find out the results of my tests unless they are looked at and there is a compelling reason to do so. Be forewarned: Find out office policies BEFORE making initial appointments.

Slatterys Dr. Hahn is very knowledgeable and thorough. He even called during the evening to check up on me after prescribing a new med, the night before my surgery, and 2 days after surgery. Will be continuing with Dr. Hahn.

Elizabeth Thomas So disappointed. I was so excited when I found this practice and Dr. Bloch, the caring midwives and wonderful staff. Unfortunately, I find Dr. Saint Jean a sad replacement for Dr. Bloch. She seems like she is always in a hurry (even when youre the only patient in the office), is dismissive, rude and condescending in how she addresses her patients. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking my first appointment with her was a fluke - surely an OBGYN couldnt be that uncaring. The second appointment was even worse. I want someone kind, compassionate and caring by my side, not someone who made it seem like I was wasting her time. Really sad because the rest of the staff is lovely.

Danica R. Allen, Ph.D. Dr very competent but one member of front office staff should be kept away from people and pets. She needs a total attitude adjustment. My 3:15 appt was right on time, BP and checks took a couple minutes and doc was in room shortly thereafter. Frankly, it is just one front office staff member that detracts from the experience.

Mike Caputo It was not easy for my wife to recount her painful medical history twice in one appointment. And yet after going through the effort to explain her medical background, she received a follow-up call two days later with instructions to stop taking actions which had saved her life once before. My wife was ignored completely: apparently the medial staff here operate a "read off the playbook" operation, rather than using critical thinking and evidence-based treatment. Oh, and apparently its normal for them to write important information on sticky notes. Stay far away if you value your health - or your life!

NatureLovin Mommy23 Very disappointed in this practice since Dr Bloch left. I saw Dr Bloch since he was in healthquest starting 7 yrs ago & left them to follow him to this office. In all the yrs I was going to healthquest I never had a single problem with them in their kingston or rhinebeck offices. I decided to stay at advanced obgyn after Dr Bloch left. The midwife there Melissa Lawlor was actually honestly lovely. However when she was sick & I needed anxiety meds refilled for which Ive always gotten from my Obgyn without a problem for yrs the other Dr refused to refill them. Said she would be back that Friday which was several days away. I was already going into withdrawal because everybody knows you dont just stop taking a medicine like that cold turkey! They never called me back that Friday when my provider was supposed to be back. So I called & they told me shes still sick they didnt know when she would be back. I asked them to give me enough pills to get me through untill she got back they refused. I asked if the other Dr there would help & she was refusing. So I asked for the office manager which was no help either & she said there was nothing they could do. When I arrived at cvs as a last resort that they would help me I found out they got a hold of my provider from home & she finally gave me one refill (probably because they were afraid of me reporting them which I was ready to do!). Then got a call when my provider got back saying they refuse to prescribe my zoloft to me ever again after this damn office had been prescribing the same medicine at the exact same dosage for well over a yr!!! I have never had problems like this not with healthquest & not with caremount which Id prefer at this point because at least they are efficient. I will never go back to this practice ever again for anything & nor would I recommend them to anyone

Chewy Yogurt Everyone should be aware how terrible this office can be. Sure, many professionals are kind and intelligent, but not all doctors are created equal. Just because you have an MD, doesn’t mean you’re a good doctor. This is the case with DR. BOGDAN IORGU. He is rude, unprofessional, calloused and a fustilarian. He treats patients with contempt and with a tone of belittlement. His office is also irresponsible and unethical. Overall, everyone should question their medical judgment and their professionalism. Go elsewhere. If you don’t trust solely my review, look at all the others! But regardless: To Dr. Iorgu, I hope you have good malpractice insurance. You’re going to need it soon.

Chris Mulvaney I would love to call this office and thank them for my diagnosis but never can either find a number or the number I do have my calls are not returned. Oh they also double billed me for a procedure my insurance covered. This is why i need to speak with them. If I could get in Touch with someone that would be great. They actual saved my life by finding a tumor Northern Dutchess ER missed with MRI, and Catscan.

Michael Solow This doctor misdiagnosed my wife’s colon cancer as simple internal hemorrhoids, leading to a unnecessary and very painful surgery and a more serious form of cancer. The cancer was diagnosed properly by a different GI doctor. We also found this doctor’s practice to be disorganized. Do not, under any circumstances, go to this doctor. And always pursue a second opinion regarding any serious diagnosis.
