erin kennedy Unfortunately, my mom and i have been sick for almost 2 months.. we both have been to the clinic 2 times..other than the wait time, the staff has been amazing! They are very short staffed because no one wants to work these days..When i first got sick, i had to leave and go to the other clinic, because the wait was too long and i was very sick and i just wanted some antibiotics.. the other clinic wasn’t horrible.. i did get my antibiotics and was able to get in and out within an hour.. about a week later i went to the Alice Hyde clinic because i was still having a hard time breathing and coughing like crazy.. a lot less of a wait ! the doctor on duty was Dr. Nancy..she was amazing.. she took care of all of my needs ..did a breathing treatment and before i left.. i could breath 100%! i was home on the couch and a couple hours later..the receptionist called me and said the Dr. wanted me to get an x-ray to make sure nothing else was going on with my lungs.. verdict.. i still had bronchitis and because i have asthma it was taking more time to get rid of it. My mom had a great experience too..she had the same doctor .. she did some basic tests and immediately told my mom that she needed to get to the ER..she crossed the street and went to the hospital where they admitted her .. she had pneumonia and had fluid on her lungs. and stayed for a few days… if the clinic hasn’t sent her .. God only knows what would have happened if the Dr. at the clinic hadn’t urged her to go. We are very thankful! There are so many sick people in the community.. Try to be patient with the Doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff .. they are doing a great job!!

Kathy M Hours of operation says they are open until 7pm. We showed up at 634pm. We were told that they dont take patients after 630pm. Also if they would have taken us they would have been there until 8pm. They are useless. So off to he ER for a 5 hour wait and a $100.00 copay. STAY CLEAR PEOPLE.

running waters I normally have good experiences here with very thoughtful and caring staff whenever i cant get into my regular doctors office short notice or my kids. however this is the first time ive been turned away while having throbing upper right ribcage pain and dont know if its due to my liver that has elivated numbers for a few years or if its the upper hernia causing it. Really cant make this an ER visit given my current circumstances and given the holidays the next few days everything will be shut down and ill be without help. Maybe ill just be able to sleep it off and everything will just go away.

Rose Kaganzev We have been here since 9 am. Been in a room for about an hour. Not 1 person has come in to check on my husband. Somebody needs to see what’s going on here. Only 3 people here when we came in?????

Walk men Waited two and a half hours to be seen and I was the third person In the building on opening, was seen for 15 minutes and was treated disrespectfully when I waited patiently with no issue. Went somewhere else and got the care I actually needed.

Matthew Rogofsky I wish I had the choice to not give a single star.I offered my medical paperwork on at my new patient establishment care appointment which was not taken into consideration.All of my conditions were not considered in my comprehensive care plan,the doctor simply picked one that was convenient.After about 6 months worth of visits and each time expressing my increasing pain and discomfort my visits lasted maybe 10 minutes each.I needed an orthopedic specialist but I was referred to a Pain Management Clinic that was one of the most horrible experiences next to this one.Just know none of them care about you,you are simply a cash generator,your doctor will never meet you in person,they will stay tucked away safe in their opulent homes laughing all the way to the Mercedes Dealership.None of them could hold a candle to Dr. Rutowski who would come to your house to treat you,he knew your name without looking at a file and he never considered his bottom line..only to care for you.Them days are gone.

Erin Muller Brought grandson in choking on something was told to have a seat. Took an hour for the doctor to come it by that time he was fine. Calling insurance to fight claim. Waited a long time while nurses and doctor were sitting around desk laughing pushed call bell that was never answered. Worst hospital ever!!!!!!!!

Leanna Nicklekid SLOWLY improving Definitely better then the hospital my stepdad, mother and father were in originally. They actually listen and give the impression of believing in their patients capabilities. We have been fighting for 3 years to get PT for my stepdad. He got sick out here and they say we think we can get him in a better spot.

Kylie Renaud Horrible experience going to this hospital. First time I went to get stitches was waiting in waiting room for a hour while my knee was wide open, a nurse came and got me and put a BANDAID over it and had me go back to the waiting room was another hour before the actual doctors got me. Went there a week ago with my boyfriend who needed stitches was a faster wait to get into the room with a doctor but then the doctor kept walking out for 10-15 minutes a few different times and when went to do his stitches kept cutting the stitches to short. He went and got his stitches out 7 days after as his paper work said the cut wasn’t even closed all the way and starts to bleed whenever he hits it off of something. HORRIBLE place.

Patrick Kelly Three ways to die: Homicide, Suicide, and Alice Hyde. They told me I was faking and discharged me only to be later diagnosed and subsequently treated with a congenital heart issue through a different hospital. Doing great now. Thank God I god a second opinion. After several bad experiences with their surrounding clinics, I refuse to go anywhere remotely associated with Alice Hyde. My health has been great ever since. Last check up has me in perfect health. Not a single issue anymore. Stay away from these people.

Ronald Steenberge I have had 4 appointments with the hospital in two weeks for multiple tests. Each time I reported in, went through reception, and was sent to the appropriate area for my tests in a very professional and polite manner. The test were completed on time and without complications. The results were sent to my primary Dr and posted to MyChart by the afternoon which I can open with an App on my phone and review. If only I could get them to send the results to my VA Clinic

Jill Brown 4 people in my family have tested positive for covid. In our initial call I was told someone would be in touch daily...now being realistic I didnt expect a call daily, but once every couple days to check on us...yes. we did not receive any calls to follow up. The only time I heard from the county at all was when I requested to have the nurse paged so I could receive discharge letters for us. No one called, no one checked in to see if we needed anything or how we were doing. The after hours person was quite rude today when I called to ask to speak to someone as it is now 4pm and I hadnt heard from anyone yet today I am supposed to be discharged from isolation. The guy told me they had until the end of business, so of course I asked what time that was. He then stated, well we have a lot of calls and if you have already called we will get back to you. I proceeded to tell him I am supposed to be released today and just wanted clarification since no one contacted me. He finally paged someone. Not helpful at all when you have small children sick in addition to an entire family and being told they would be checking in to see if we needed supplies, food, or had any medical issues yet not one call!
