Anthony M The nurse from pediatrics who logged in our concern for our visit was really rude she seem like she had a attitude once we walked in she didn’t speak at all also the room that we was sent to the bed didn’t have any of the paper bedding on it Rgh needs better professional caring staff and a upgrade to the rooms and chairs the room was dirty and disgusting

Sa D Came in for lab works here. Observed a behaviour of a staff who ushered an elderly man. The old man said, "please could you help me get up. I need assistance". Tye old man reached out his hand and the staff said rudely and loudly with gesture... " I dont want to touch your hands because of germs". The old man said, "atleast hold my walking stick to get me up". The staff grunted and held the stick like she was about to vomit.
She should not work in the health profession if she does not have the care factor or afraid of germs. Her tone to this elderly man was sad and unwarranted.
Sad to be old in this country.
Love this new place. Lots of examination rooms. Check-in area is less crowded due to the new technology. Very innovative. Large waiting area. My appointment was 12.50pm. I checked-in 12.20pm. Got in 12.27pm with the nurse. And the doctor came in 12.34pm. Not bad. It was a very good experience. Sooooo clean. I actually allowed my kid to play on the floor. Which is a rarity from my part. Obviously because it was clean and pretty impressive setting and environment. I was more impressed with a little technology in the front. Well done!

Breanna Wilson If you are looking for a doctor that will listen to your concerns as a parent, this is NOT the facility to go to. At my childs 4 year check up I was lectured about healthy eating habits because my children had "gained weight". The doctor discussed being over weight in front of my child and led to a change of eating behavior for my child. Since that visit I have had an awful time getting the proper care for my child. One of the providers refused to treat and see my daughter for croup, and ONLY would evaluate her and treat her for COVID, which she didnt have. This led us to switch providers and need to make a unessasary trip to urgent care.
