5 /5 Lisa Molloy: I took my car to several places due to it vibrating and was told it was just the wheels needed balancing....which I knew was not the issue. I explained to the big local dealership that my kid would be driving the car, so it needed to be safe. Nope, nothing wrong, just needed balancing apparently. Ray at 577, immediately diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue, treated me like a human instead of some hysterical female, and was very moderately priced. Was so relieved that the car was fixed and now safe for my kid. 100% recommend for honest, affordable and accurate service.

They went above and beyond to diagnose and helped lead me through the least expensive fixes first. They explained everything to me as I went. I never felt “sold” or pressured. Having a local trustworthy mechanic is a must. These guys have earned my business!

He managed to squeeze me into an already full schedule to fix my starter. Price was also much less than I was expecting. Cant recommend enough over the awful experiences Ive had at the "big chain garages" 6/5 stars.
