5 /5 Amy Krawczyk: Very grateful to Ali and his worker (I wish I got his name!) We had an issue with what we thought was the transmission. Ali ran the diagnostic machine to discover all was in working order and that the shift lever was the culprit. We had called the dealership to see if our car was still under warranty and got a quote from them (because it wasnt). They said the part wasnt sold separately from a whole new transmission-- 6600 parts, no labor.
Ali sourced the part (for a lot less) and saved us from selling our car and going carless. So grateful! He was quick, friendly and truly helped our family. We found our new mechanic.
