5 /5 Guilderlandguy: I have been a patient here for many years, in fact two of my dentists have retired. The staff is very helpful and friendly (thanks Brenda) and the hygienists and assistants are reassuring and accommodating (Sophia, Angel). The parking is on-street, but the office is in a quirt residential neighborhood. But by far, the best thing about the practice is Dr. Dude, Dr. Fox’s dog (Dr. Fox is pretty good too). What a great idea to have a nice dog in a dental office especially because I gave up nitrous oxide! Not that I like coming here but I couldn’t imagine a better experience elsewhere.

4 /5 Jessie Piacente: Last week I had my 1st cleaning in this office and the hygienist was wonderful. 0 pain in my gums! The receptionist was simply lovely. Then, today, I had to get a filling done for the 1st time in this office. My appointment was at 2:30 and wasn’t finished until 4:30. An emergency came into the office. The doctor needed to tend to that patient. That is completely understandable but I wasn’t told. I was sitting in the dentist chair for an extra 1/2 hr not knowing what was going on. When the dentist came back to me to finish my filling, “I said to him, “ this is my longest appointment ever.” He took off his gloves and left the room. It was very uncomfortable. He came back and he showed me a picture of the emergency patient that came in. He was rude and very aggressive with his response. No one told me that an emergency came in. I sat in the chair with a terrible taste in my mouth. He also joked at the fact that my mouth doesn’t open wide enough. So he had to use a mouth block to keep my mouth open to fill my filling. He was not compassionate and he knew that I already had terrible experiences with previous dentists.

5 /5 Peter Bruno: I have had nothing but good experiences at this office. The staff is friendly and courteous. The time in the chair is painless. Any procedures are explained completely. I have total confidence with this office. The pricing seems a bit more competitive than my prior practice. Its worth the hour drive.

5 /5 Samantha Pacheco: I was a patient of this office for 4 years while living in Albany & never had any bad experiences!! Reminders for appointments were always promptly sent. The office staff & dental team were also very efficient. Never had to wait in the waiting room for too long! Great place! Only reason I left is because I moved to Saratoga county area and needed something closer. Would go back if I’m ever in Albany area again!

5 /5 Anar Gojayev: Always had a great experience! Everyone is so friendly and the communication about appointments is great. Shakira is my dental hygienist and she is awesome! She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Always takes her time to explain whatever is needed to better take care of my teeth. And I met Dr. Fox briefly, he seemed to be a nice gentleman and good dentist. Highly recommend this office.
