5 /5 Bryan Bee: I had always heard good things about Ankers, but never had the occasion to bring my car in to them. A couple weeks back, I needed a repair done pretty urgently, they got me in within the week and convenient to my schedule. When I spoke to the tech about the estimate, I appreciated that they didnt talk down to me. Im a bit of a DIYer when possible, and they explained everything without being short or patronizing when I had questions. Even though the repair I had to get was more than I was hoping for, they explained everything and they were 100% correct about what had to be done. And the price was completely reasonable for all of the work. Unfortunately, after the repair the problem came back. I called them up, they got me in immediately and checked it out under warranty. It turned out that the problem was that the installed part itself was also bad (not really their fault), they redid the work and got the car back to me the same day with no charge. Im more than satisfied as its clear they stand behind their work. Im glad to see that their reputation is well-earned. I hope I dont need car repairs again anytime soon, but when I do I plan on calling Ankers.

At this location it is very evident that they are more interested in helping the customers and their community as opposed to trying to collect a dollar for every thing! Ankers is by far the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time!

Spoke to a gentleman name Michael he was very helpful and kind , Mechanic Joe checked over my car even did a 27 point inspection, they saved me a few hundred dollars on my repair and had me in and out the same day. Michael even gave me a flower for my wife, how cool is that? Customer for life. Thanks Ankers for making me feel so comfortable and for saving me money on my repairs !

5 /5 Atlas Bederson: Ive been coming here to get my oil changed while Im at school for a year and I have NO complaints!! They are friendly, transparent, giving more than whats expected of them. I trust them as much as my small town mechanic down the road. Also I love that they have a punch card!!
