5 /5 John Eshleman: There’s not enough thanks I can give to these guys. We were on a 1,000 mile trip moving from Vermont to Tennessee when the serpentine belt came off leaving us without power steering, an alternator, or air conditioning. We had everything with us, including our cat and a trailer full of our stuff, and we were hundreds of miles from home. I looked up the closest mechanic and this shop came up. I called and even though it was 4pm they said they could take a look and see what they could do. I limped our car to their shop and in minutes they diagnosed the problem being the harmonic balancer for the serpentine belt had given out. Within 2 hours they had the parts delivered and had us back on the road. This certainly wasn’t something I could fix at a gas station. I seriously have no idea what I would have done without their help.
