Also, in overhearing, their conversations consist of social media videos, plans for the weekend, vacation trips, and serious personal discussions over their own familys goals and future. I have yet to hear them discussing any customer or customers hair. But considering how long theyve been in business together, I do believe that this group of professionals, having worked together so long, has naturally become so close at this point that they dont need to hold shallow small talk about customers right in their presence just for the sake of keeping dialogue amongst each other.
