5 /5 ben santiago: This review was long over due…. Had my vw serviced by them in August to have my DSG transmission fluid and filter changed. Then In November had to have my turbo replaced. Service was above and beyond. The owner personally dealt with me and he was a pleasure to deal with. He is honest and upfront. The VW dealer down the block wanted 500.00 to service the transmission and 3300.00 to replace the turbo. Went to besos and their price was way cheaper than the dealer. One of the only few places in Staten Island that work in VW and Audi. They even top off the fluids on my car. My vw was treated as if it were there car. Would I go back again? Definitely!!!!! They have me as a customer for life!!!!!! Thank you all at besos for fixing my vw !!!!!!! Dealership service with family discount prices.

Dan the technician/ mechanic is super knowledgeable he diagnosed the issue with my Audi (which was a bad turbo) he answered all my questions and concerns. Although a bit of an expensive repair there rates are reasonable for the professional and clean job performed. I will be bringing my Audi there for any further repairs. I highly recommend them

5 /5 Steve Leyland: Really nice owner who is up front and takes time to go over things with you. Very knowledgeable on older Audis. Would definitely recommend Beso he is the only real Audi mechanic on Staten Island. His pricing is very fair also.
