5 /5 Jeremy Rodriguez-Martinez: I saw this shop had 5 star rating all the way around and man I see why. What the people are saying on these reviews is true! I called them on a Friday to get an estimate for front brakes, rotors and an oil change. I dropped off my vehicle Sunday night and by Monday afternoon was ready to go! They noticed the front crankshaft seal was bad and it needed replacement. Scott called me to let me know to see if that was something I wanted to take care of as well. Which I really appreciate it so much. Most shops see if theres some else wrong with your vehicle and they fix it without telling you first. They are honest, efficient, work in a timely manner and the pricing is affordable. Definitely will send everyone I know that needs work on their vehicle their way! I am absolute impressed with their work! I could give them a 10 star rating! This is the only auto shop I will be coming to from now on

5 /5 Smith Garrett “and”: Scott is such a nice dude. They put extra effort into trying to fix what you need, and in a timely manner. I needed new tires off an inspection and he made sure I’d be able to get the tires put on and squared away all within the day.(They were booked to the max) They seem to really care about helping you with what you need.

With all our hopes almost gone after going to mostly all the mechanics (or at least call them and told them about our problem with a diagnosis code we got from one auto shop but to end up either asking for another diagnostic scan with a higher fee or cant help at all). Called Bigelow and told them our problem, gave them the codes that were given to us and Scott (please correct me if I named the manager wrong lol), knows what we are talking about and gave us that hope that we needed! They work fast with the appointment time they provided. Really great customer service. They will tell you if they can and cant. Pretty straightforward as well. Most likely never going back to other auto shops.
