We brought my wifes car here after a transmission issue, Scott and his team were a pleasure to work with, extremely thorough, and connected us with a local transmission shop as well as doing a few other repairs and an alignment for us. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic in Rochester and will be taking our vehicles here from now on.

Scott and his team were courteous and respectful, listened to what I had to say. They communicated frequently, with detailed accounts of what they observed, what was needed and why. I was amazed as I have never had this experience with any other garage. I am very pleased with the time and work they put into my car, and very pleased with the results! I think Browncroft is the best around!!

5 /5 Nathan Kobland: For my money and experience, the best shop in Rochester. Ive been here twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic. Theyre not pushy with anything, completely transparent on what needs to be done and why (while explaining it in a way that makes complete sense to someone who is not well versed in car things!), the photo previews and text messages covering everything are so helpful, all while being super friendly and respectful. Just an all-around great place to bring your car. Cannot recommend them enough.

5 /5 Chris Jacobs: My 2011 Toyota Highlander needed a laundry list of items. Matt and the team at Browncroft Garage gave the vehicle a thorough once over, found the items that needed immediate attention, identified things that may become issues in the future and supported everything with photos and timely communication. I feel confident they do good quality work and get it done with a sense of urgency. With car prices seemingly out of whack with real life, throw in some tariffs for good measure and interest rates at silly levels, I gotta hang on to my old Toyota for as long as it can go. Browncroft is there to help with keeping things rolling.

They were extremely knowledgeable, patient with all our questions/timeline, and went the extra mile to make sure the car was back to running like new.
