5 /5 Thelma Blair: Carlos Auto Repair is a professional shop in the Bronx; they repaired our 2003 BMW X5 and we didn’t have to go back until our annual inspection 1 year later. We had no problems for an entire year; it only needed gas and we were off to our next adventure; this was not the case in the past with other mechanics we were using in Brooklyn; none of them had any clue what the problem was; all they did was change parts and we had to return with the same problems plus more.

5 /5 Sonyc: Great experience here with Angel. My exhaust was dragging to the point at which I could not drive and so I randomly stopped in this shop. They were able to help me right away and even though the job ended up being a bit more labor than expected and the shop was closing, they made sure to take their time and finish the job with a great attitude. After all that, they even took the extra time to screw my license plate on (and that ended up taking a lot of time due to not having the correct screws). Also, I thought they would charge the high end of their estimate due to the extra time it took but they did not; they were very reasonable. Thanking Angel & team!

The gentlemen, Andres, Chris and Kevin are always professional and willing to answer my questions or concerns about my vehicle. My car continues to run beautifully with their maintenance!! They are fair in pricing and will explain any work that needs to be done beforehand. I highly recommend this shop and it will remain my go to for my vehicles needs!!
