First time I brought my CLA here was for a differential fluid change after being quoted $600 for the service at the Mercedes dealership. Called Carrero’s and they told me they would be happy to do it for me. Ended up costing only $115 here (gear oil + only half an hour of labor!). My differential isn’t making grinding/thunking noises anymore, so I’m glad I was able to avoid paying thousands for diagnostics and a whole new differential. Since then, I’ve come in for any service i needed and inspection and they are always friendly, honest, and efficient!
