5 /5 David Young-Hong: Went to Carrier on the recommendation of a family friend and of Le Moyne College staff. I am not from the area. Long story short, I was able to drop off my 20 year old Subaru with clutch problems overnight on a weekend. Doral was able to inspect it the following week, and was able to replace the clutch, do a safety inspection, alignment and recharge the a/c all within the same week. I asked for all the extra services other than the clutch, Doral didnt try to sell me any other services other than what I brought the car in for. He was in communication the whole time the car was in the shop and was clear about what was needed, vs what was not. Charges for the services were very fairly priced, and the car now runs excellent. I appreciated the level of communication and patience Doral had for my questions. Would definitely recommend!
