5 /5 John Emms: After being struck by a running Buck on 390 South bound in our new Ford F150, we were directed by the insurance company to have Car Star of Owego complete the repairs. We can not say enough about this establishment. The entire team were absolutely awesome and the repair work, 2nd to none. Very impressed by the quality of work. Would recommend this team to anyone. 10 out of 10 rating for sure. Thank you team!!

5 /5 Christine Robinson: Carstar did a very good job repairing my car after a collision with a deer. Looks like the accident never happened. Repairs took longer than expected due to a problem receiving parts from a supplier, but they keep in contact with me regularly via text messages. Anytime I phoned, they were professional and pleasant.

4 /5 Maggie Perotte: I had the hood of my SUV replaced. They did an awesome job, it looks great! I would recommend them. My only complaint was that I was told that it would take 2 days, and it took 4. It would have been good to have had a heads up about that.

Denise kept us informed of the whole process. They were very polite and accommodating. When we picked up the truck I was blown away. I could not tell I was in an accident at all. Great service and excellent professional employees. Keep up the great work. My family cant thank you all enough. It is a very special vehicle to all of us.
