I felt confident in their expertise, from the thorough examination to the detailed treatment plan. The friendly staff and Assistants added to the positive experience. They helped me gain my confidence back by working with me after the bad experience I had with my previous dentist. Dr K and her assistants fixed my dental issues and showed genuine care and compassion throughout the process. They always greet me with genuine smiles and make the check-in process quick and easy. The dental hygienists and assistants are all friendly and patient. They listen to me and always answer my questions thoroughly. Dr. Doney is fantastic. He always comes in with a friendly demeanor and takes the time to discuss my dental health in detail. He is informative without being overwhelming, and he encourages me to ask questions, which I greatly appreciate. He takes time to make sure that his patients are happy and comfortable. It’s evident that he genuinely cares about his patients well-being and is passionate about his work. 5 /5 Shane C.: I do not know where to begin. I hate dentist visits, for that I haven’t seen a dentist in years. So let me tell you when I first came in, my teeth were in bad shape. I had a few cavities, I needed 2 root canals, and a shattered tooth. First visit… Dr K introduced herself, and we spoke. She’s funny and witty, but made me feel comfortable. She mentioned all the things that is wrong with my teeth, and even mentioned solutions. Most dentists in the past would just scold me to death, for not keeping up with my dental visits. But she was like “this is what’s wrong with your teeth, I’m concerned about this shattered tooth, but we’re gonna fight for it”. First of all, there was really nothing there left, and any other dentist would’ve just extracted it and call it a day. But Dr. K cares about how it looks, so she was willing to try her best in working with it and getting a crown. Second visit… Dr K gets in there fills the cavities, and put temporary filling on the shattered tooth so it can protect it. She recommends a root canal. Third visit… I get a cleaning. Fourth visit… A specialist comes in and does a root canal. Fifth Visit… Dr K does another root canal on the shattered tooth. Sixth visit… I get fitted for crown and put temporaries in. Last and final visit… I get my permanent crowns. In and out within 35 minutes. Dr K and her team were so attentive to my oral needs and they made sure my teeth are back to pristine condition. Mind you all of these visits happened within 2 months, which is crazy cause I’ve never had this much personal interest medically before. They were quick to call me as soon as an opening was available. And because of that I was able to get my teeth fixed. Thank you Dr K for your wonderful work and personal interest. Highly recommended!!! The best dentist office I’ve been in my whole life.
