5 /5 Ryan Costa: I think the US did a great job. What Canada doesnt have is a park. The park is great to walk around and see the views. Sure you cant see the whole horseshoe and see the bottom but you can see the top and the bottom on a few parts of the falls. Their adding a new walking area to the right side of the park. Its beautiful and I would go again. Infact I wouldnt even make it so much of a big deal to go to the Canada side. However let it be noted the surrounding city is a dump.

5 /5 Karl Kwon: Cave of the Winds is an absolute must-do! It doesn’t matter if you wear a poncho or a waterproof jacket—you will get soaked, and that’s the best part. The experience of standing right next to the thundering falls is incredible and exhilarating. I recommend doing this after the Maid of the Mist—and make sure to keep the poncho from the boat ride, as it’s thicker and much better than the one provided here. Go last if you can—you’ll 100% leave drenched but thrilled. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Milad Kawesh: Cave of the Winds is a must-see if you’re visiting Niagara Falls. It brings you right up to the base of Bridal Veil Falls. The Hurricane Deck puts you just 20 feet from the water, and you will get soaked—but that’s part of the fun. It’s open year-round, though the full deck access is usually closed in winter. If you’re there on January 1st, stick around for the fireworks. They’re part of the Winter Festival of Lights and start at 8:00 p.m. The view from Goat Island or Queen Victoria Park is great. Seeing the falls lit up with fireworks is a nice way to start the year.   Overall, Cave of the Winds is worth it. It’s a unique way to experience the power of the falls. And if you’re there for New Year’s, the fireworks are a bonus.
