I recommend her to literally everyone and I won’t go anywhere else. I never leave disappointed and I still look fabulous between appointments. Her quality and retention is amazing and her customer service is too. Always a great experience

5 /5 Nya Newman: The environment was very welcoming! I’m a very anxious person and the lady who serviced me made me extremely comfortable. She always let me know what she was doing prior to doing it, explained why and also made conversation. Although a few spots were missed, I absolutely regret nothing bc not only did I get a great service but an amazing experience. Highly recommend!!!

5 /5 angela borrego: This salon is my one and only. The shop is very neat, clean, and well maintained with sweet staff. This environment is very positive and welcoming for new clients and regulars. I first met my technician Brittany at their grand opening event and scheduled both a facial and wax with her. She did an amazing job on my facial and customized it to target my trouble areas. From then on out I fell in love with her service. She is the first and only person to ever wax me and she made the experience very comfortable and painless. Brittany also does my lash extensions in which she perfects every time and really puts her all into them. Although, their entire team is great at the services that they provide and collectively they are all what makes this shop so great. Definitely worth the trip and the money!

5 /5 Shannon Moravan: I have been going to Charity since she 1st started waxing. She has always been a professional, clean, educating and with great quality of work. She also stands behind what she does. Now she has added on so many other services and has mastered them as well. I have never had such full and fluffy lashes that last!. Again while always standing behind her work. She has a passion for everything she does and you see it in the quality or work, the cleanliness of the shop, and the education of your body and service. I would not go anywhere else!

5 /5 Jacquelyn Marie: Let me start off by saying I have been to almost every lash place in Rochester, NY ! I have NEVER been able to keep a set of lashes on for more than 1 week before they start coming off like crazy. I started going to Charity in March of this year.. I got a full set with her & it is now December .. I’ve been getting fills this entire time ! My lashes are ALWAYS full ! It was very hard for me to find a lash tech that I could be loyal to but I am soooo happy I found Charity & Cr beauty bar. I also get Brazilian Waxes regularly and she does a phenomenal job with those as well .. she makes me feel very comfortable. The shop is just a relaxing, clean and great environment to be in. I would highly recommend you go here for any service !
