1 /5 Kasandra Gutierrez: $80 ($60 for services + $20 tip) for no wash, a cut, and blowout. Do I think it was worth the cost. Absolutely NOT. I feel like it was more expensive than it should have been. Especially since they didn’t wash my hair. Also, after the curls have fallen the haircut itself isn’t ANYTHING like what I wanted. She also never asked how short I would like it and cut almost 4inches off. My stylist didn’t speak English so the receptionist helped translate what I wanted. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and she took one glance then pointed to the chair to sit. The photos to the left is what I wanted and the photo to the right is what I left with. Overall, I was just happy to have my hair done but after my hair settled I’m not happy with the results at all. My overall experience wasn’t done with care whatsoever. My stylist seemed like she was in a bad mood the whole time and $60 for a haircut with NO WASH and curls I didn’t ask for just seems like robbery. I cannot see me ever going back to this establishment. This was my second time going. The first time was May of last year which I went in for ONLY a wash and blowout which I ended up paying $65 for the services. Now looking back the pricing makes no sense. I would most definitely AVOID this place at all cost.

5 /5 Stephanie Delacruz: The best Dominican salon in the entire Bronx. Denise and Giselle do my hair and it lasts and entire week looking beautiful. I go once a week and I get my Botox hair treatment every 3-6 months. My hair is growing and feels so healthy now.

1 /5 Jennifer Maldonado: The WORST salon I ever been to! Run if you ever go there do not get a haircut. They talk about you while you’re sitting there. Thinking you don’t understand what they’re saying.. The OWNER CHOPPED MY HAIR! She messed up the ends with the way she cut my hair. I asked for long layers and did not get them and told her about it. She then proceeded to try again for the second time. When she was done, she took a picture and I seen I have uneven layers in my hair and about 3 layers only. All the layers seem close together and my ends are choppy. She took a picture of my hair and I couldn’t believe it was my hair. I was so shock I didn’t say nothing besides pay and tip. Tomorrow is my birthday and I was mortified. I cried outside next to Dunkin’ Donuts with my two kids and then I went back talking to a customer. The owner came out the shop and says remember you didn’t get your hair done for a year and your hair is dry, but I’ll fixed it. I just walked away from her because I was never going back into the chair for the third try. Do not waste your money. They charge you based off the feeling. There is no base price at all. It’s whatever they think for the day!
