5 /5 Eric Figueroa: First time back at the dentist in 8 years! The folks at Hometown made it easy and totally stress-free. Karen DeThorne was my hygienist, and man was I fortunate! She got rid of 8 years worth of tartar in an instant. My teeth look and feel terrific, and I left feeling confident in my smile for the first time in a while.

4 /5 Jammie L: Unfortunately this is the only dentist in the area that takes Medicaid so it’s always packed and super busy. Today’s experience was so much better than last time. Staff were all super friendly. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and promised to do her best to get the job done. And that she did. My only issue was checking out. I do understand the office started using a new computer system this week which does not help this already super busy area. They just kept asking who needed to check out and of course some people have no common decency to wait their turn and go in order. So it took super long to check out because of this. They need to dedicate a ‘check out waiting’ side of the waiting room so the staff don’t have to wonder who may be waiting for them. Bottom line today’s visit left me very surprised and happy.

Empathetic, knowledgeable and caring. In all my years of going to the dentist, this has been the BEST experience ever! Thank you Pamela for making me smile and feel comfortable in your chair.
