Hooman Melamed Dr. Ganjian is the most amazing and talented surgeon ever. Ive never seen any doctor who is as compassionate and caring. I saw 4 other doctors before I went w/ Dr Ganjian. His bedside manners are second to none. If you need any work done on your face Dr. Ganjian is the only one to see. He took care of couple of my family members as well w/ fantastic results

Sim Lyriti The photo is deceptive, half of the driveway is blocked by signs of NO PARKING at every yard, like the white signs from the picture are blocking a half of the curve for no reason! Besides that, there are 5 big guys sitting at the Parking entrance to “help” you park the car (so called valet) despite the fact that it is a simple flat open parking where every one can put the car without help. Why are 5 guys there? If these 5 guys are sitting without doing anything, why they cannot observe the driveway and not allow parking instead of blocking it. There is no space to STAY and pick-up a patient or wait for one. Total disrespect for the people AND THE PATIENTS, the whole setting is an ABOMINATION! What is the administration doing? These are the cases where I am ashamed to belong to the same human race!

Lucky Domingo Im pretty shocked as I had an AMAZING experience. I was nervous seeing the previous bad reviews of waiting long hours or interacting with rude staff. My experience couldnt have been more different. The man at the parking lot booth called for a wheelchair and showed us where to park right away. The intake team at the front were so quick and thorough. I sat in the waiting room for a total of 2 mins before I was called back. The ER was super clean and the staff were all absolutely phenomenal. Each nurse, aid or doctor that came my way were some of the most kind, genuine and helpful medical professionals Ive come across in a while. I was so grateful when they would explain a medicine to me or explain what the next steps were. An ER is a scary place for some people so I truly appreciated how patient everyone was. The referrals and medication given to me helped right away. Since the NP took the time to listen to my symptoms carefully he prescribed me something I hadnt tried yet which helped immensely. The NYU Langone app is also a literal dream, I got all my info there within minutes of the NP telling me he got the orders in. They also had someone call me the next day to follow up and schedule an appt for a referral. Walked me through everything. I was floored. Im really sorry for anyone who had a bad experience here but I am so impressed and happy that this hospital employs kind, caring medical professionals who genuinely seem like they enjoy their work. It doesnt go unnoticed. Thank you to everyone there!! I wish I could shake each of their hands myself.

carolina Solis Doctor Minesh Khatri is the best nephrologist, I am so grateful for him, he is so smart, kind, humble. He helps me a lot in my journey with kidney disease and always guide me in every step, now I had my kidney transplant, and feel great. God bless him. :)
