Cassandra Cherebin Great experience with Canettas. I was referred by my coworker there and needed to get a few things done, including an unidentified knocking sound repair. I dropped the car off Monday evening [they have a drop-box for those who may need to come after they close; like myself!] for my Tuesday appointment. I had a call by 9am Tuesday with the issue and a full estimate, which was lower than I was anticipating spending. They had my car ready to go before 2pm that same day. Awesome front-end service as well! Very friendly and trustworthy family run business! Will absolutely be bringing all future business there!

Even though they were obviously very busy, Lisa was attentive and communicated with me throughout the repair process. The mechanics were very efficient with the large amount of work that needed to be done. I’ve always had a great experience with Candy Cars on both the sales and service sides!

Deanna Parker Chrysler Treasure Auto did what multiple Firestone locations couldn’t do. They took the time to really figure out why my car was vibrating so much. I have had my car balanced multiple times at a few Firestone locations with continual shaking…like really bad. Jim continued to update me on the progress. They took the wheels off and said there were weights placed all over and in really weird places. They rebalanced as well as changed my rear brakes which I knew needed changed as they were wearing unevenly and had a lot of rust, but Firestone kept telling me they were fine. The proof is in the pictures. Thank you so much to Jim and others that worked on my vehicle. Best service I’ve received in a long time and one of the best prices around. You have gained a customer for the life!

Quinton McLeod Just plain wow! Pete and Ken are amazing. I have a Tesla Model 3, and Tesla repair has always been known to be a pain in the neck. Previously, before I ever met Pete, I had a huge scratch on my door and it took 6 months to get it fixed - just to give you some history. So, just recently, a lady ran a stop sign and smack right into my rear quarter panel on the drivers side. Ran right into a sensor - and everybody knows (at least those who own Teslas), that the quarter panels are the most expensive and most difficult to fix. Pete repaired the car fast - and I mean __super__ fast. The fact that he was willing to even work on my Tesla in the Syracuse area was a godsend. Excellent customer support, excellent quality, and professional service! If you have a Tesla and youre looking for a place to get your car looked at in the central New York area, this is the place to go!
