5 /5 Sam Holden: The office is always clean and the staff is fantastic. Dr. Malsch is one of the kindest, most caring and knowledgeable medical professionals that I have had. He really cares about his patients and it shows. His rates for braces are also incredibly reasonable compared to other practices I’ve heard about from friends. I mention him to anyone looking at getting braces, and I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I’ve had braces before, but unfortunately, I didn’t follow through with the necessary aftercare, and my teeth aren’t where I’d like them to be now. I was feeling nervous and unsure if I wanted to go through the process again, but the team at Efros made me feel so comfortable and supported. From the moment I walked in, they were understanding of my concerns and took the time to really listen to my worries. Dr. Efros and the entire staff were kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel like I was in great hands. They went above and beyond to accommodate me, even scheduling a follow-up appointment to move forward with getting braces the same day, which I truly appreciated. Before leaving, the entire office took a photo with me and literally made me feel like I already had the best smile (even with my new bling). 5 /5 Gabrielle Platt: Efros Orthodontics gets a 11/10. I have had a fixed retainer for 16 years which unexpectedly came loose. I called around to 5 other orthodontics which were either booked a month out or would not see me at all because I was not an existing client. Then I found Egros. The receptionist was friendly, actually listened to me and extremely knowledgeable. I was even able to get an appointment for the next day. I was scene at the Troy office which is brand new. The atmosphere felt more like a hotel than a dental office. It was clean and bright with comfortable trendy furniture and surprisingly good music. There I worked with a dental assistant named Jessica who made me feel comfortable and Dr. Efros. Dr. Efros was knowledgeable, friendly and general. He even agreed to remove my retainer for no charge. The removal took less than a minute as he promised. I wish this orthodonticst was around when I had braces. If I need future work I will definitely be going back! Great experience all around! Highly recommend
