Their communication was excellent. Updates and status twice/week at least. The craftsmanship is amazing. My car looks brand new! I cannot say enough about what an excellent experience it was considering how unfortunate the damage was. Their techs are amazing, their work is impeccable. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing collision work done on your major purchase. Trustworthy for sure!

4 /5 ronda david: They are very polite and courteous,when I dropped my truck off this morning I had to wait for a cab to come and pick me up, after an hour one of the gentlemen offered to give me a lift home,which he did not have to do, in about 11/2 hours later they called me to ask me if they could send it to one of their other locations so that they could get it done in a Timely manner and I said yes. That is all I can say about it right now.
