1 /5 Matt Salisbury: Incase you were wondering if they can replace a differential bearing, they cant but will tell you on the phone that they can. Spoke with a office employee and informed them the bearing is squeeling and theres metal shavings in the differential. I asked if they could replace a differential bearing and and rebuild any damaged internals and this employee allegedly went to speak to the mechanic who told her they could. I was informed that they can fix it and scheduled an appointment to get it looked at to see what exactly is needed to be done as a first step to having them fixing it. Once the appointment was over I was informed that the bearing is squeezing and theres metal shavings in the differential(the exact info I told them earlier on the phone) and that they apparently now cannot fix it now that they know the exact information they knew all along but they decided I owe them 89 dollars for telling me what I already told them. This displeasure was very respectfully expressed before paying and I was offered to pay 44 dollars and accepted to pay this to avoid an argument not because I should owe them a penny for their little scam here. 0 out of 5 recommend but unfortunately Google makes me give them 1

1 /5 Rob B: Made an appointment to get breaks and rotors done, dropped car off in the morning and nothing was repaired, finally had to go pick it up at 4:30 pm and was told they didnt get to it. Sorry. No warning it wouldnt be done, or they wouldnt even be able to get to it. Took it someplace else and got it serviced.

5 /5 Emma-Leigh Wilson: We stopped for a quick inspection without a scheduled appointment and they got us right in! They also scrapped off and put the new registration sticker on it without being asked! They’re great!
