When the owner moved from Hawaii to New York, I flew across the ocean and drove hours just to get my hair done. Sandra, the owner, cares for her clients and her attention to detail, the clients needs, and above all the health of the hair exceeds all expectations. The staff at IM’SA salon doesn’t just provide a luxury salon, they make you feel like family.

5 /5 JS W: Sandra is a life saver! I had a terribly short and uneven haircut from a different salon, supercuts. When I called her about hair extensions in tears she stayed late after hours to have a consultation with me to see what could be done to fix my hair. She got me in the next day and gave me hair extensions. They are beautiful. You cant even tell. They blend in with my real hair. I can put my hair in a ponytail and behind my ears and you cant see where any of the extensions are attached. I walked in with sad tears and left with happy tears. Sandra is a true artist that is very kind and compassionate. I cant thank you enough Sandra.
