I have never and I mean never gotten service and job satisfaction like this anywhere. I would highly recommend this Auto Repair shop any day. I am not getting paid or told to say this. Every word is true.

From the first day that my car was towed there, they explained everything to me, and treated me with such professionalism and ease. I felt like I had already been there many times before. I was so worried about my car, and it came out looking brand new. You can’t even tell it was ever hit. And they detailed the whole car. Shout out to Frankie and Anthony, and their whole team really! Always responsive, and kept me updated about the repair process. Fantastic shop, fantastic crew, fantastic job! No other shop I would go to, and I highly recommend!

5 /5 Joseph E. Cotter: My compressor on my 2021 Tesla Model 3 stopped working, so I had no heat or air conditioning. With spring here, the mornings are pretty cold, and the afternoons can get warm to hot. I went to Tesla, but their prices were crazy high. I checked out a few other shops, but not many wanted to work on my Tesla, and those that did had insane rates. Then I heard about Italy Auto Body, and they came highly recommended, so I gave them a shot. Antonio and his team were super helpful and friendly. While other places said I’d need to leave my car for days, they got the work done the same day. Their prices were great, and the atmosphere was so welcoming that I felt like just hanging out there. If you have any mechanical or auto body issues, definitely check them out!

They have excellent customer service skills. I wouldn’t go any where else but here from now on! Thank you Anthony for helping me every step of the way! When I went to pick up my car it took me back to the first day I purchased my vehicle!

5 /5 Tiffany Bruington-Bragg: Excellent customer service. My Honda CR4 was vandalized (airbag stolen) and I chose this shop based on their stellar reviews. Due to a national backlog of replacement airbags, my car stayed at the shop for several months. This shop managed to make a stressful situation less stressful by being transparent, helpful, and communicative thoughout the process. Ive been assisted by several people at the shop, Antonio(owner), Anthony, Nick, and Joseay and every interaction has been pleasant. I would definitely return to this shop for future repairs.
