I decided to take it to a random auto shop called “Bronx Muffler,” where they replaced the battery with a new one. After that, the headlights worked fine—until about two weeks later, when the same issue started happening again. It was frustrating, and I didn’t want to deal with the same auto shop again, so I decided to look for a different place to get it fixed.
I reached out to a good friend of mine, who works at an auto shop called “J & Santana Auto Repair.” When I went by the shop today, I caught up with her and explained the situation. She listened carefully and understood my frustration completely. She’s a real genuine, humble, and independent person who truly knows her stuff. When I told her about my experience with the previous shop, she didn’t hold back. I was shocked, especially since she told me this type of repair would normally cost over $220 at most places. Vivian was empathetic toward my situation—having been pulled over twice in one night by the NYPD, who gave me 24 hours to fix the issue—and she really looked out for me. I’ll always be grateful for her kindness and the fact that I found her and her shop.
Vivian and her team at J & Santana Auto Repair are the only auto repair shop I trust without a doubt. Unlike other places that try to take advantage of customers or overcharge, Vivian and her team are honest, reliable, and genuinely care about their customers.
