5 /5 Kyle McCarthy: Just had our BMW X1 inspected at Jose L. Auto Repair, which drew us uptown because of its amazing reviews. I agree with yall! I had called Sam for an appointment prior to driving up because BMW sent us a notice about checking the brake fluid. He said to bring the car in so we did. S,ment us to breakfast while his guys put it up on a lift, changed the oil and looked at the brake pads. Sam explained carefully and respectfully exactly why worn brake pads cause the brake fluid levels to change. He quoted us a price and said that all 4 should be changed, but we should ask BMW first what they would charge. I already could tell that his rates were honest, his attitude was service-oriented, and helpful, and that his shops repair team are excellent. So we had them do the work and picked the car up a few hours later. As a favor, I asked him to put on the new inspection and registration stickers inside the "frame" cut into our window tinting and they did a great job. Very neat! Could not be happier. So accommodating, so nice, so accepting of my lack of car talk with explanations respectfully provided!! Thank you Sam, Miguel, and the mystery Jose. We will be back!
