5 /5 Wendy Sanchez: Janet has been my hairstylist since 2020. I can trust her with my life! She always gets me right and listens to what ever i want to do. My hair is always getting complimented. She does the best pedicures too. 10/10

1 /5 V. Williams: (THEY RENT THEIR CHAIRS OUT TO UNLICENSED “hairstylist”) Paid a deposit to secure an appointment for a braid style that I NEVER received. The stylist failed to meet in the salon at her chair for the services several times we communicated. It’s ghetto and unprofessional to take my money then HIDE or not communicate for whatever personal reasons. I should’ve got a REFUND at least THIS SALONS A SCAM! horrible service

5 /5 Patricia Flores: I enjoyed the personal/ individualized service provided by this establishment. Upon arriving there is no waiting time because an appointment is first scheduled online for your specific hair care concerns. Appointments can also be scheduled by phone. When scheduling a specific hair specialist is assigned for the entire duration of your visit. My hair was styled and cut exactly as I requested. Not shorter or uneven by a rushed stupid.The following day, my hair texture is better than I expected.(My hair was extremely damaged by a previous fast talking hairdresser). I was provided with a variety of treatments to choose from. This information also included an explanation of the chemical ingredients used. I was impressed by these concerns to avoid any possibility of allergic reaction from exposure to a product. Last but not least is the bright, clean, relaxing environment with low level music playing in the background. Professional- pleasantly polite-precise. Lady & J’Style Beauty Salon is a keeper for my haircare. Period.

4 /5 Ivy Velez: They saved my hands and feet. I went through a terrible experience in this other salon to the point I had water bubbles around my cuticles that popped in my hands. I felt so ashamed of my hands but they made me leave with my confidence restored. When they waxed my eye brows I had like three scabs that took some days to heal but besides that this review is more based on my gel manicure and gel pedicure. I would recommend this establishment.

3 /5 Rous FRF: Creo que muyyy pocas veces he escrito bad reviews but in this case I had to. I was trying to find a salon close by and I read the nice reviews so I gave it a try. The lady that dry my hair was really nice and had very good technique I think her name was Janet but I’m not sure. But the girl that washed my hair was a VERY SLOW, it looked like she was learning and she was upset cause I’m 15 mins she only did 3 rolos, I don’t mind if she was learning but she was even putting the biggest rollos, honestly I was getting anxious cause she was doing it so wrong so I said “I thought was going to be in the hair dryer by now” but not in a bad way. This girl started doing the rolos even worse and fast and when she put the redecilla she did it reallyyy tight and kept asking if that was ok. I said it’s tight and she made it tighter I didn’t want to make a show or anything like that so I let it go and the other later was embarrassed. I think the name of the girl was Eli, but the sad part about this is business owner hires people to help them with their business and people like this only make clients run from that business. Again if she was learning it’s ok todo el mundo empieza por algo, but the bad attitude is what was really wrong. Even though the lady that did dry my hair did I good job. I don’t like to be in a place where I can’t be treated right.
