5 /5 R C: My daughter was in tremendous pain, and the earliest her dentist could see her was a few days out after they canceled 5 times on her in a month span. We left a message needing an emergency appointment on Friday night after hours, hoping to get in Saturday as they are only a few places open on a Saturday. They called us back first thing Saturday morning, and were able to get us in their Vestal office. Super well organized office forms were emailed to us beforehand, which made it easier. Excellent establishment with friendly receptionist to friendly hygienist and dentist.

5 /5 April Fowler: I had an old filling break and part of my tooth broke off with it. My dentists told me I needed a root canal and they don’t do molar root canals. We found Lalor Dental on our insurance page. They got me scheduled quickly. I was nervous about getting another root canal, I have had 2 failed ones. They took lots of FREE X-rays and evaluated my tooth. They were honest with me and told me the root canal was too risky and we opted to have it pulled. I was so nervous! They were amazing!! They made me feel so comfortable and the extraction was the best it could possibly be! I highly recommend these guys for MANY reasons!!! They made me feel comfortable from start to finish!! I will be switching to them for all of my dental needs!!!

5 /5 Yvonne Wilkens: I had an appointment for routine care the summer 2024. The friendly response from every staff member was exceptional. They even provided a warm blanket because I was cold from air conditioning. I love the high tech equipment they have. I love the professionalism and the billing estimates and accurate and transparent and they complete treatment estimates very quickly. I absolutely recommend this dental office.
