4 /5 Emily Fligel: I have been to this office a few times now to see the chiropractor, for physical therapy, and massage. I have also done cupping and e-stim treatment for neck and shoulder stiffness. My zocdoc appointment was never officially confirmed, which is frustrating, but not unheard of, so I called the office the day of the appointment and was luckily still able to come in. It’s very easy to make appointments in person but I love the ease of zocdoc and doing it all online. Seems the schedules of offices and zocdoc are never in sync. However, the staff is nice, the office is clean, and Dr. Welber is approachable and kind. She took a few x rays during my first session with her to provide some insight into what may be causing the tightness. The massage therapist Josie and the physical therapy ladies are sweet as well. So glad I found this place! Note that it’s on the 6th floor of the building.
Everyone here is very nice, but I find it kind of annoying that you have to cancel an appointment 24 hours in advance or be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. I understand the principle but I think several hours should be enough notice. And if you do it twice, then the fee is $100. Doesn’t seem fair to increase the fee like that. If it was an ongoing issue, sure, but things come up sometimes. Also, when I see the chiropractor, I’m with her for like 3 minutes. I’m curious if more adjustments could be done if someone needed it.
