As someone originally from the Rochester area who returned after several years away, I tried several other repair shops. Unfortunately, many of the places I once relied on had changed ownership and no longer provided the same level of service. Merwin’s is different. Jeff took the time to clearly explain the issue and made sure we fully understood what was going on. Their approach to servicing is built on honesty and a genuine desire to help—not just to get the job done, but to do it right. They bring real experience and expertise to every repair, and it shows in the quality of their work. Their pricing is fair and appropriate. We’re grateful to have found them.
