4 /5 Ken R.: I was originally quoted $120 per axle to install brake pads on my Outback. When I got the bill it was $130/hr per axle; plus shop supplies. I was told one thing & they did something else. However, they had two people installing the brake pads; it was done before I expected, and the quality of the work done was very good. Overall I will have to reconsider taking my car back there again.
