I have a very beloved old car and I had checked around with several other body shops and they blew me off but Dalton from NE auto coach, looked, told me what to expect and what he could do and was spot on! No surprises and my car looks so much better. Highly reccomend.

Had extensive front end damage and my car came back not only in a timely manner, but looking pristine. Autumn at the front desk updated me throughout the entire process. More recently, a deer hit totaled that same car. Northeastern was my first call! Autumn explained to me the different routes I could take with a totaled car, and even called my insurance company herself when they started to give me the run around! As someone who is young and uneducated when it comes to cars, accidents, and insurance, this shops understanding, sympathy, and guidance during stressful times cannot go unnoticed. Overall, Daltons repair work and knowledge is unmatched, as well as Autumns customer service. I 100% recommend this shop and give them my full trust!

I will refer everyone who needs work done to go here they truly went above and beyond. They kept in contact and updated me through the whole process. Autumn handled everything with my insurance company i had no back and forth to worry about. It truly is a great shop.
